However even though I explained I never used a spray booth before and was nervous, she was very vague as she said the machine would instruct me and not to worry. Well, it turns out the voice instruction was muffled and didn't know I was supposed to turn. Naturally when it was done I was literally two-toned with the product literally dripping off my left hand. When I showed my hand to the counter person as I was wiping the dripping product off of my hand, she just shrugged. What a WASTE of $41.60 Very disappointed! I expected differently as I previously read spray reviews, which were good, but clearly must've been with a different counter person. Unfortunately the opposite of my own experience. Wouldn't recommend-unless you're already familiar with the spray booth and are experienced.

I got really excited so I bought a months worth plus 2 weeks in the 2rd strongest bed . The staff is what actully made me decide to stay, they were so sweet I felt like I was at friends house! Also hollywood tans has some high tech features about it , for example everytime you return to tan you must verify who you by pressing your fingerprint into a little computer generated pad. I was very impressed! After I was done paying I got ready to tan, there was a towel/sticker bar and also at the other end of the salon a beauty bar with make up remover, lotions and deoderant, they definately didnt skimp out on any of those details. The woman lead me back to the booth I was to tan and said take as much time as you need to get undresed and apply lotion no rush and showed me how to turn on the tanning bed. I used the womans own personal favoriate lotion which happened to be an exclusive hollywood tan lotion and I loved it. I only went in for about 6 mins in an 8 min. bed and I was happy with the results. I wasnt burnt but just enough color to go directly back the next day to continue building my base tan. Ive been to many, many tanning salon throughout my life and this was definately in the top 3! Im very excited to return! I would definately reccomed this salon for anyone in monroeville area ! 5 stars! alicia-

Weeks would go by with no communication despite my trying. Eventually, several months and about ten emails later (most going with no response), I sent one last email saying either book my appointment or refund my money. I did get a response then with a time and date, and I scheduled it! I had been looking forward to this facial for too long with my mother! Day came, and the Center was easy to find. The facilities were beautiful and the staff and even other clients were extremely friendly. The facial itself was amazing (you should see the GUNK that gets out of your skin), and the owner was super friendly and apologetic for the scheduling mishap. We'll be going back for more treatments and my mother even wants to plan a spa day for my cousins and aunts and me!
