I came here because my usual spot was temporarily closed, and it's safe to say I won't be back. I have thinner brows but lots of blonde hairs around them which can be tinted to make them look much fuller; however, the woman who did my brows removed way too much hair before tinting them, to the point where there was almost no point in doing it. Now I have to walk around town with thin, scraggly brows for another month until they grow out again. Also the default tipping option was 30% which is hilarious considering how they butcher brows and have the unfriendliest attitude while doing so. read more

I've been here twice to get my eyebrows threaded. The first time, I was super happy with the shaping and how clean they looked. After my session, I did develop a bump below my eyebrow that was from how aggressive the threading was. This looked pretty bad and took at least a week and a half to heal. The second time I went back recently it was the end of the day and there were three people ahead of me in line. I did think twice about coming back at an earlier time and when there were more than one person working. I wish I would have. My eyebrows don't look as even and I had to pluck a few hairs afterwards that were missed. Also, the woman who does the work is really nice, but she didn't sanitize her hands between her last client and me. She had been sanitizing her hands the entire time, but didn't before she saw me. I'm not sure about this place. The price point is ok ($13 for eyebrow threading) but I think I could find something cleaner, and better quality. read more

Insulting lady there,also spoil brows. I went on Sunday at 5pm.The pregnant lady there rudely said she mopped the floor just now and I should not put my footsteps there and sit on the first red chair.while threading she was taking out one hair at a time.requested her to do faster,for which she disrespectfully said then hid shape is not guaranteed. And she made a gap in one of my brow. In the end,I asked for a hand mirror, she derogatoryly saidcto standvip and see on the wall mirror as she had just wiped them for tomorrow. That was not the first time with this lady who is pregnant but very rude. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY to go n get insulted. read more

Agree with some of the other reviews posted- convenience, they do a decent job with my eyebrows but very poor customer service. I always feel small and not great about myself coming out of this place. Almost feels like I pay $13 for my eyebrows and to lose some self esteem. A few observations: - She has never sanitized her hands before doing my eyebrows - No kindness/customer service. She does my eyebrows, couldn't care to show a hand mirror and if i go to the big one and point out some areas I want adjustments, the first reaction is defensive (I did it, its small hair blah blah) then she does it - Makes faces if you aren't clear/she doesn't understand what you mean I don't see this behavior with all other customers so not sure what other factors here may be read more

I have NEVER dealt with ruder costumer service before. The ladies that work here are so disrespectful to their costumers. I have been here multiple times and each time I have been treated disrespectfully. Regardless of their attitude, I kept coming back for connivence even though their quality of costumer service is horrible. Each time I have been, I have also never been extremely satisfied with their threading job, they always thread my eyebrows slightly too thin, regardless of me asking to keep the thickness the same. Again, I continued to go for convenience. Today I went in to get my eyebrows done and I will never EVER go back to this place. I kindly asked to keep my eyebrow thickness the same and I was completely ignored. My eyebrows are horribly thin now. Unfortunately I did not see this until I got in my car to go home, so I called the store to politely let them know that I had not received what I had asked for at all. Instead, I was argued back with multiple times, and the lady who did my eyebrows refused to acknowledge I was unhappy with the work she had done. She dismissed me continuously and interrupted me every time I tried to speak. Instead of apologizing she told me to not come back when she is working. I will NEVER be going back here again, and I would highly recommend anyone to not go there unless you would like to be treated this poorly and have thin eyebrows. read more

(FOR LASH LIFT + TINT) The first time I came here for a lift and tint was last June. The procedure was painful and burned a LOT. She was also very rough when working so close to my eyes. Despite that, the end product was really good. My lashes looked great. This time, the woman was much gentler, but it still burned. However, my lashes looked nothing like the first time. I was really disappointed because it looked like nothing was even done to them. Also, she got perming solution on my bottom lashes both times so they are stuck in a haywire position. I would not recommend going here for lashes. read more

It's been around a year since I last reviewed Natural Eyebrow Threading so it felt natural (see what I did there? ) to update my review. I've been coming here consistently since the last review was posted because I feel like they are the best threaders in the 'burgh - trust me, I've tried finding better but kept coming back. All of the girls working here are super professional, speedy, and precise. I make sure to detail exactly what I want before we get started (showing pictures doesn't hurt) and have left feeling happy with the results every time. They tend to get busy towards the end of the day but if you go during normal business hours on a weekday you'll be in and out in under fifteen minutes! read more

I have been going here for the past 2 years and I go once sometimes twice a month. If I could curse on yelp there would be so many f words right now. I am extremely sensitive and self conscious about my eyebrows. They have a problem growing in but with quarantining, not wearing makeup to fill in, and applying expensive growth serums my eyebrows have actually come back to life. They still have a ways to go but they were sooo much better. I walked in and told the lady just a quick cleanup and do not touch the ends because they don't grow in well. As we know threading is quick and your eyes are closed do you don't know what's going on. So in a matter of seconds this lady destroyed months and months of hard work growing out my brows. Apparently don't touch the ends means I am going to rip them off. She tried to explain that she was lining them up and shaping them. Lady I didn't tell you to shape them. I said a quick cleanup and don't touch the ends. Now I have half an eyebrow. Livid doesn't even begin to describe my emotions. She said she was sorry and offered a refund but what good does that do??????????? Did you seriously think what you did would look okay on someone's face? Bad service. Did not deserve a tip for their lack of kindness, however complained when they believed I tipped too little.

They do a fine job but they are incredibly rude. I have stopped going because I feel talked down to after going.

Eyebrows are supposed to match. Look at the ends of my eyebrow photos. One is thick and one is paper thin. I spent months growing them in and in two minutes the lady destroyed my right eye rows end. Why do they not match?! Who cuts off half of the end of an eyebrow and acts as if it's a good job? Never again. Do not give them the time of day. read more

Came for a quick cleanup the other day around 4pm. They weren't busy so I was helped right away! If you're looking for something quick and efficient, this is the perfect place. But if you're looking for good customer service, this is not the place. The duration of the time I was there, they didn't say a word to me. Good thing this wasn't my first time getting my brows done so I knew what to say/expect; but I can only imagine the confusion if it's your first time. They also have student discount ($10 instead of $12) which is really nice! Will probably come again since the location is convenient but won't be expecting any good customer service there. read more

This used to be my go-to spot, but in the last year service has gone downhill significantly. I just walked out with uneven brows and lots of hairs left that should have been removed. No one bothers to ask you what kind of shape you're looking for or if you just want a clean up or arch, etc. This time, the girl threading my brows ran my card for payment and didn't give me the receipt to sign. Yay for student discounts! You get $2 off of the eyebrow threading when you show your student ID. I've been putting off getting my eyebrows threaded since arriving in Pittsburgh and finally decided to check this place out. I went on Thursday afternoon, the place is a bit small, there are only two chairs (and subsequently two people) for threading. There was already a wait forming and not enough chairs in the seating area. Good thing is threading usually doesn't take very long. Otherwise, the location is clean and the threaders are pretty good. Walk-ins are welcome. Eyebrow threading is $12 usually, $10 with student discount. I'll most likely come back since there aren't many similar places in this area. read more

Cute little place with no catches, hidden fees, or unnecessary services. Quick walk off Walnut Street for a convenient location. No appointment reservation needed, I just walk in and my brows are done in 5 minutes looking great without snapped off hair at the skin (I was having problems with that at the last threading place I went to). My eyebrows already grow in a shape I like so I come here to just get it cleaned up. I've come here about 4-5 times now and every experience has been a positive one! They make my eyebrows look clean but very natural - and don't make them too thin unlike other places I've been to. You don't need to call beforehand; I usually just do walk-ins whenever it is convenient for me and they are usually free! It's a super small place, and there are only 2 seats available at a time. But the ladies are very quick and good at what they do. I've only gotten the eyebrow threading, so I can't speak for waxing/removal of hair on other body parts. They also have a stamp card here and a student discount ($10 instead of $12 if you show them ID). I highly recommend if you need a quick place to clean up your brows! read more
