I booked a mani pedi one day in advance and they still had room for me. I am very satisfied with my service the only drawback was that it took 3 hours. I got acrylic nails which I never do so I'm not sure if that's the usual length of time plus I got two services. The place feels clean and welcoming and they did stay until 7:45 when they close at 7 and there were multiple other clients still in there as well. $150 for my two services. read more

I was very disappointed and shocked at the price for a feel. And a pedicure, the first time I came in, I got i had a pedicure, and he put an acrylic overlay on my natural nail without now tips, and he cut my cuticles, I paid about $100 not over I came in today. I got a pedicure, and a fill am I cute about cut? And he torched me a hundred and thirty two dollars. I will not be back read more

I had an appointment at 11:30 am on Friday, May 22nd scheduled with Jennifer. The studio was busy, and I was taken by a gentleman instead. I was doing this on my lunch break before two meetings and going away for the weekend. I am not happy with the results. A young woman at the studio asked me if everything was ok as I looked at my toenails. I was in a rush AND that gentleman was nearby in the studio. Plus, I did not have time to properly have them fixed anyway. I did contact them via email twice and have received no reply. They texted me a survey post pedicures, and I provided a negative reply. Still nothing. I was happy with a pedicure I had there a couple of months. I want to come back, but unfortunately, my opinion has changed based on my current pedicure. This is not satisfactory. Why make an appointment with someone and not get them? read more

I've been a couple times for a quick manicure or pedicure, but the last time I went they used an electric nail drill for a plain old mani and pedi. I wasn't getting anything other than regular polish on my plain nails. I'm still dealing with the fallout months later. Honestly the place needs emptied and hosed out, it's really dirty. I won't be back. read more

I've previously left a 5 star review for this salon. The service is okay, there are nail techs that are more consistent than others. When the naim tech I used regularly left, I struggled to find one that was as consistent. I also noticed the cleanliness has declined under the newer ownership. I've started going somewhere else, personally- for those reasons. read more

Appointment for 1 o'clock, set me down at the pedicure station by 105. At 1:45 they still had not started because of the timeframe I said to them I'll just have my nails cut not a pedicure unbelievably they charged an extra five dollars because "we had turned on the water" They didn't even apologize for being so late. Never go back there again. read more

Ive gone there a couple times, with different techs every time. I love to get fun detailed acrylic or dip sets and though I think I surprise them with the designs they always manage to pull through. The techs i've been with have been very kind and always made sure to have a conversation with me to make sure that what I wanted was accomplished in the best way they could. I would just be careful because some of the techs are a bit aggressive and my nails have hurt for a bit afterwards in the past (This definitely depends on the tech your working with). I personally will return again and again due to the kindness of the staff, convenience and proximity to my home, and their willingness to do my designs without being too too expensive. read more

Really wanted to like this salon since because of its proximity to my home, so I've had three appointments. 1st: pedicure - perfectly fine. I was offered champagne but after receiving it, I decided not to drink because there was already lipstick on the glass. 2nd: full set & pedicure - the technician paint over my cuticles and burnt my legs with the hot towel. After a 3 hour service, I had to return the following day to correct the horribly bumpy gel application. 3rd: fill & pedicure - this service cost more than my previous service, not sure how/why.. but initially I was happy with this visit. A day after my service I began experiencing excruciating pain on my toe as if it were going to fall off, this lasted a week and when the pain finally subsided I was able to get the gel off only to find a subungal hematoma on my big toe. Caused by trauma to my nail bed during my pedicure. Also, the fill did not last even a week, with acrylics lifting from the nail bed by day 4, and thank God they did because I was able to find fungus growing under the acrylic. Completely unrelated but there was also mouse roaming the nail salon during this service. Honestly whoever is running this salon needs to rethink their business model. The salon is completely cramped with stations and supplies so it's hard to even be comfortable. The staff isn't very friendly and needs retrained on technique, safety, and sanitation. 0/10 absolutely do not recommend! read more

Stumbled on this nail studio today and was happy I did! The place is newly remodeled and very clean! I needed a gel manicure and they were able to take me immediately. They have an extensive polish collection and the dip color selection looked great as well. Johnny was great and did a really nice job on my nails. He was hilarious to chat with as well! Will definitely be coming back! read more

I got my nails done by one of the ladies here I just got plain matte black nails done to match my wedding dress as I am getting married on Sunday the 12, everything was fine until I notice my nails bubbling and peeling not even 10 hours later. Today was my 1st visit even though I live 5 minutes away. I don't know why I'd never tried going here. Really nice experience. I called this morning and they were able to get me in right away. They have the most color choices I have ever seen! Literally all of your Pinterest dream colors are here. My nail tech was efficient and thorough. She wasn't very talkative, but that's fine with me - especially in the morning. I got a standard pedicure and it was exactly what I expected- massage chair, lotion, a little leg massage, and polish. They have bags in the pedicure basin which is wonderful and sanitary. All employees were wearing masks which makes me feel nice and safe. I think I found my new go-to salon. I will be back for sure. Heads up- parking is a tiny bit tight. It was no big deal but just be aware if you're planning to visit during a busy time. read more

My tech did a 7 min pedacure and a absolutely horrible experience. Then, she proceeded to do a manicure which was 6 mins. I tried to ask her if everything was OK and such and she was so rude. Then she yelled at and told me never to come back. I tried to speak to someone about her attitude and I got no where. I walked out of the business. Then, I called to try and rectify the situation and the man said she was having a bad day. I even went back to speak to a manager to no avail. read more

I went to get my nails done with my girlfriends and the lady was using the rotary tool and burn the hell out of my nail. I went back today to get it changed and she did the same thing again. when I asked her not to use the rotary tool she wouldn't listen to me and so I had to walk out. I'm SO GLAD I stumbled upon this salon! I was able to walk in for a pedicure. I was greeted immediately, the employees are very sweet and accommodating. They offer a drink and hand you a gigantic pallet of nail colors you can peruse during your service. The salon looked immaculate and it has a fun but relaxing atmosphere. All of the clients seemed very relaxed. I chose the VIP Boss pedicure that included all of the essentials like callus removal and cuticle and nail trimming, but I wasn't prepared for how it above and beyond it was! My legs and feet were massaged for what felt like forever and I was in heaven. First with fresh cut oranges then a mask and then with oil and lotion. They also use hot stone massage and paraffin wax in this package. 100/10, highly recommend!! The chairs are spacious with excellent massaging features. This was the most relaxing pedicure I've ever had in Pittsburgh. I will be making this luxurious pedicure a monthly treat for self care. I cannot wait to go back. read more

They still do a good job, but the new owner is raising prices beyond the level of quality. Extra expenses are added without customers knowledge. It seems they're overcharging and not increasing service or quality level. I would not recommend anymore. They're overpriced and the wait times are long, even with an appointment. read more

I thought my nail lady was great and nice but I spent $110 on acrylic refill and pedi. My nails all broke and paint chipped off it's only been seven days, I had to cut them all down. I'm very disappointed. The girl at the front was young so I'll give her that but she was unhelpful at every turn and literally didn't care or know to provide instructions upon arrival or at payment. She had no answers when asking about the payment options and slapped gum while half ass speaking to me. I definitely won't return - even to have my nails fixed. read more

You can always get a same day appointment and I recommend you ask for jasmine, she does a great job and is very friendly.

Greatest job , the salons is very clean and nice , a lot of colors and dip to choose from

Paid for a full acrylic set, 3 nails fell off within 3 days. Went back for a refund but the business insisted on 'fixing' the nails; so did that. The same night 2 more nails (other hand) fell off. What a joke for the money spent! They didn't even last a week. Don't have time to go back and argue about a refund nor do I want another 'fix.' Terrible customer service; and they made me feel like I was the problem! 0 stars but have to give one to post. read more

Always great service and very friendly. I get the powder dip and love it, they have a large variety of colors to choose from.

I love this place! Sophie is amazing and always makes sure my nails look amazing. Salon is clean and they have a great color selection.

My mother and I came in here 2 years ago and they were fine but when I came recently they did not do a comparable job. They were rushing us the whole time from the beginning when they were making us hurry up with picking our nail colors. The whole pedicure was rushed from there on out and barely massaged our feet either. read more

I was a frequent visitor of the salon that was here before Nailtique re-designed it. So I thought I would certainly be willing to give Nailtique a try. I went in hoping for the best, only to come out a little disappointed. Let me start with the positives. It is BEAUTIFULLY re-designed. They did a great job opening up the space and brightening it. I had an appointment (Honestly I don't remember the time, as it was 2 weeks ago). I arrived 10 minutes early...sat and waited (which is to be expected). But then...I waited 20 more minutes before I was finally seated for a pedicure. I have never had anyone complain about giving me a pedicure. I agree - feet can be gross. But I try to take great care of my feet. I keep my toenails short - decently short. Anyways - the woman who was doing my pedicure kept complaining at how short my toenails were. Weird. I've never had a complaint. I've been thanked before but never a complaint. The other thing I found weird - if I wanted to have the bottom of my foot cleaned with that "shaver" thing. I had to pay $5 extra. I'd rather go elsewhere - where I get a decent pedicure, don't have complaints about how short my toenails are, and don't have to pay $50! I can get a better pedicure for $30. I won't be back. I wish the salon that was there before Nailtique was there instead read more

I've been a customer since opening two years ago. This is the most consistent nail salon in Pittsburgh in the 20+ years I've lived here. I'm spoiled by NYC salons on every other block and the $20 mani/pedi mid-week specials. I got over sticker shock for nail services here a long time ago, but never found the quality or frankly, the cleanliness, I was used to. They have a great selection of gel and dip with all the coordinated regular polishes which makes gel mani / reg pedi much less stressful. I highly recommend Mary, Tom and just recently worked with Sophie (new).... there's also one woman who strictly does pedicures who is great. Go there. You won't regret it. read more

I never really associate getting acrylic nails with excruciating pain, but thanks to nailtique I do now. The place is super cute and clean with a wide variety of colors but the tech doing my nails was heavy handed and so fast with filing it hurt. She also put something other than the usual nail glue on my nails and it BURNED. Like burned burned. The nails came out very pretty but getting your nails done should not be painful. read more

I made an appointment for 5:00 and confirmed it would take 30-45 minutes total, including removing my old polish. about 10 minutes after 5:00, they wrapped my fingers in acetone and aluminum foil and told me it would soak for 10 minutes, and then we would do the manicure. 25 minutes later, my fingers were burning and I still hadn't been seen. The manicure itself was just so-so. There are globs of nail polish in some spots that hardened under the light (I did a gel/shellac manicure). And, all said and done, I was late for my next appointment. If given a choice for salons, I wouldn't choose this place again. read more
