Awful. Lisa your Pharmacist has been rude to myself and my family. She was completely out of line…read moreon what she said to me. I'll never go back. You're welcomed to inquire if you like to know. It may better than just erasing my review. Don't you think?

The pharmacists are very kind and helpful, but techs don't know what they are doing and it really…read moreslows the process. There is a rule that you can fill your prescription two days early as long as thirty days had passed since your last refill. This CVS apparently eliminated that and now you have to run out of your prescription to refill your new prescription. My doctor specifically suggested I fill two days early in case there is ever a problem, so this is inconvenient and against my doctor's wishes. It's sad to see a pharmacy controlled so tightly by the government they do a disservice to their customers health. While the FDA gets more restrictive and unnecessarily cruel by the day, patients are left fighting to get basic medications for care their doctor wants them to receive. Lastly, one pharmacist I am familiar with let me refill a controlled substance two days early (per usual) as long as I paid in cash because the rule is really from the insurance agency not the government, but the pharmacist I spoke to the next day lied and said that wasn't possible. I checked the Internet and government regulations in PA as well as CVS and the second pharmacist was in fact lying. It's in her right to do so, but seems cruel when a doctor is telling the patient it's beneficial to fill two days early. The second pharmacist treated me like a drug seeker, a more and more common occurrence as the FDA makes up "epidemics" and "shortages". It's such a sad fact about how this country treats healthcare.
