This has always been included in other places, and seemed to me that not including cuticle cutting in a dip powder manicure is just not doing a complete job and leaves the nails looking half done and unclean. In the end, he hastily applied a sloppy version of the design, and I paid $85 for subpar service. This was a stark departure from my usual positive experiences at the salon over the past three years.
