That if I could have someone pickup my daughter and they could perform the service. First I would like to address the fact the policy was not sent to me via email because upon booking they did not ask for my email. Secondly how disappointing that this is a women owned business and they chose to implement a no children policy. Sadly I can not base this review on a service that was performed but only on customer service and policy and I would not recommend this business based solely on the policies and the way this situation was handled.

I have received exceptional service for eye brow threading, Brazilian waxing, and my personal favorite, eye lash extensions. Over the last few years I have become accustom to the BEST and I refuse to book with anyone else. I typically get the "dramatic set" of lash extensions with a combination of 17-19mm lashes in length, and more recently the hybrid sets are my favorite. Courtney is personable so you are always comfortable when being serviced. The lash chairs are super relaxing and the soft blankets make the experience even better. Some people like to take a nap during their lash service, and Glow Studio makes napping a comfortable option. If you prefer to stay awake during your lash set/fill, I know Courtney is down to listen, give advice, or even play music of your choice. I take pride in saying my lash tech is licensed, experienced, and extremely knowledgeable. She's willing to answer any questions you may have. If you are new to the lash world take advantage of asking about lash maintenance, lengths/styles, and even training if you're interested!
