I love that they have online appointment setting (but you can also call as well). It is a small salon, so you need to book in advance rather than trying to walk in or get same day appointments. The nail area is small, but clean and beautifully decorated. There are two pedicure stations and two nail stations. The pedicures don't have those massaging chairs you see at mall salons but they don't need them. The great experience and service you receive more than makes up for a silly addition like that. There is a large variety of color options (including many with sparkle and some of the newest releases from OPI). One thing to note is that the nail salon is up a flight of stairs. I had an ultimate moisturizing pedicure with Erica. She was friendly and courteous but not overly chatty. The pedicure was extremely relaxing and she took time with each step. My feet were in pretty rough shape since it had been several months since my last pedicure and she made them look and feel fabulous. If you are looking for a great nail experience that won't break the bank, I highly recommend this location.

She was twisting my fingers so hard that my arm lifted up and then she would rudely say " stop moving. I put it how I want it." After cutting my cuticle and saying nothing about it, she finally started painting. I picked a white polish with a pearl finish. My nails are completely see through. She did not take off my previous polish or file the top of my nail to make it smooth. The sides of the nails are not painted at all and half have already pealed off after three days. To say this place was awful is an understatement.

The salon is always full of life and busy whenever I stop in for an appointment. I love this salon so much that I had my bridal updo and bridesmaids hair styled here the morning of my wedding. Carlia did a wonderful job with my hair and all the bridesmaids looked stunning with their hair too. Selena and Shela are skilled with beautiful and modern hairdos. I'm sure the other stylists are equally talented, although I haven't had the pleasure of having an appointment with others yet. The salon is located in the Norwin shopping plaza so there is always ample parking. The prices are competitive with other local salons in the area. They also sell a variety of Paul Mitchell products. I would recommend this location to all of my family and friends in the area.

The woman at the front desk was awesome and when my mom went to get her pedicure, she couldn't stop talking about how great it was!! For the usual price of $40, she got a fabulous pedicure that lasted over an hour! Her toes still look great (2 weeks later) and she even got a free mini-mani because of a promotion they are running! Sue did an amazing job on my nails and was such a sweetheart. Very reasonably priced for $55 for pedi and gel mani. Lots of polish options. Seemed clean but did have the strong odor of a nail salon.
