My check-in process was seamless and they took me 5 mins early. Henry was my nail tech and he wasted no time getting to work. He was friendly and fast. I was in and out within 45 minutes and had the most perfect manicure. He was meticulous about shape and provided some scented cuticle oil at the end that left me moisturized and glowing. She also worked very fast with a sharp object and I was fearful that she was going to accidentally cut me. I believe my concerns are valid. I cancelled the manicure. They insisted that I get a manicure and provided an English speaking technician. I hesitantly agreed. I was a little surprised when he admitted in conversation that the first technician has been in the United States for two years and should have a basic communication level. Somehow, the conversation twisted and he stopped his service and said he wasn't going to polish my nails. Then, a customer called me a "racist." Definitely something I'm not and it's offensive. I don't understand why for technicians, it's perfectly fine to constantly speak in Vietnamese and "disregard" that their customers are being excluded. But how is it okay to kick a customer out who wants to be able to communicate effectively with the technician who is touching her body with a sharp object, in the language of this country? Businesses should strive to create inclusive environments while also meeting the needs and preferences of their diverse clientele. I hope this feedback is helpful to all. Best of luck.

They have several pedicure chairs and nail tables available so they can handle lots of customers at any given time. Billy was both funny and skilled with my mani pedi. I told him about being in the middle of moving and packing lots of boxes, and he was able to recommend a mail style that would hold up to the wear and tear of packing and moving. I've had my nails on a week and they're going strong so far! The facility is very clean and sanitary, which is very important to me. The salon doesn't smell of harsh chemicals at all. My only negative is when the staff speaks amongst themselves in another language. It's off putting when they're giggling and you can't understand what they're laughing about, but I realize most salons are like that. Overall they did a fantastic job and I would come here again.

Despite showing him a design I wanted, he insisted on doing French nails instead. If he couldn't do the design it was no big deal but just say that instead of trying to convince me to get the complete opposite of what I wanted. After politely declining and asking for someone else to do the design he repeatedly refused, claiming that nobody else could. In the end, he hastily applied a sloppy version of the design, and I paid $85 for subpar service. This was a stark departure from my usual positive experiences at the salon over the past three years. Tommy's behavior was unprofessional and rude, and unfortunately, it has soured my view of the salon. I won't be returning due to this, and I'm really sad and disappointed because I loved coming here.
