I'm assuming the two people who provided the pedicure and manicure are the owners; this is meant to be constructive. Very nice people. But the service that you get is the most bottom, basic service. They make conversation with you so they're very pleasant but it's low-key apparent that they really don't care that much about you they just want you in and out. I sat down at a filthy station and asked her to please clean the table; I don't want to sit down with somebody else's ground up nails that ended up all over my black clothes. I found that to be very unsanitary and a big turn off. As nice as this couple is I really feel like they could offer a better experience. I paid close to $100 for basic gel toes and nails. There are just too many other nail salons out there in which I've had much better exoerience. I just feel like at this point in time when so many people are choosing to do their nails at home and as the prices at the salons rise to keep up with high rent they could make more of an effort. read more

My 15yo went in with a picture of what she wanted. She came out crying. She was told what would look 'better'. Her nails came out not what she wanted. Some were also sloppy. One nail was forgotten on the extension and she got home her thumb didn't even have a topcoat! So upset, never going back. They offered $10 off of the $80. read more

I've seen a lot of mixed reviews but I personally had a great experience! I went early on Sunday and was the only one in there at the time so they were able to get me in and out quickly. I've come to this salon a few times now and Chloe does a wonderful job! She is so kind and always does exactly what I ask for. She is the best! She also did a great job waxing my eyebrows too. I have always had a pleasant experience coming here so sad. Pricing is a little expensive but it depends what you get. read more

Incredibly disappointed in my experience. Went in on my birthday to get my nails done. Had to wait for about 25 minutes for someone to start, which I really didn't mind since there were so few people working. Get my manicure and as the worker is doing my cuticles, he takes a chuck of skin with it. Super painful! Two days later there is a chip in the nail, so I call to get it fixed. When I come in rather than redoing the nail, the same worker filed it down and glued it. Super upsetting especially for how expensive they were! read more

I've been having my nails done at the same salon since 2016. I only get ombré, which I know requires some skill, so I stick with what I know is good. I happened to be in Bridgeville, saw Bebe Nail while sitting in the parking lot, and decided to look them up. I see they have a picture of a nice set of ombré nails so I figure what the hell. Give them a try. I walk in, show her a picture of exactly what I want and ask how much. Keep in mind, I have natural long nails but I've broken a few. So, I only need a few tips, I ask how much and she said $55.00. Same price as my salon but with a full set of tips. I'm thinking, as long as they're well done, okay. It's convenient and only a few bucks more. I explain the things I dislike. Short, fat, square nails. I like longer, thin, natural looking nails. She proceeds to add the tips, but cuts snd files them a little shorter than my natural nails. She's building them and they're "thick" & very curved. Totally not like natural nails at all but I can still live with them. They problem is the horrendous ombré. I mean, they look nothing like the picture I showed her. The white underneath is very prominent and not blended, so now all of my fingers look like I have white starting halfway down my nail bed. They look terrible. Short, thick ... like chiclets! Awful. But then, we head over to do my pedicure. No mention of what kind, what I want, the price, nothing! She took exactly 20 mins to do my pedicure, including gel polish. Clipped my nails, gave a quick sand if the heels. No massage, no real cleaning ... just a totally rushed basic pedi. At this point, I just want to leave. I'm silently scolding myself for going against my gut. I walk up to the cash snd she says that will be $115, please. What? On what planet does a shitty food wash, nail clip, gel polish cost $60?? I ask her why it's so much since I can get a deluxe 45 min spa pedi with foot & leg massage, paraffin wrap, and gel polish for $55 at my own salon. She proceeds to tell me it's $30 for pedi, $10 for callous file, and $20 fir polish. What a joke. If you're going to charge people for things that should be included, you should tell them upfront. Didn't tip, and never going back! Save your money and go elsewhere. This place is a scam. I had my nails done 5 days ago and they already need a fill. Itsho read more

I had a pedi here before and it was decent (see previous review). Decided to go back for a dip mani, walked in for and was taken immediately... that's where the positive review ends. My cuticle was cut and started to bleed (not unusual for me - dry skin). I figured the nail tech would "dip" my other nails until the cut clotted, maybe even apply some antiseptic. NOPE! She put my open wound in the dip powder container, even after I said I was cut. I was so shocked and speechless that I didn't say anything as she picked the dip powder out of my cut (OUCH!). After completing the mani, she told me to wash my hand where I scrubbed with soap and hot water. Then I had to ask for antiseptic, which she touched the dropper tip to my wound. I proceeded home to scrub my finger again, apply triple antibiotic ointment, and hope not to get infected. Visit at your own risk... I won't be back! read more

This is officially the WORST nail salon that I have ever been suggested to go to by my friends. I specifically asked for an ocean blue color, but instead I was presented with a cauliflower blue color on my beautiful toes. Also, the salon does NOT have gender neutral restrooms, and as a full supporter of the LGBTQAAIPPQHDJRKCO+ community, this offends me. When I tweet about this, i hope you know you are cancelled. read more

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. After having my nails botched by multiple salons over the years in multiple cities I am extra sensitive about sterilization. I have since done my own nails over the years but always ask salon techs if they sterilize their tools. Upon entering I walked over to a table and asked the tech if she sterilized the tools used in the manicure process. She looked at me and immediately said if you don't like it you can go somewhere else. I started to explain that I have had issues in the past but she was so aggressive and mean that I just walked out. I happen to be in the customer service industry and this kind of behavior is intolerable. Ladies: always ask salons if they use autoclaves to sterilize the tools. There are no regulations in the nail industry that protect you and terrible painful staph infections occur regularly. read more

Honestly, this is just your typical nail salon.... Nothing better or worse than any other one you would walk into. I went here to treat myself to a pedicure for my birthday. That was simply my goal and that is what was achieved. Am I happy with my pedicure? I guess. It wasn't the greatest one I've gotten, but also not the worst. I had to wait for about 20 minutes when I got there, which was fine because I was in no hurry. When it was my turn, I had already chosen a color and took a seat. I like my water hot, so I wasn't upset that it was just that. The woman who did my pedicure was nice enough. I wasn't really in the mood to engage in a lot of conversation, so I was okay with her not asking a lot of questions. I enjoyed my feet soaking and getting a massage in the chair, but trying to get the massage chair just right was kind of a task. I'm almost positive that airplane cockpits have less buttons on controls than the control for this chair! Whatever though. I sorta figured it out and got massaged for 20 minutes in my seat. I do wish that she would have at least ASKED if I wanted my heels scraped being that they are cracked & calloused from being on them all day at work. Again, whatever though. Disappointed that a half assed pedicure cost me $35 ($5 of that was a tip because I felt obligated). Not sure I completely understand why a pedicure cost $30 for soaking my feet and getting some polish on my toes. I wasn't willing to pay almost $50for a "deluxe pedicure", especially not knowing what "extras" you got with it. I doubt I will be back, especially because there are a 100 other nail salons around. But, all in all, my goal of treating myself was achieved. read more

Bait & Switch! Booked a pedicure and was told $32, but upon arrival I was told $35. Once the pedicure started, everything was an up charge! To remove my existing polish $5! To trim my nails $5! To remove dead skin another $5!! The entire pedicure lasted 20 minutes and the end result was mediocre at best. I wish I could give zero stars! Plus the the Owner & Nail Tech - Mary & Kim were so rude & unprofessional! Do not go to this salon. read more

This is the worst nail salon I have ever been too. Don't waste you time of your money. They are over priced for the inferior product you receive. Uneven, paper thin, and inconsistent (bumpy and waves) Not to mention the customer service, when I have asked for them to be fixed properly I was told that "they do hundreds of nails a day, and that I don't know what I'm talking about". I'm travel often for work, so I have been getting my nails Done all over the world for the last 20 years. At this point The Walmart salon down the road would be a better option. Writing this review on behalf of my 88 year old grandma. This was the first time she was able to get a pedicure since start of COVID and she was so excited. (Yay, science) Plus, she recently fell and hurt her foot. My mother thought this would make her feel better. The staff was so disrespectful, essentially making fun of the condition of her feet and ignoring the fact that she recently hurt her foot. They spent very little time on the pedicure and it cost $37. Will NEVER be going back. She left the place feeling worse than when she got there. read more

I love this place! I had a bad experience at another nail salon and went to a second nail salon to fix the nails. They did a terrible job too! I work in an office so I basically have my nails done shorter, square shaped with a neutral color polish so that is something that should be basic knowledge to nail techs. I went to Bebe as a last resort to either fix my nails or take them off. They were very accomadating even though I did not have an appointment and they were very busy that day. They did exactly want I wanted with ease. Not only that but they did it fast. I could tell they have experience. I'll post a photo when I can take one. read more

They do not respect appointment times. Waited 15 min to be told there is still one appointment in front of me. Super disappointed...

I see Donna at least once a month for mani and pedi. I'm a server so my feet are a wreck. She always uses the gel callous remover and cheese grater and it works amazing ($5 extra) I don't understand the below bad review because everyone is always so nice. My aunt and gram have been going to Mary (the owner) for over ten years. They both get gel and never an issue. I get clear OPI nail envy because I work with my hands a lot and regular top coat chips off. Nail envy is a matte clear polish and I love it. Donna did my eyebrows for the first time ever (wax) and they look awesome ($10) I'm a guy so I don't want thin brows. I tweeze because they get so bushy and she cleaned them up real nice. Donna has never cut me with the cuticle clippers, but I'm sure accidents happen. Especially with very dry, sensitive cuticles. All in all I love Bebe. They also will accommodate last minute walk ins, etc. Love you Donna and Mary!! read more

I had the worst experience at this salon. The male operator was rude and seemed he was doing me a 'favor' by doing my nails! The polish I chose was clearly not the same color that was applied. Made the mistake of taking my sister here to get a set of acrylics done for vacation and will never be coming back. Which is a shame because the two male nail technicians are amazing! I didn't get the women's name who did her nails, but they were terribly done. She completed a gel full set in under 15 minutes, was rude, and completely ignored both me and my younger sister when we were trying to tell her it isn't what she wanted. Nails weren't completely painted, bumpy acrylic, and awful attitude. Don't worry though, after screaming at my 15 year old sister about how rude and stupid she is the nail technician made another failed attempt at trying to fix them. read more

This establishment doesn't even deserve 1 star. They staff is incredibly rude. They ignore all your request (like applying less pressure while removing skin from your foot, they make fun of the condition your body is in (laughing and pointing) and they sit and talk to themselves without addressing you. I've never had a worse experience and would not recommend them to anyone. It's a shame because the salon was pretty clean and we would've gone back if they were so rude. They overcharge for the amount of work that they do as well. $40 for a 10 min pedi - no thank you. BEWARE. read more

Myself and three other friends came here on a Sunday. Appointments were made well in advance for each of us and we specifically asked that there would be enough staff to take us at 11:30. None of us were taken at 11:30. The first in our group was taken after 12 and it went from there. We did not get out of there until 2:30. I paid $77 for a gel mani and pedi when the price posted was $60-65. Not sure what the up charge was for and didn't feel like arguing. My gel mani didn't even last two weeks without chipping. I had an appointment with Kim for noon, waited 15 minutes for her to finish up with another customer. At 12:15 Kim started on my SNS dip, and was putting the top coat on at 12:28. 13 minutes for this process, so you can imagine how terrible the $45 manicure is. I've been getting my nails done for 20 years. Decided to try Bebe. A man did them - thick, uneven and a mess - and it took him TWO hours! And insisted on charging me for a full set instead of a fill! One week later they all lifted so I went back and they fixed and filled them for free. Today (one week later) I have fungus growing under one - went back and they told me no one was there that could fix it and to call tomorrow. Asked if i should just have the nail taken off so it doesn't grow into my real nail. Girl said she didn't know how and SOOOO RUDE! Unbelievably rude! Kim is AWESOME! I went to get dip nails done after a not so good experience at another nail salon. She took her time in the entire process and made sure to not miss any corners or anything. HORRIBLE! Their price board is confusing and over priced. There was no sugar or salt scrub on the legs. They only put a little lotion on there and cover with a small hot towel. My mother's pedicure was worse. She has a callous on her foot. The lady asked if she wanted her to use a callous remover for $5. My mother said no. So when the lady was doing the regular scrubbing with the pedicure, she skipped right over the rough spots! Then later again asks is she wants her to use a callous remover. My mother asks what they use and they pull out the ol metal grater. No way anyone who knows better would let anyone near them with one of those. Then on to the manicures. They nipped my mom and she bled. My lady didn't even remove the remaining spots of clear polish I had leftover on my nails. We both got gel polish. For the first time ever, after 3 days and I have CRACKS! The employees were quite rude and the place just seemed wrong to begin with. Obviously we won't ever be back and I highly suggest no one else subjects themselves to such a horrible experience. read more

Had a pedicure 2 days ago. Looking back, I don't think the woman working on me used clean tools. She was really digging under my big toenail and laughing about how she was "torturing" me. She wasn't kidding. I couldn't sleep last night because it was throbbing and I now have a red, throbbing toe that the urgent care doctor said is infected. My toe hurts and I'm out $100 for medical care and antibiotics. I'm leaving for vacation and have to deal with this now.... Hopefully it gets better quickly. Also got a pricier dip powder manicure because she said gel wouldn't fill in my nail ridges- even though I've had gel and it has been fine in the past. She only put one coat of the color powder when every other place puts 2 and she didn't cure them under the light - just dried them under the fan. I should have said something but didn't. I've been getting my nails done for years at a couple of different salons - I've even been there once or twice before. Never again. I won't be going back. They just don't seem ticare about their customers. UPDATE : DAY 6 - still having some swelling and pain and my $45 dip manicure has already chipped. read more

My friend and I had an appointment. We arrived just a few minutes early. The shop was busy, perhaps with walk ins, but we weren't seen until 35 minutes later. My friend's "manicure" consisted of just getting her nails dipped. That's not a manicure. The girl rushed her through while she was also giving a pedicure to someone else. I came here for a pedicure , I asked for French white tips. The pedicure itself was pretty basic, they did do a good job with callous removal but the rest was rushed. The worst part is that after 2 days rhe edges were chipping off & the topcoat they used turned yellow making my white tips look dirty. I came back in and explained that I was just here and could they repolish my toes please. I was very nice , explaining that I'd never had this happen before & that I work in a salon and have been licensed for 15 years working with nails , hair, etc. the lady was very ignorant telling me that she does more pedicures in a day then I've ever done & that it was my fault the top coat discolored because I must be pulling black leggings over my feet or rubbing my toenails on dirty surfaces - THOSE WERE HER EXACT WORDS. Then then proceeded to talk about me in a different language , laughing . She covered the white with new white and put another layer of top coat on . Never removed the old polish. Needless to say I WONT BE RETURNING. read more
