Such a great salon! i first went to try it this past weekend got a spa gel pedicure, Amy did my pedicure, and they have a huge list of nail techs you could choose from or they pick you! Amy was super sweet informed me of the pricing when i was looking at different gel polishes! Most places i've been to don't tell you until after and then you're stuck paying exponential prices. They even offered me a drink, (I was sure if it was free but just asked for water, i think she forgot but i won't hold it against them!) I definitely have mixed feelings about this nail salon. I will say, it is beautiful and so uniquely decorated, it is huge with plenty of staff, everyone was so friendly and everything was very clean! The complimentary sangria was also very enjoyable. As someone that travels and walks to every destination, I did not feel safe walking to this salon. Sadly we had to pay for an uber there and back. Our nails did came out nice , but definitely did not last long enough. While visiting Pittsburgh my daughter really wanted to get her nails done, so when I found this salon and saw they actually have kid prices I was so excited. BUT, apparently you're only a kid if you're under 7.... So my 9 year old was charged for an adult gel manicure which peeled off in 3 days. Also, my pedicure was more than I normally spend in Florida, which I would have been fine with, if the massage was semi decent, or even existed. Out of all the nail salons I ever been to whether outside the country, like the Philippines to Vietnam, or in the US, like South Carolina n Miami, this place was the best I've been to so far. The decor is beautiful, artsy and feminine. They have complimentary drinks!!! Alcohol or non alcoholic, even slushies. My foot message was really good, I almost fell asleep. It's been more than two weeks and my toes still look brand new. I loved my acrylic nails, but those didn't last as long. They have a bunch of discounts, so the price was very reasonable. I had a really unpleasant and unwelcoming attitude. The place was nice but the attitude of the tech is very rude. He was rushing my mani and padi and was very rough! I didn't know their process during the pedicure I wore long pants and the tech said to put it higher and it looked that am not comfortable, he said: you don't want massage! With a very rude tone. He didn't clean the cuticles on my toes and when I asked for a regular nail polish he didn't like as well (I think he wants only gel) When I moved to do my hand nails he took my stuff to the other table and said "ughhh you have a lot of stuff even though it was just my shoes and bag and I wouldn't mind carrying it. I really hated my nails he didn't file them correctly and was rushing to finish it and he wasn't concentrating and chatting with others. And for my cuticles he didn't clean it well and was either pretending to cut or pulling the skin and left some uncut. I told him to cut the extra and he didn't like that I gave him an order?? I talked to the receptionist (he was nice) and other staff who was very rude and said she doesn't see any problem with my nails and they usually don't clean it very well? And this is America and I have to accept it so I won't cause them any problems. I tried to tell her about the main issue but she won't listen and said she will fix only one nail after she finishes and about the nail polish she said this is what you get for regular nail polish it wont be perfect. She gave great advice on how to grow out my nails and gave me an honest recommendation on which services would be healthiest for my nails longterm. The service was good and the design on my nails were very nice (french tip with a little flower on two fingers), but the application process was quite painful. I have gotten gelX nails for years and have never felt any burning during the curing, but my nails were on fire. They were so hot that my nail tech had to spray my hands with cold water. I won't be returning. On multiple visits, staff openly gossiped and made comments about my nails because they were short and not freshly done. I work full-time and am also a caregiver. I wasn't able to get in as often as they expected, and instead of understanding that, I was made to feel judged and uncomfortable. Not everyone wants long nails. Not everyone wants acrylics. Shaming clients for having short or natural nails is unacceptable. I've always tipped well and have been an easy, respectful client. There was no excuse for the treatment I received. Nail salons should feel welcoming and kind not like you're being talked about while sitting in the chair. I've found a new nail tech I love and won't be coming back. Great place for a mani! I just got my normal basic one, but the person next to me was getting super long acrylic ones and they looked pretty unique and exquisite. I never saw the gold, green and orange design, but she seemed pleased with things the entire time. my experience here wasn't welcoming at all. The pedicure was very rushed not to mention your being charged more just for a name of a service and not what you actually receive. The tech was ups that i changed my polish color and he began to be very rough during my service. my husband came along for a pedicure as well and he didn't want polish although wanted his nails buffed out for shine and the tech straight so "NO"! also i dont think its right that the employees speak in there language while working with customers because it's very uncomfortable. its sad we Paid good money and received terrible service and then when we decided we didn't want to tip the "host" tried to be rude. Great place! Well managed, I believe there is a lady and a gentleman who are the owners who are hands on and friendly. Making an appointment and walk-in are easy processes. Check-In is easy. There are many options to pay and tip. I love the diversity of the staff!!! No matter who you are you feel welcomed. I have come here twice so far when I wasn't able to book with my regular tech. The quality of service is amazing. Mr. Randy was the first person to so my nails here when I went to a concert, and SB did my nails today. She is super sweet and gave me a hand massage after my fill! This is my first time getting my nails done at a nail salon. My friend and I booked our appointment online before we walked into the store. They do accept walk-ins, but since we went during the weekend, it was a bit busy. We didn't have to wait long before getting seen by a technician. He did an amazing job with painting my nails and I'm very happy with the results. Pab (I think that's her name or another technician who's name starts with a P?) did my lashes. I got individual lashes and unfortunately, they ran out of short and medium lashes, but Pab was kind to show me the longer lash that she had and even offered to cut them if I thought it was too long on me. I was in town and needed to get my nails done for work. The owner Kim did my nails. I let her know i needed them to be strong since I use my hands a lot for work. As she was cutting the extensions 3 of them cracked down the middle!! I said I didn't feel comfortable with the fact that they already cracked.. that has never happened before.. She said it would be fine & continued with the same extensions.. I spent $100 on them and all of them popped off or cracked within the first few days!! I do not recommend going here. Kim was also pretty mean and immature with her employees, yelling at the lady that was doing my pedicure while myself and other customers were trying to relax. I had an excellent experience at this nail salon for my first visit! I made a same day appointment and when you first go, there's a kiosk where you sign in. I waited less that 5 mins and was getting a pedicure and fill. My tech was Pabitra and she was amazing! Pedicure- I got the Luxury Pedicure that comes with hot stones, paraffin wax, and fresh oranges! It was lovely it took about an hour and half (which I don't mind) and everything was clean, new, AND she didn't place the used tools in the water! Some salons will put your dead skin back in the water but no, she was very sanitary! The massage chair was nice and they offer wine or mimosas.. what!! Acrylic Fill- my nails were jacked up from a previous salon and she was understanding and she fixed them! I did lose a nail but it wasn't on them and then my one nail we just couldn't get it right LOL but gain, it wasn't nothing on the tech! Nothing was rushed and they have a variety of colors! I saw my color on Pinterest and they had it! While sitting there, the other techs were doing all kinds of styles and colors. I absolutely love my nails! I wouldn't recommend this salon - go into the city for a much better experience. I booked an appointment for a gel removal and new gel manicure. After waiting for a few minutes at the front, I noticed it was very dusty and not recently wiped down. I tried to ignore it and sat down with my tech. She used a drill to attempt to shave off my gel, even when I flinched multiple times out of pain. She then had me put my fingers in dip containers (like they serve ketchup in at restaurants) with pure acetone for 20 minutes. This didn't help at all, so she tried again to shave off the previous gel. It felt so badly that I ended up asking her to stop, and left the salon. She didn't apologize, try to make things right, or offer any solutions. She appeared to be some type of manager, as she was sitting behind the desk when I walked in, and directing others who to take next. That was big disappointment. I would not recommend. read more

I went here for a pedicure and the service was okay but they sat me with someone I didn't schedule with. Kevin who did my pedicure made it one of the messiest pedicures I've ever gotten. It was a simple French tip and his method was to messily paint the white on and use acetone to get it off once done. He got while nail polish on my skin and kept trying to wipe it off. I went on vacation the day after and by day 3 the toes chipped. It was terribly done. I ended up getting my nails fixed in Florida. Horrible service and overpriced. The lady who did my feet ended up cutting my cuticles too much to the point that it made me bleed. She also failed to shape my nails and had an issue when I asked her if she could reshape them. Secondly, I went to sit get my fill and started with the owner but she ended up getting up and doing someone else's nails. I sat there for about 10 mins silently because I didn't know what was going on. A man ended up coming up to me telling me to come to his chair. I had to re-explain what I wanted, he then told me that I would have to get a full set instead of a fill. I denied to fullset and proceeded to tell him the design I wanted. I wanted a marble nail, however he ended up painting the tips of my nail one color drying them and then tried to paint on the other colors. My nails did not turn out marble, more like one color with squiggles of other colors. When it came down to price, he charged me 45 for the fill (which their fill is listed at 30), 5 dollars for the length( which I thought was the extra 15 on the full price), 15 for the French tip, then 10 dollars for the color on the French tip ("marbling"), 10 for the chrome on one nail, 10 for polka dots and they made of some other multiple 5 dollar charges that they tacked on. The nail's themselves ended up being 110 dollars. I had no issue paying for the service, but when the service is not up to par and I asked for nails to be fixed they refused to do so but Still wanted me to pay full price for the nails. When I brought it up I was yelled at in front of everyone in the salon. All in all it was a horrible experience, I was at the nail salon for 3 hours for a fill and pedicure. Will not be returning. I would rather a salon tell me they cannot do a design instead of "trying" to do it and having an issue when the client isn't satisfied with the work. I personally won't be coming back to this nails salon, not because the work is wasn't up to par, but because they were rude and unwilling to satisfy their customer. Great salon! Got there at 4:58pm for 5pm appt., not too busy and was quickly seated after selecting my color. There was some confusion about my booking, but I may have flipped manicure for pedicure over the phone. Either way, got old dips removed, pretty easy, got nails primed with one tech and another (Kim I believe) put on my chosen color quickly and professionally. It looked great and was super quick, polish removed and new added in less than 1.5hr, fast to me. Owner was very helpful, offered drink at start and offered discount for student at next appt. I didn't have a great first experience the first time I went as the tech was rushing and forgot to do a proper manicure massage. I still had to pay in full so I left really sad. But I will say they did call me back and offered me like 5$ off my bill refund. I went back this past Friday to give them a second chance. I first got a manicure. The lady thought I had gel nails on and started to take them off with the spiny thingy which hurt me because they were my natural nails and regular polish. She stopped until another tech told her they were not gel. I also did not get a proper massage. So I was upset but Luckily she noticed I was a bit upset and she started to be more attentive and nice during the pedicure which improved my experience. I did like my nails when I left the color was very pretty but they chipped the next day which surprised me because when I do them at home they don't usually chip that fast. I'm allergic to gel so I have to get regular. I've been to other salons and they've lasted longer. Reached out to owner to see if we could find a solution. No solution was given. When a customer expressed dissatisfaction there should be an attempt to make the situation better. I told them that they could have offered a repaint for a small fee.
