I went in to get my eyebrows done, the girl i think her name was Lily but i could be wrong, she was being soppy she got wax in my hair and then messed my eyes brows up one was Longer and then my other eyebrow was and my other eyebrow all messed up.i had to go to whole different places to get my eyebrows fix. which they tried there best.i didn't want to be the person who made a scene so i gave them a call telling about my experience, and too see if there was anyway if I could get a refund. the first person i talk to was very nice and listened to me. Then i got transfer to another person a guy and he didnt let me explain what had happened and was not listening to me. it was very clear he could have cared less, All he kept saying is we don't do refunds and that they can give store credit and kept trying to get my name is stuff. told him i don't want store credit because i will not be going back. But he was still not listening and kept asking to if i want store credit. I finally gave and said i will not be coming back and have good night and right before i hang up he asked for my name. I had hung up. I know at the end of the day my eyebrows will grow back but, now they look messed up and i have to go out of country for a wedding. read more

If I can leave zero stars , I really would this place was absolutely terrible and very racist I had an appointment at 3 o'clock for five people showed up early and they still would not do my nails. they're yelling at me and asking me to plunge their toilet for them because they think My Daughter clogged their toilet. So I stood here for 2 1/2 hours with no nails done. Manager is so rude, pointing fingers and in my face in front of my children, using profound language. I will never come here again. They have something against brown people so if you're not white, don't go here. read more

Had a great experience here, very professional and affordable! My manicurist was very attentive and listened to what I wanted.

Had a really positive experience as a walk-in last week! I was seated with a nail tech within minutes of walking through the door and was able to immediately choose a color of my choice for a simple gel manicure. My nail tech was efficient, gentle, and precise with her work, and my nails look great even one week later! The ambiance is fairly standard for a salon, though I really appreciated the lack of harsh fluorescent lighting - the warmer light and pretty decorations were a big plus. The big tv screen was playing hit music videos from the early 2010s, and as a millennial, I loved it. In honesty I was looking for a manicure where I could zone out and not be chatty or social (introverts, rise up) and it was very friendly service without the expectation of conversation, which I appreciated. The salon appeared to have a wall of massaging pedicure chairs, which looked very nice! The gel manicure was $40, which is pretty standard for the area, and I felt that they did an excellent job. I just moved here and was looking for a new nail salon, so I figured I would try CEO Nails & Spa as the reviews looked good. I will NOT be returning. I called ahead & had an appointment. I arrived on time & salon was pretty clean & the staff was friendly. However, my nail tech rushed through my appointment & kept saying "I have another appointment in 30 minutes." The quality of her work was reflected as a result of her rushing. I asked her to reshape a few nails as they were crooked. She refused to reshape & said "that was the shape of my natural nail." This is not the case as I have NEVER had my nails shaped so poorly. Additionally, as a result of the service I have had 2 infected nails. Would not recommend this salon to anyone. read more

Kevin did my nails, and I am always afraid of getting pink and whites done at new salons because I'm VERY particular.... But he did a GREAT job. He was friendly and funny and did a great job of making sure the pink was a pink I liked and that the length was good. After moving here 5+ years ago, I think I finally found a nice nail salon! Pending to see how the polish holds up but this is the first place I've been to that was nice, updated, clean and could actually do a mani/pedi in a reasonable amount of time! CEO Nails is brand new so it's obviously very nice inside but more importantly it's clean. A decent sized salon - they probably have about 10 stations each for pedicures and manicures along with a few rooms for waxing. I watched the salon being built and have been meaning to try it out since they opened. They always seem to have a ton of customers but on a rainy Saturday afternoon, I decided to take my chances - they were able to accommodate me as a walk-in with about a 30 min wait. Appears they need a few more staff, like every other establishment right now, so I would recommend making an appointment. The entire staff was friendly and Hailey did a great job with my pedicure and manicure (dip) which was finished up by Amy. Very happy so no complaints and planning to come back in 2.5 weeks for my next appointment! read more

I moved here a year ago from another area of Pittsburgh and was nervous about starting over. I have been to this salon many times for regular manicures and pedicures and am always very happy. CEO nails is in need of a CEO. I was looking for a new home nail salon. I was greeted by a woman who struggled with English, even using clear directions. I asked for solar nail color selections - I was given a book. I sat down, she started drilling. She drilled half the nail off as I could clearly still see the old ombré design I had. I had selected a lighter paint color that would have it easily been covered at any other nail salons. So I asked her if the pink would cover and she said no. So I selected a darker color. Then, I wanted to confirm with her that this was solar powder being used on my nails. And she said we don't have that. So after being told they had a product, she drilled my nails, then proceeded to tell me that I needed to pay for just that ($10) if I wanted to leave. I asked how much to take them off ($15). So I had no choice, and had to get them taken off even thought that's not what I wanted as half of my nails were drilled off. After she drilled off the nails horribly, I could still see the nails were still there, not smoothed out on top or on the ends on the natural nail, and it was no even leaving jagged edges. The woman told me I couldn't leave without paying even though we agreed to something, and she couldn't hold up her end of the deal. I was forced to take off my nails. I have been getting my nails done for 15 years. I know quality service. Abs this is far from it. I will never be back. read more

I enjoyed coming here until my most recent visit. I waited 45 mins for someone to start my nails, and it was $70 for a simple chrome dip. It is extremely overpriced and be prepared to wait. Maybe it was a bad day for them but I won't be going back. read more

This time around it took the lady a half hour just to file and reshape my nails and then totally botched my design and color. I had an appointment on 10/29/2021 with gentleman named Kevin @ 11:00am I get there and they said he had went to the hospital the night before. No one called to let me know. So, I wasted my time and gas. They swear they called me. To this day I still haven't gotten a call. So, they said contact them so they can make it right. I go there hoping they would at least apologize. No, the lady was mean, rude & hostile. She kept wanting to be right. Talking to me like I was her animal. It was never about Kevin's urgent hospital matter. I just thought I should have been notified. I went on. 11/06/2021 about 4:00pm. She said I couldn't come there anymore. Who talks to people like that. I did find another place that day & it was $16.00 cheaper. So, I don't care if I ever set foot in there. Then, she told me to get out. VERY UNPROFESSIONALl & HORRIBLE customer service. I hope more people find out all they want is your money. read more
