The receptionist explained to me that the owner does not want to pay taxes on tip money, so she does not allow her employees to be tipped in a typical way. I'm sure the IRS will catch up eventually, but for now I won't give another dime to a business owner who doesn't feel she owes the community a fair tax burden, and effectively limits the tips her staff receive. Full offense, but don't open a small business if you don't feel its fair to pay taxes.

If I can give them 0 stars I would. Went in for a new set of lashes, paid $160. I get that we all…read morestart somewhere however they had a new lash tech do my lashes and she fucked me up. I had my lashes literally clumped together on both set of lashes and she didn't even brush them through. I was busy running around so didn't think anything of it until nighttime when I realized. The next morning I would blink and my lashes would hurt so I decided to keep an eye on them. Next day I wake up with my eyelids extra swollen from the glue sticking my lashes together. I called the salon manager and she said I can apply hot mist over my face to get the adhesive off and if that didn't work I can come in to get them removed. From there their experienced lash tech would advise on whether to let my eyelids breath or if they would just fix the issue depending on how irritated they were. Luckly i was able to get them all off at home. Not only did I lose a shit ton of my lashes but my eyelids hurt. Fast forward I go to the appointment we had made and The girl who did them was super sweet. Def knew alot more, however by the 3rd day I had no lashes they all literally fell off. I had flown to California so I wasn't able to call this salon to advise, fast forward 6 days later I call and the manager doesn't understand what happened. Moral of the story they can't give me another "free" set of lashes. Ladies, pls save yourself the money And go elsewhere....this salon is not the one for lashes AT ALL.
