I am visiting the area for a few weeks and really needed an eye lash fill, well by this point I pretty much needed a full set. I looked online as I really have no sense of where the go to place for lashes is. I was able to easily make an appointment online yesterday to come in the next day. I was greeted by Rita who was very welcoming and friendly. The salon was clean, nice, and the staff there were all very friendly. Rita also did my lashes for me and she was AMAZING. She was knowledgeable, professional, and made sure she knew exactly what I wanted for my lashes. After my appointment, I now wish I could come to her all the time!! I've never been happier with my lashes; they are natural, fluffy, and the perfect length. hands down the BEST lash place ever. i got my lash extensions about 4 weeks ago and they are still looking good. granted there a little patchy but that's normal since they've began to fall out. i went to Deka Lash before and did not like their service. my lashes only lasted 2 weeks and then they all fell out and were looking not full or worth 300 dollars. IULIA did my lashes and she was soo kind and nice. she treated me very well and made me as comfortable as possible. their studio space is very calming and safe, they have spa music playing and essential oil diffusers in each room. she took her time and even went back to place some more lashes. they are so thorough with their work! my lashes have never lasted longer than before i went here. 4 weeks is a very good time period for extensions to last and im so happy with the final product. she made sure i was happy with how they looked and the end results, even after she still placed a few more extensions to make them worth the cost! lash extensions will always be pricey but their work makes it so worth it! read more

I went here in November 2019 to have my eyelash extensions done. First I had to wait a very long time and my extensions were horrible ( been getting them for years), they were clumpy and uneven from one eye to the other eye. $$$ just for a fill was the next insult, not what I was quoted over the phone. This place is a gem in Pittsburgh. Seriously. Not only is Iulia accommodating but she is top notch with what she does. I always get compliments on my lashes and how I must be so happy to be "born with such beautiful lashes"...nothing about them looks fake or overdone unless that is what you want. BLinking Gorgeous isa hidden gem. I had my lashes done for special occasions in the past at other places & couldn't wait to get them off. Glue burned my eyes, it took forever and the glue was globed in spots. Now that I discovered this place I get them done regularly. Anastasia does an excellent job and a touch up only takes about 45 min. I'm very blond and never had any visible brows to speak of. Then I wanted microblading but was so nervous that they'd be too dark or too thick. Lilia did my brows and I'm so happy with them. Just look so much better in pictures. I recently went on a beach trip, so I didn't get lashes done before, as I go in the ocean waves etc. to my surprise the lashes stayed on through snorkel trip, kayaking, water aerobics etc. Thank you!!! read more

Horrible experience here. I scheduled a lash lift and tint on a Saturday. I was called Saturday morning and told the salon was running twenty minutes behind schedule. When I arrived for my appointment, I wasn't seen for another 25 minutes. When I asked why I was told they were running twenty minutes late- not 45, the employee indifferently shrugged her shoulders. She rushed through my services claiming that she had learned a "new technique that "cut process time in half" - ha! After doing a horrible job on my lashes that ended with my eyes stinging and burning, AND making me late for work, they still changed me full price. I got to work late with an angry manager and had red eyes from the service all evening. My lashes had so much fallout in the days that followed the appointment. read more

I loved having my lashes done here but when my time isn't valued that a problem. I had one appt where the owner didn't show, I text her to remind her and she ended up coming late. The other recent appt I showed up early but 15 mins after my apt time the girl tells me she will be 30 more mins. I said I didn't know if I could wait and the owner text me. She couldn't call me she text me and I left, my time is also valuable. The apt time is an hour so if you are almost an hour later then maybe a heads up would be nice. There was no offer to discount or anything, just a text that says sorry delays happen.(my apt time was also at 8 pm) read more

I made an appointment here 2 days and the person I spoke with was very pleasant and penciled me in for 6:15 on 4/17. I arrived at exactly 6:15 only to see the salon was closed. I called a few times and waited for 15 minutes and still no one came. I found Ulya from Yelp and based on the reviews decided I would try her, so happy I did! I got them done at a nice salon and I was having navy "goop" sticking to my eyelids so I was nervous to get them done again but Ulya did an awesome job! She took off some of the old ones that weren't right and made my eye lashes look stunning. They have stayed on longer than any other time I've had them done so that's a huge plus! After a second correction on my brows, it's still not shaped the way I wanted. I have explained that the ends are not symmetrical and there's some bare skin in between. The staff was accommodating but difficult to communicate with. For the service paid, I expected much more. read more

I've been getting my lashes done for years in San Diego/Boston/NYC. Having just moved to Pittsburgh I panicked because I couldn't find anything that compared to the quality that I was used to. LOOK NO FURTHER. Iulia is AMAZING, she takes so much pride in her work and she makes sure your lashes look perfect and done the RIGHT WAY. This is so important. I would give one star, however; I am happy with the actual service. What I wasn't happy about was the attitude of the girl who did my lashes. I originally booked my appointment online for 12 on Saturday and then I got a text shortly after asking if I could do 11 or 4 on Sunday instead. I knew I would be extremely busy on Sunday but figured I could make it work and kind of had to since I am moving soon and would have no other days available to get them done. Come Sunday morning I knew I wouldn't make it by 11 so I texted the girl at 10 asking if she could do 11:15 instead and she said that it was fine. There was a fair going on further up on the road which made parking extremely difficult and I had a bit of trouble finding the place so I arrived at 11:20. I'm not sure if this is what caused her to have such a bad attitude or not from the second I walked in, but I sincerely apologized and could understand why she was irritated. After I finished I gave her a very good tip despite lashes already being pricey and her bad attitude from the beginning. After I paid and tipped her I expected her to be a bit nicer but she wouldn't even look me in the eye and was extremely rude. She didn't explain any care instructions or even offer me a brush for the eyelashes; I had to ask if I could take one. I don't think I have ever experienced worse customer service. She didn't SAY anything bad but her overall demeanor and attitude was so horrible! Thank gosh the lashes look good or else I would never go back. read more
