Brands included name-brands (e.g., Bounty, Converse, Fancy Feast, L'oréal, Pampers, and T-Fal) and the Target brand. Prices ranged from low to moderate. I bought a dry-erase eraser, and it had a reasonable quality and price. I used the self-checkout and experienced no problems with the machine.

I ended up purchasing only a bottle of shampoo, which had a good quality and an OK price. I used the self-checkout. Two machines were out of service for some reason. My husband tried to use his credit card by tapping his phone near the machine, but he had to instead insert the credit card.

What really stood out wasn't just the mistake itself, but how it was handled. It's one thing to make an error, but it's another when someone is literally looking at you and laughing about it as if wasting someone's time and money is funny, which felt disrespectful and unprofessional. I did speak with a manager, she took responsibility for the situation but didn't actually handle or resolve it. Honestly felt like she was trying to brush the issue off and move past it as if it never really happened and to me that really shows that customer service at this store doesn't seem like a priority. If you don't like your job, then QUIT, because bringing that kind of negative energy into customer interactions isn't fair to people who are paying for a service.

They buy gas by the boat load and haul their own getting their gas cheaper than anyone else and sell it the highest in the area. The little independents pay top dollar for their gas and sell it much cheaper than Sheets. Sheets is not our friend.
