I love that they have online appointment setting (but you can also call as well). It is a small salon, so you need to book in advance rather than trying to walk in or get same day appointments. The nail area is small, but clean and beautifully decorated. There are two pedicure stations and two nail stations. The pedicures don't have those massaging chairs you see at mall salons but they don't need them. The great experience and service you receive more than makes up for a silly addition like that. There is a large variety of color options (including many with sparkle and some of the newest releases from OPI). One thing to note is that the nail salon is up a flight of stairs. I had an ultimate moisturizing pedicure with Erica. She was friendly and courteous but not overly chatty. The pedicure was extremely relaxing and she took time with each step. My feet were in pretty rough shape since it had been several months since my last pedicure and she made them look and feel fabulous. If you are looking for a great nail experience that won't break the bank, I highly recommend this location.

The check in process was strange and I was told to wait (had an appointment). This guy was sitting there the whole time and after 15 mins he took me back. The whole entire pedi was strange. He did not say one word and would tap or grab my foot to move it. The supplies did not look sanitary and the clippers were in an older box. Additionally, this poor girl walked in the same time as me for her lashes and was finally taken back when I was done. She had an appointment and the one lady said she was running behind. When I paid the total was $40 before tip. For a basic pedi that wasn't done very well, I thought that was a lot. I get lots of pedi and this had to be the absolute worst one. Giving a 2 because I had a good experience in the past. Also my nails were barely filed and so not look good.

The salon is always full of life and busy whenever I stop in for an appointment. I love this salon so much that I had my bridal updo and bridesmaids hair styled here the morning of my wedding. Carlia did a wonderful job with my hair and all the bridesmaids looked stunning with their hair too. Selena and Shela are skilled with beautiful and modern hairdos. I'm sure the other stylists are equally talented, although I haven't had the pleasure of having an appointment with others yet. The salon is located in the Norwin shopping plaza so there is always ample parking. The prices are competitive with other local salons in the area. They also sell a variety of Paul Mitchell products. I would recommend this location to all of my family and friends in the area.

The woman at the front desk was awesome and when my mom went to get her pedicure, she couldn't stop talking about how great it was!! For the usual price of $40, she got a fabulous pedicure that lasted over an hour! Her toes still look great (2 weeks later) and she even got a free mini-mani because of a promotion they are running! Sooo worth it!

Sue did an amazing job on my nails and was such a sweetheart. Very reasonably priced for $55 for pedi and gel mani. Lots of polish options. Seemed clean but did have the strong odor of a nail salon.
