I was sooo exited for my Wake Up pedicure with gel polish appointment today but unfortunately today…read morewasn't the day! Had an appt for 10:15am. Was told my person was almost done. At 10:30 I was placed at a pedi chair and it wasn't until 10:50 until my service started, over a half hour later than scheduled. I swapped the service to a quick polish change and asked for a quick pumice clean up. Honestly May was a dream and took such great care and paid close attention to detail while working swiftly. Timing-wise, the polish change was finished when I anticipated to complete a full pedi service so the delay didn't impact the rest of my day. Will definitely give them another try when I have more time and will want a full pedi from May in the future! While I was waiting, someone across the room exclaimed "best pedicure ever," so very excited to try again another time. Also looking forward to a cocktail on a future visit.

I made an appointment a few weeks in advance for dip. This was my first time at this salon and I…read morewas quickly impressed by appearance both inside and outside. The front of the building is very aesthetically pleasing and is the spa entrance. The back of the building is slightly shaded with trees and offers ample parking space for the nail salon entrance. My check-in process was seamless and they took me 5 mins early. Henry was my nail tech and he wasted no time getting to work. He was friendly and fast. I was in and out within 45 minutes and had the most perfect manicure. He was meticulous about shape and provided some scented cuticle oil at the end that left me moisturized and glowing. I'll certainly be back. The service and pricing is unmatched in the area.

I'm writing to share my experience on 1/25. I was hoping to get a pedicure/manicure, but I felt…read moreuncomfortable that the technician could not communicate effectively in English. She also worked very fast with a sharp object and I was fearful that she was going to accidentally cut me. I believe my concerns are valid. I cancelled the manicure. They insisted that I get a manicure and provided an English speaking technician. I hesitantly agreed. I was a little surprised when he admitted in conversation that the first technician has been in the United States for two years and should have a basic communication level. Somehow, the conversation twisted and he stopped his service and said he wasn't going to polish my nails. Then, a customer called me a "racist." Definitely something I'm not and it's offensive. I don't understand why for technicians, it's perfectly fine to constantly speak in Vietnamese and "disregard" that their customers are being excluded. But how is it okay to kick a customer out who wants to be able to communicate effectively with the technician who is touching her body with a sharp object, in the language of this country? Businesses should strive to create inclusive environments while also meeting the needs and preferences of their diverse clientele. I hope this feedback is helpful to all. Best of luck.
