I had been following Alex for awhile on social media, but could never make my schedule work with her appointment availability until recently. I tried a chain waxing place, and while it was fine, I didn't appreciate being pushed into products or buying a package. Fortunately, my schedule changed and I was able to pick up an appointment with Alex. She definitely exceeded my expectations! She makes you feel like you've known each other forever and is really good at talking you through the service while still distracting you from any potential discomfort. For my first visit to LUXskin, I booked a facial and dermaplaning with Miranda. It was amazing! I have to wear a mask all day at work and I've been getting bad breakouts on my chin because of it. The facial was great overall and I really liked the dermaplaning. All of the products smelled good and felt good. Hi-I had went to get brows done. I had them done 2x throughout the years with another friend and she hardly put any numbing on my brows. I was in so much pain almost jumped off table. When Alex did mine she was ever so kind cont to ask if my brows were numb. After a while they were numb! I didn't feel not a thing! Got a lash lift and tint and absolutely loved it! It lasted for so long and so worth it! I usually don't put makeup on for work because I enjoy sleeping in, but i do like curling my lashes and putting mascara on. Thankfully whenever I get this service it looks just like mascara is on!
