Unfortunately, I will not be back…read more I was looking for a go-to nail salon when I moved here 3 years ago, stumbled upon KBS before my wedding in 2024, was quite frankly desperate and Natalie (who no longer works there) did amazing work so I returned another time. My mom came with me ahead of my wedding and Natalie did amazing per usual, but my mom was nipped and bleeding all over the place with her nail tech and did not have an enjoyable experience. She gave me a gift card for my birthday last year but sadly I have developed a gel allergy so I haven't been back since (wanted to put it to good use). I have a wedding this weekend and decided to go, but the singular email they send you with the gift card was no where to be found. Didn't think this would be a problem thinking they would have the ability to pull it up on their end as I did have proof of purchase and the confirmation code. When I arrived, I explained the situation upfront and was told by the owner that the gift card would be honored. I get my nails done but when it was time to check out, I was suddenly told they couldn't accept it without the email and that I should contact the third party. Frustrating to be told one thing at the start and something completely different at the end, with no consideration for the customer and their lack of commitment. On top of that, the overall vibe in the salon felt very off, gossipy and standoffish. Even the way the owner spoke to my entry level nail tech at times came across as uncomfortable and unprofessional, which didn't make for a great environment as a customer. With how often this place seems to go through employees, I would think they'd value customer satisfaction and retention over $50 - but that didn't seem to be the case. Gracie was very sweet and did a good job, but I won't be supporting this business in the future. - Update - the owner finally found the gift card 12 hours after my appointment without any gesture to refund what I was forced to pay in-store. Although I appreciate the now useless gift card, I would rather spend my time and money elsewhere. I suggest others do the same!

This was a GIFT, I did not purchase this groupon. One Onyx employee told me I could use the face value of the groupon for a different service and then another employee the next told me I can't use the groupon. THE SPA does not allow it. The Spa can allow anything or make an exception because it was a GIFT. I'll never go back. There are other spas close by that will get my business.

It is tucked away in the corner of a small shopping center. It is cozy and welcoming, and Ida and Keri are incredibly kind. An elderly lady came in to try to get an appointment (new client) and they were so kind to her. I was taken on time (early, actually), with great attention to detail. $65 for a shellac mani and plain pedi is also a good price. My nails look fabulous, and I will definitely return!

They do structured gel manicures and absolutely amazing nail art. The salon itself has an awesome pop-art vibe. All the nail artists display their identity flags at their station. There is always fun music playing and tvs with cute animal videos on the walls. Truly, every single artist is unbelievably talented. My usual artist is Trinity, but I also went to Lex once. I'm impressed with how both of them displayed their creativity and personality into the design. Visiting Beli Nails is more than just a beauty appointment. They have several pedicure chairs and nail tables available so they can handle lots of customers at any given time. Billy was both funny and skilled with my mani pedi. I told him about being in the middle of moving and packing lots of boxes, and he was able to recommend a mail style that would hold up to the wear and tear of packing and moving. I've had my nails on a week and they're going strong so far! The facility is very clean and sanitary, which is very important to me. The salon doesn't smell of harsh chemicals at all. My only negative is when the staff speaks amongst themselves in another language. It's off putting when they're giggling and you can't understand what they're laughing about, but I realize most salons are like that. Overall they did a fantastic job and I would come here again.
