I loved this place. Key word: loved. Ownership completely changed. This time around my nails were botched. I went in for a fill and it took an hour and a half, I ended up getting an infection in my middle finger too. My nail tech did not speak any English which is fine but everything had to be translated so what I was wanting I don't think was communicated that well. I won't be back :( read more

My friend made two appointments over the phone for 12:30pm. The next day when we arrived they said only one tech was available to start on my friend's nails and another tech would be free soon to start on mine. I waited an hour until the same tech started on mine. Instead of getting our nails done together, I watched her get a full set and then she sat there and waited an hour for me. We never left the salon til 3:30pm! Only after we addressed the issue did they apologize and give us a discount. Although the manager was very condescending about it. Another issue was that the nail tech only spoke Spanish so we had to ask another worker to translate any questions or direction for shape, length, etc. Our nails turned out well but I would not recommend or return to this salon. read more

Staff is very friendly and the service is excellent. Had a great time with my mom and sisters getting mani/pedis. Aika and Rosetta (hope I spelled their names right) in particular were lovely. I really dislike places where the nail techs don't talk to you at all. Here, all the staff was very pleasant and talkative with us. It was a great time. Not so great. You can upgrade your pedicure now but not worth what it costs. Manicure wasn't good, Not even a hand massage with the manicure! They filed, buffed and painted. Barely touched cuticles. That's it's it felt rushed, my cuticles were not done well and neither was the skin around nails. Disappointed in the manicure especially. Pedicure was ok. A 20 second massage was all I got though, if that. There just wasn't enough attention to detail on either service and the prices are too high now not to give a good mani pedi including massage or little details you come to expect. read more

I took my daughter and her friend here for Mani/Pedi's for my daughters birthday. The staff was welcoming and friendly, prices were bad either. However, later in the evening when my daughter was talking about it, her and her friend did not get the same services, despite them getting the same things and costing the same amount. My daughter only really got a nail polish change on her toes, while her friend got an actual pedicure. I was highly disappointed about this. If it was for this I would have given 5 stars. read more

Extremely satisfied with my visit at Polish'd! I rarely go and get pedicures, but wanted to treat myself! Based on reviews, I chose to call Polish'd and make an appointment. I was greeted by the friendly receptionist and she helped me pick out a color. She also offered me a drink, which was really kind. I had to wait about 10 minutes after my appointment, but I didn't mind because I was getting a nice massage in my chair I may have to treat myself more often and go back to Polish'd. Can't recommend this place enough! I have been going to Polish'd on and off for about a year now. I don't get my nails done too often but in the off times I go elsewhere I immediately regret it, and wont ever make that mistake again. The staff are so friendly and patient. I never feel rushed when I come here for a fill or pedicure. It is a BYOB nail salon which I think is so cute! And they had me hooked the moment they gifted me a surprise item last holiday season from under the tree they put up. It was a beautiful scarf that I wear pretty much every day in the fall/winter. I came here for the first time to get a pedicure along with a gel manicure. They greet you snd immediately ask if you need a drink! I never get asked this at the salon I usually visit in Robinson. This place is a house (the old yarn shop) that was recently renovated and made into a nail salon. I was really impressed. It is really nice and clean inside. They have tons of colors. The people there were really nice and personable as well . Total for both including a design on my big toe was $60 which I thought was reasonable! I wish they accepted tips on the card. I went to Polishd for an acrylic fill and was extremely disappointed. The previously nail polish that I had on wasn't completely removed and was told by the technician that it didn't matter. The acrylic was put on very thick and was only applied to center of the nail. Before the polished was applied my nails were very rough and when I questioned her about it she said it didn't matter. Don't waste your time or money on this business. They hire inexperienced people that don't really care. This was at the Oakdale salon. read more

I just went to this nail salon for the first time today as I've been looking for a good place to get my nails done close to my house. I pass by here everyday and read tons of good reviews so I decided to call this morning and made an appointment, which I would suggest if you plan on going here as their schedule was pretty booked all day and for good reason!! I got a full set of acrylics done and had a picture of the design I wanted and she did an amazing job replicating what I wanted! The shape of my nails are perfect and she paid so much attention to detail to perfect everything else about them. I have zero complaints about my experience here and would honestly say it is the BEST nail salon experience I have ever had. Everyone working there was friendly, the girl who did my nails actually made conversation with me which is rare for a nail salon in my experience. I've heard great things about this nail salon so I wanted to stop in a give it a try. They were able to make an appointment next day, which is great! I got dipped nails. When I get them done at a close competitor, they typically last about 3-4 weeks. However, this time wasn't the case. Usually with dipped nails, i get powder top coat with a solution over time to cure. Unfortunately, Gel top coat was put on as a top coat and chipped within 5 days. I avoid gel polish strictly for this reason. Unfortunately, I ended up disappointed and wasting $38. read more

Went here because of the great reviews. It's a clean shop, the ladies are super cool. I had an appointment and arrived early. From the get go, they seemed preoccupied with the appointment after mine and even rushed through mine so they were prepared. I had 2 different ladies working on me at the same time (one doing feet, one doing hands in the pedicure station) and when it was done they rushed me out of the door. The quality was pretty poor, you could see how many coats were on each nail and it lasted 3 days before it started chipping. Would have loved to see what these ladies could actually do if they were on their A game like they seem to be for the other reviewers. read more
