Absolutely Love This Place…read more I absolutely love this place! The atmosphere is 10 out of 10 for me. The ladies, every single one, is so professional, warm, funny and knowledgeable about their jobs. Whenever I leave, I leave with exactly what I requested; I am NEVER disappointed. Aside from the all this, I receive a tremendous amount of compliments on my nails; EVERY TIME! I am so glad to be a client at this establishment!

I so badly wanted my nails done for our non-traditional wedding on a Tuesday, on our 21st dating anniversary. I was grateful to snag an appointment Tionna for the big day! When she found out it was my wedding day when I arrived, she was totally cool vibes and had such focus on perfection. She took such special care and supported my taking calls and texting for some last minute curve balls we received about the day. It really felt like I was getting my nails done by one of my good friends. I would absolutely return but I cannot seem to find a time outside of my working hours. Which I guess is a compliment to the business that they're that busy in their evening hours! Quick tip - Coraopolis is street parking with meters. So dig out some quarters to pay for parking before you attend your appointment! They also provide additional services. I invite you to visit their website to see all of the services they offer.

I decided to treat myself and purchase a Swedish Massage and Custom Facial Package. I easily booked…read moreonline and was so excited for my treatments! When I arrived, the check in process was clean and easy, and I was greeted warmly. I only had to wait a few minutes in the waiting room before Marisa was ready for my massage. Marisa immediately asked if I was allergic to any scents and/or body products, which I truly appreciated. She then asked if I had any specific concerns or areas I wanted her to focus on. When I told her about my TMJ flare up, she was very responsive. My massage was amazing! She was truly knowledgeable, open to feedback, and made me feel relaxed. After my massage, I went on to my facial. This was my first time ever receiving a facial, so I was super excited for Kaylea to work her magic. However, it turned out to be a rather disappointing experience. First of all, the walls were so thin I could hear every conversation had throughout the building, which made it very hard to relax. Secondly, I thought a steamer would be used, but warm towels were used instead. When she asked me what type of face mask I wanted, I wasn't sure of my choices. The only choice she gave me was the hydrating mask, so that's the one I ended up going with due to my lack of knowledge. While the mask was on, she was on her phone right behind me. It was super awkward... I definitely wish they would leave the room while the mask is setting! My skin felt great afterward, but the entire experience was uncomfortable, and it was so hard to relax! Overall, I probably wouldn't return to Element Day Spa. I don't treat myself often, so I rather pick a spa that really is more relaxing.
