I went here for just color and they fried my hair in less than 2 hours I don't know how they cut hair but I wouldn't go here for color.

Worst Experience Ever, My experience with Bella Amici salon was so terrible that I do not recommend this place to anyone. I took my daughter here to get the underneath of her hair dyed blue. They told me they would have to bleach it first then apply the color on 7/25. I followed there recommendations on how to care for the color. It started the very next day of her waking up daily with her face, ears, hands and her entire neck dyed blue. It would come off a little with daily washes and then come right back each day. The blue also stained all bedding towels clothes and surfaces she came in contact with. She was so embarrassed of the negative attention she was getting which should of been excitement for the 1st time of having color put in her hair by a so called professional. I took pictures daily to show this horrible experience we endured. I reached out to the stylist (Dominique) 5 days later with a picture and she recommended shampooing her hair well and drying it. Then said she could redo the blue since the color had already started to come out and fade to 3 different shades of blue. My concern was her skin shouldn't be stained blue. Redoing it just meant possibly repeating the nightmare over again. So I tried to be nice and said let me see what it looks like after vacation. I tried shampoo and rubbing alcohol to remove the color from her skin and ears. Even though it lightened a little it was still very obvious and no denying that her face and neck was vibrant blue. I went into the salon with my daughter on 8/6 to speak with the owner after leaving messages that she never responded to. She listened to me but never apologized. At this point it has been 12 days of her skin being blue. She said she never seen this happen. Instead said Dominique is the color expert and passed me back off to her. She tried color removal and when that still didn't work. She insulted us by saying it must of happened because she had oily hair and had clients to get back to and Refused to give a refund. I paid 180 dollars for a professional and rude customer service and got what you would expect from a box of hair dye. I would not be returning to this salon ever. Please go see a real professional because Dominique and this place is clearly not. read more

It can sometimes be hard to get an appointment depending on who you have, but overall I enjoy this salon and always have good service.

THEY RUINED MY HAIR. My hair is stringy and breaking off when wet. When dry it's brittle. I went in there with silky CURLY hair and highlights. I came out with damaged STRAIGHT hair that just breaks off. A piece just snapped right off at the top of my head. They seem to be having trouble letting me speak to their boss. UPDATE: boss called said "I'm not her first priority" , "I'm not getting a refund" , and practically called me crazy. read more

Had an appointment on 7/5 for a root touch up. It was my second time there. The first visit, the color was off, but that's fine, happens with a first time visit. The visit on 7/5, the color was completely off. The stylist acknowledged it wasn't good and offered to fix it, but it was a holiday weekend and we were leaving town the next morning for a trip. I tried to be nice and told her let me see if I can live with it and if not, I'll reach out. She said that would be fine, she'd be happy to fix it! On 7/22, 17 days later after we returned from our trip and I had a minute to breathe, I reached out and told her I didn't want to be a pain, but it really needed fixed. She said no problem but she wasn't able to get me in until today, 8/1. After fixing the color, she proceeded to charge me $60 for the service. This is HORRIBLE customer service. She told me because it had been a month (which it hadn't) that I had to pay. This was NEVER communicated to me when I scheduled the appointment and should NEVER have occurred. I wouldn't have needed an appointment today if SHE hadn't messed up. Apparently this is what you get for trying to be understanding. Buyer beware, if the service wasn't good make them fix it RIGHT THAT MINUTE. I will NOT be returning to this salon that's for sure. read more

Worst experience I've ever had at a hair salon. I've tried Bella Amici twice for highlights and a haircut with two different hair stylists. The first time was just okay. I've had better haircuts and highlights, and for much less cost. The second time the hairstylist completely misunderstood what I wanted. I asked for the length to be 1-2 inches below my shoulders; she cut 1-2 inches off the length, leaving the length about 6 inches below my shoulders. I asked for full bangs; she only trimmed the few bangs that I had. Since she didn't have me pointing towards the mirror while she was cutting, I didn't realize what she had done until after my hair was dried and styled. She asked if I wanted it corrected. I didn't have the time to do it then so she said I could come back in sometime during the week if I wanted. I called and scheduled a time with her to come back in. When I went in, there was a misunderstanding about the appointment time. I remembered one time; they told me it was an earlier time and the stylist wasn't there. They told me the stylist never would have scheduled the time that I thought it was. They told me no one there could help me (even though it would probably take 5 minutes to fix THEIR mistake). I was upset (understandably, I think, because of all the miscommunications), but I wasn't nasty with them until they got nasty with me. I said I wasn't going to come back. They told me they didn't appreciate my attitude. I told them I didn't appreciate their attitude. They said I could leave now. When I said I would tell others about my negative experience, they said "go for it". read more

My dad has been getting his hair cut by Roni for the past year or so and she does an amazing job. My father has never had a good experience with hair cuts , he's has very curly hair and everyone messes with it and makes him look like a mushroom . Roni cuts it to good tho , she makes sure it's even and no spots are missed or anything. The last time we went I had her cut my hair. She did so good , I usually go to another place and they always cut my hair too short. I have very curly hair like my father and Roni suggested that we straighten my hair after shampoo and everything and cut it that way . It worked out very well and my hair looks so good . It's layered very well and at the perfect length. read more
