I just returned for a Christmas gel manicure last week. Tressie did a great job. The manicures here are always well done & last 3+ weeks. My only negative is that they tack on a $3 sanitation fee to every bill, and that was added during the pandemic, which was understandable when they went above and beyond with what they had to buy for safety and cleanliness. But sanitation is the nature of a salon business so I wish that that extra $3 fee was not still on there because sometimes it's added into the final price I'm given and I've tipped on it, which in my opinion is not right. I was also surprised that it was an extra $7 for cat eye gel. I do totally understand the extra for nail art, but waving a magnet in front of your nail for a nano-second, $7 seems a little excessive. But I'm guessing it's because that polish costs more than regular gel. Anyway they do a great job here, but they are pricier than other salons in the area. I advise booking well in advance for holidays especially, as finding a walk in slot here is tough.

During my last visits, I dealt with scheduling issues, including overbooking, which led to being asked to choose a more time-efficient style or potentially have my appointment interrupted due to another client being scheduled during my time slot. When I raised my concerns, I ultimately felt dismissed and later canceled as a client. I also experienced continued messages after requesting no further contact. I shared my experience publicly because I believe clients should be able to speak honestly about their service experiences.
