I've recently been obsessed with their structure gel. I've gotten it 3 times within the past 3 months. If I knew, I would have rescheduled. When the person I booked with (who did such a great job) was not there, it would take upwards of 2 hours to get a fill. Most of the time I would sit there waiting and get bounced from person to person. They do not clean the drills, files or clips from person to person often and sometimes dip your nails straight into the dip pot. Sometimes, I wouldn't get the exact color I asked for either. There are some really sweet people who work there are some really rude people who work there. One lady gave me attitude on the phone and called me asking why I did not show up to an appointment at 5:30 when my appointment was at 6:30. I came in and she proceeded to give me attitude at the chair, and she was not even the one doing my nails. They take walk ins before appointments, just an FYI. After not coming here anymore, my new nail person said I had multiple "rings of fire" or nail damage from them using drills too harshly on my nails. I am giving this place 3 stars for my nail tecs I would try to book for my fills and pedicures. They rocked. Everything else gets a one star.
