Very poor job on my nails. I had a pedicure and gel x fill. My cuticle's were not trimmed. I have…read moretwo cuts on my toes. Two nails broke after one week. The gel is very thin and lifting. I will be finding a new nail place.

I'm writing to share my experience on 1/25. I was hoping to get a pedicure/manicure, but I felt…read moreuncomfortable that the technician could not communicate effectively in English. She also worked very fast with a sharp object and I was fearful that she was going to accidentally cut me. I believe my concerns are valid. I cancelled the manicure. They insisted that I get a manicure and provided an English speaking technician. I hesitantly agreed. I was a little surprised when he admitted in conversation that the first technician has been in the United States for two years and should have a basic communication level. Somehow, the conversation twisted and he stopped his service and said he wasn't going to polish my nails. Then, a customer called me a "racist." Definitely something I'm not and it's offensive. I don't understand why for technicians, it's perfectly fine to constantly speak in Vietnamese and "disregard" that their customers are being excluded. But how is it okay to kick a customer out who wants to be able to communicate effectively with the technician who is touching her body with a sharp object, in the language of this country? Businesses should strive to create inclusive environments while also meeting the needs and preferences of their diverse clientele. I hope this feedback is helpful to all. Best of luck.
