I messaged the business through Yelp and the owner Annie got back to me within the hour. She fit us in for the following Saturday and we both went for manis and pedis that day. The shop is in a small plaza, only 8-10 parking spots for the 4 businesses located there, but there is street parking available as well. The shop is clean and bright. At the time, Chris was the tech that completed my services. She did a great job, and I was really pleased with the work and continued visiting this shop. Over the years I have had my nails done by all the technicians working there, but never Annie who seems to concentrate on doing acrylics. I typically just do gel mani/pedis. For some time now I have been scheduling my appointments with Jenn. Jenn is very personable and kind. She remembers everything it seems and it's always a pleasant experience when dealing with her. Getting an appointment that fits my schedule is usually not an issue, but they tend to get busier as the weather gets nicer so keep that in mind when scheduling. They accept cards but appreciate cash! I am not a good cash carrier, but I always make sure to have enough to tip with.

They do not clean the drills, files or clips from person to person often and sometimes dip your nails straight into the dip pot. Sometimes, I wouldn't get the exact color I asked for either. There are some really sweet people who work there are some really rude people who work there. One lady gave me attitude on the phone and called me asking why I did not show up to an appointment at 5:30 when my appointment was at 6:30. I came in and she proceeded to give me attitude at the chair, and she was not even the one doing my nails. They take walk ins before appointments, just an FYI. After not coming here anymore, my new nail person said I had multiple "rings of fire" or nail damage from them using drills too harshly on my nails.
