Answers you in one or two words. She also has a poor bedside manner. I actually didn't even know that she was the doctor at first, I actually had to ask her, since she was dressed in street clothes, no lab coat or anything to distinguish her from the receptionist and her assistant. Doc says all three moles need removed. "I don't like moles, all gone" was the extent of my explanation. I don't know about you, but I'm not a doctor, that's why I'm here to see one. So I obviously need further explanation to the questions I'm asking. Although she insists she needs to remove all 3 moles, because they "all might be cancer", she will only do one at a time. I asked why? Insurance won't cover more than one per visit. Sounds suspect to me. So, oh great, I get to be charged for three visits instead of one. I do permit her to remove one mole, the only one I was really concerned about. The entire time, instead of being concerned that I may be nervous about a big needle in my armpit or slicing this mole off, Doc is busy talking about what is on sale at Giant Eagle. The receptionist is rude also. They were supposed to call me with the results two weeks later. They did not, and I had to call them. Then, the receptionist acted like it was a huge chore to go get my results. I clearly never returned.

Lying about the reason for my issues (1 reason in a voice mail and then another in a text message) and then offering me a free service does not make up for the wedding I was traveling for and the lack of care from my artist. The store located in North Huntingdon/Irwin, PA is my regular pharmacy, and I have tried using several different local pharmacies over the last few years, by far my Walgreens has been the vest overall, with only the local Target pharmacy and Rite Aid being even comparable. I would have given 5 stars if they offered delivery like a few other local pharmacies, or if they had a 24hr pharmacy, like some if their other locations in larger cities. As far as service goes, they are fast, courteous, informative, and not condescending in any way if you have a concern/question/request. They are always on top of having prescriptions refilled and ready for pickup before I have a chance to go there or call to verify that a refill has been completed. I have never had an issue with them not having my monthly medication in stock when I need it, and they are the only pharmacy that keeps me informed about changes with generic manufacturers, insurance options/changes, progress of PAs and other coverage issues,etc.

I love that they have online appointment setting (but you can also call as well). It is a small salon, so you need to book in advance rather than trying to walk in or get same day appointments. The nail area is small, but clean and beautifully decorated. There are two pedicure stations and two nail stations. The pedicures don't have those massaging chairs you see at mall salons but they don't need them. The great experience and service you receive more than makes up for a silly addition like that. There is a large variety of color options (including many with sparkle and some of the newest releases from OPI). One thing to note is that the nail salon is up a flight of stairs. I had an ultimate moisturizing pedicure with Erica. She was friendly and courteous but not overly chatty. The pedicure was extremely relaxing and she took time with each step. My feet were in pretty rough shape since it had been several months since my last pedicure and she made them look and feel fabulous.
