Initially, I was told there was availability. However, after I explained the nature of the appointment, the conversation immediately changed. I was suddenly told they were too busy that day. When I asked about the following day and then any other available day, I was repeatedly told there was no availability, without any attempt to accommodate or even be courteous. What bothered me most wasn't that an appointment wasn't available, it was the way I was treated once I explained the reason for the call. Every customer deserves to be treated with respect, regardless of the type of appointment they're requesting. Unfortunately, this interaction came across as dismissive and unprofessional, especially considering I was calling on behalf of an existing client. I hope the business reflects on how it communicates with customers in the future.

I love that they have online appointment setting (but you can also call as well). It is a small salon, so you need to book in advance rather than trying to walk in or get same day appointments. The nail area is small, but clean and beautifully decorated. There are two pedicure stations and two nail stations. The pedicures don't have those massaging chairs you see at mall salons but they don't need them. The great experience and service you receive more than makes up for a silly addition like that. There is a large variety of color options (including many with sparkle and some of the newest releases from OPI). One thing to note is that the nail salon is up a flight of stairs. I had an ultimate moisturizing pedicure with Erica. She was friendly and courteous but not overly chatty. The pedicure was extremely relaxing and she took time with each step. My feet were in pretty rough shape since it had been several months since my last pedicure and she made them look and feel fabulous.
