Unfortunately, I will not be back…read more I was looking for a go-to nail salon when I moved here 3 years ago, stumbled upon KBS before my wedding in 2024, was quite frankly desperate and Natalie (who no longer works there) did amazing work so I returned another time. My mom came with me ahead of my wedding and Natalie did amazing per usual, but my mom was nipped and bleeding all over the place with her nail tech and did not have an enjoyable experience. She gave me a gift card for my birthday last year but sadly I have developed a gel allergy so I haven't been back since (wanted to put it to good use). I have a wedding this weekend and decided to go, but the singular email they send you with the gift card was no where to be found. Didn't think this would be a problem thinking they would have the ability to pull it up on their end as I did have proof of purchase and the confirmation code. When I arrived, I explained the situation upfront and was told by the owner that the gift card would be honored. I get my nails done but when it was time to check out, I was suddenly told they couldn't accept it without the email and that I should contact the third party. Frustrating to be told one thing at the start and something completely different at the end, with no consideration for the customer and their lack of commitment. On top of that, the overall vibe in the salon felt very off, gossipy and standoffish. Even the way the owner spoke to my entry level nail tech at times came across as uncomfortable and unprofessional, which didn't make for a great environment as a customer. With how often this place seems to go through employees, I would think they'd value customer satisfaction and retention over $50 - but that didn't seem to be the case. Gracie was very sweet and did a good job, but I won't be supporting this business in the future. - Update - the owner finally found the gift card 12 hours after my appointment without any gesture to refund what I was forced to pay in-store. Although I appreciate the now useless gift card, I would rather spend my time and money elsewhere. I suggest others do the same!

I buttoned my pants and it lifted on the corner.. Now my nail is half peeled off. ----- Had an okay experience. We made appointments and when we got there the woman seemed confused. We got our pedis which were fine, except the woman who did mine used yellow cuticle oil on my legs instead of lotion? I'm not sure why but that was strange. The guy who did my fill was great. My nail shape and fill are wonderful except for my one thumb is a really awkward shape.. It's like he over filed it. Whatever. The same woman who did my pedi did my gel polish and it's awful. I picked a dark purple color. My skin is stained all over and it was sloppy. Also, she didn't completely cover my nail with the top coat so some of my nails are half glossy half matte looking. Also, my mom and I got the exact same thing but he charged me $80 and my mom $50. Overall, I probably won't be back unless I book an appointment with Karen. Everyone seems to love her but she was all booked up today.

My nail tech was super sweet and worked really quickly- my pedicure was over in about 30 minutes and was only $30. My only complaints are that the color selection isn't amazing- it's decent, and I wanted a specific color so it worked out for me, but I have seen salons with many more options; also, the dryers are super hot. I couldn't keep my feet in for very long because it was not a comfortable temperature. However, these concerns are easy fixes and don't take away from the positive aspects of the salon. Overall, great location, quick and kind service, and fairly clean. I will be happy to come back!

I understand I called same day but if you aren't available it would be better to just tell the customer rather than wait for an hour. I had an event to get to. A greeting goes a long way and just being treated like everyone else. They also were understanding when I needed a nail fixed. Instead of handling the situation in a professional manner they were very accusatory and unhelpful. I would recommend going to another salon there are so many other great salons are Greentree

Not too sure about the cleanliness of the manicure tools, they were reusable and I don't recall if they were soaked or cleaned very much when switching between the two of us. Might consider coming here again. I do a lot of work with my hands and the gel is holding up great.
