The one thing I will say is that the robe thing they give you to put around your upper body is not plus size friendly. I didn't ask if they had a larger option since the blanket mostly covered me, but it is definitely something I hope they have (or get) for the sake of larger clients. I asked her to tell me about the steps and products (I'm super low maintenance so I genuinely don't know about all the skincare stuff out there).
