I've been going to Kim for a while to get my nails done and was one of her first customers at KBS Nail Bar. As soon as you walk in, you immediately feel welcomed as the whole staff is very positive and friendly. This is one of the cleanest salons I've ever been to and they follow all and every Covid precaution to ensure that safety and cleanliness is the standard. They also are a training salon so no services are ever outdated and they even offer beginner prices for those who are receiving services from newly trained technicians. There is no design that they will turn down! All of the artists are very creative and open to customizing any design you want. They have a variety of colors and styles for both acrylic and natural nails! This is a bonus for me who switches back and forth sometimes. My favorite has got to be the customized pedicure. You can pick every aspect of the service and just relax. I highly recommend the jelly soak and hot rocks! Ive been coming to Kim for years and will continue to as long as KBS is around! She is extremely talented at what she does, Im always satisfied with my results & cant wait to post my nail designs on social media. Pedicures are always amazing! Technique is always immaculate! I can rave on & on,but I suggest coming to experience it for yourself. I tried several nail techs over the years but would come across 1 that shaped good but couldnt paint, or could paint but not shape! I recently had my nails done by another nail tech. They were too thin which resulted in them breaking twice within a week. Kim resolved the issue by redoing my entire set, free of charge! I rarely have issues with my nails but when issues have come up, they have been handled promptly either while at the salon, or by scheduling an actual appointment. Kim has been doing my nails for the past two years and she is nothing short of amazing. Her customer service is excellent and I am always satisfied with the work she does on my nails. This salon is the best in the area. Kim is so professional and kind. She is definitely a perfectionist and her attention to detail is amazing. This studio is fabulous! Super convenient location near East Lib Target. It feels very lux when you walk in. The staff are super professional with great music playing.
