I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for over 15 years and introduced at least 4 dozen people to this technique by having threading parties at my home for years I wasn't able to connect with my regular threading lady so stopped in here. The woman that did them was pleasant, patient and cooperative as I asked her to get a few more hairs in a couple areas, but after getting to my car and getting a better look I can see that several hairs were still missed and there is no "shaping" of the eyebrows and they are uneven. If this is someone first experience with threading they are not likely to be thrilled with it. Also, the area threaded was reddish and itchy which is something I've NEVER experienced before. This has to be a joke. I wish I could give it zero stars. I have never had my eyebrows done this poorly -- this girl had no idea what she was doing. Not only is the shape completely messed up, I was bleeding, and it wasn't even fully cleaned up around the edges. It looked so bad, I didn't even want to ask her to fix it because I didn't want her to mess them up even more!!! read more

I came in here recently and got helped by the older big white lady, she acted like she knew what she was doing but when I got off the chair my eyebrows were horrible! She was very heavy handed and it's clear she's inexperienced. She was very loud and obnoxious and talking crap about pervious customers when her own hygiene didn't look too good. She made me and my friends uncomfortable so I hope this gets back to a manager because she made everyone feel uncomfortable and isn't professional at all. You lost a customer NEVER going back again! I was even too embarrassed to say I hated my brows because of how she was talking about other people. I Really recommend the eyebrow place near sears. At least they aren't nasty people! read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Terrible!!! Only went here because I'm from California and here in PA for a wedding and everyone knows eyebrows are a must. First of all, I came at 2 and saw a sign that it was 3-6 happy hour ($9 instead of $11 WHEN I PAY 6.99 AT HOME) so I waited the extra hour. Came back and Tee was who did my eyebrows. She was rude from the minute I walked in to the minute I left. But whatever. She began threading my eyebrows and stopped and started plucking. Out of the 8 years of getting my eyebrows threaded I was always told plucking changes the way the hair grows back so I was told not to do it, but again, whatever, I needed them done. Finish the eyebrows and I no longer have my beloved eyebrows that I took so long to grow! No arch anymore and she missed hairs everywhere. THEN, we get to pay and she says $11. I told her what the sign says and she says we'll it's Tuesday only and I told her it doesn't say that and she said it should. Didn't offer to give me what the store advertised. So, in conclusion... TEE IS RUDE. BAD EYEBROWS. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. :) Come to California for GREAT, 6.99 eyebrows!!! read more

Please do yourself a favor and do not go here. In October I had a sweet girl thread my brows and I loved the shape she gave me. I returned expecting the same service and I was extremely disappointed. The employees, an older woman and younger girl, were extremely unprofessional. They were telling me how dirty the shop is and were making rude remarks about previous customers that day and fellow mall employees. The women who did my brows smelled of cigarette smoke and was obviously not properly trained in eyebrow threading. While threading my brows the thread that was suppose to stay in her mouth began touching my skin, I was disgusted feeling the wet thread on my skin. Once she was done threading she began tweezing my brows, defeating the entire purpose of the threading. The tweezing was awful and each time she plucked a hair she also pulled at my skin resulting in over 10 tiny scabs in the days following my visit. Take my advice and do not go here!! Kay at eyebrowz near Sears is much more professional and you will get much better results! read more
