She's super knowledgeable and doesn't pressure you to do anything that you're not completely comfortable with. She's helped fix issues I have with my skin and the scalp massage during the facial ends up feeling heavenly! The prices are also very affordable and they have a rewards program that you can join that helps get you discounts and free treatments just by being a regular customer. Glad I finally found a spa that I knows their stuff and that I can be a regular at.

Weeks would go by with no communication despite my trying. Eventually, several months and about ten emails later (most going with no response), I sent one last email saying either book my appointment or refund my money. I did get a response then with a time and date, and I scheduled it! I had been looking forward to this facial for too long with my mother! Day came, and the Center was easy to find. The facilities were beautiful and the staff and even other clients were extremely friendly. The facial itself was amazing (you should see the GUNK that gets out of your skin), and the owner was super friendly and apologetic for the scheduling mishap. We'll be going back for more treatments and my mother even wants to plan a spa day for my cousins and aunts and me!

Having researched various salons on yelp I was frustrated that none would live up to the services of my previous stylist. One day I was out getting my nails done in Tropiano plaza and decided to check out the new salon next door, "Primp." I was drawn in my the sharp design. The decor is a perfect balance of modern and forties vintage. So cute! I was greeted by the owner Nicole, and though she was busy she offered to sit down with me for a consultation. After explaining my disposition she went through a detailed description of how she would do my cut and style, highlights and lowlights, and what conditioning treatments the salon offered. I scheduled an appointment for the following week and was amazed at the results! All of us blondes know how tricky it can be to get a healthy natural looking set of highlights. Nicole did a mixture of champagne and gold highlights with tea and subtle bronze lowlights. Having coarse hair she offered an affordable protein pack that left my locks silky. I even entrusted her to shape and wax my brows! This salon is top notch with lower prices than other high-end salons, I would suggest to anyone looking for a new salon to go on the website or stop into Primp for a visit!

Emily was also very patient and gentle while cutting my toddler's hair, which made the experience even better. The salon itself has a lovely, welcoming atmosphere as well. The woman that did them was pleasant, patient and cooperative as I asked her to get a few more hairs in a couple areas, but after getting to my car and getting a better look I can see that several hairs were still missed and there is no "shaping" of the eyebrows and they are uneven. If this is someone first experience with threading they are not likely to be thrilled with it. Also, the area threaded was reddish and itchy which is something I've NEVER experienced before. The next morning I would blink and my lashes would hurt so I decided to keep an eye on them. Next day I wake up with my eyelids extra swollen from the glue sticking my lashes together. I called the salon manager and she said I can apply hot mist over my face to get the adhesive off and if that didn't work I can come in to get them removed. From there their experienced lash tech would advise on whether to let my eyelids breath or if they would just fix the issue depending on how irritated they were. Luckly i was able to get them all off at home. Not only did I lose a shit ton of my lashes but my eyelids hurt.
