Unfortunately I have to update my review as, with nails, sticking to appointment times is critical given how often you're making appointments for something like a special occasion. I made an appointment a week ago for today and despite being able to produce the date and time stamp on the call they were adamant that I did not have an appointment and they could not squeeze me in. I was very impressed with the quality of customer service on my first visit and was warned by a friend that I had just gotten lucky, honoring appointment times was a struggle for them and she often had to wait 45 minutes even with an appointment. Her experience is more the norm o suppose. I'm not knocking down any further because the quality is still undeniable. I would not recommend this place for a time sensitive appointment but would still potentially return for a "just because" pedi or mani. read more

I've been going to Kim's Nails for ~8 years now, and can't say enough good things about them. Annie, Lowell and Lo are all great. My mom comes in from Philadelphia and schedules a pedicure every time she's in town because we can't find anywhere else that does as good of a job and is so thorough. NEW My Daughter had an Appt today Jan 7, 2024 with Lloyd who does her nails all the time and does a Great Job for the Past 2 yrs She went to her appt and was told to sit at someone else's table. One of the ladies proceeded to do my daughters nails she thought she was just putting on the tips for him but she couldn't even get the tips to glue on so she proceeded to put curved tips on but my daughter told her she didn't want those tips because they will look a certain way and the woman told her they won't. Well she proceeded and my daughter did not like the way they look so she had her soak them off. My daughter said the two ladies huffed and puffed and gave her an attitude and Lloyd did nothing or say anything! Mind you the appointment was with him. They Charged my Daughter $40 and she left without getting her nails done! This is terrible Customer satisfaction and no way to run a business! You didn't just loose one Client you lost 5 Clients now! We will take our services elsewhere! Shame on you for taking advantage of my young daughter and Charging her! Hope that $40 was well worth it! read more

Kim's is the only place I'll go for pedicures. They take their time with each client, and are thorough with each service that they offer. I'm a distance runner, so I tend to build up some fairly tough callouses on my feet; this is the only place I've found that actually smooths them down, no Dremel involved. Kim's is consistent, professional and clean. I highly recommend them. read more

Terrible customer service! The man in the front is the rudest ever. I walked in there to ask if they had available appointments and he rudely told me to come back later. I love this place. I've been going there for a while & it's always been a great experience. I'm currently pregnant so my nails grown out pretty fast & I have to keep up with them. These nails are so durable! I'm normally pretty hard on my nails & they either pop off or lift or break which can be annoying. However when the guy does my nails they always stay on. I'm going back tomorrow for a fill/pedicure, it's been 3 weeks since my last fill and pedicure & they've lasted!! Also because of the virus I'm normally the only one in the salon, I like that they schedule it that way, very considerate!! My only tiny tiny thing would be the prices have been raised since the virus and lack of availability for supplies so the higher rates are a tad annoying, but not enough to stop me from going there. It's nice that there is 3 nail techs, more personable, but I can imagine it's an issue when it's busy. You have to call ahead and make an appointment nowadays, but that's never an issue for me anyway, I think it's better that way because they take you right at your appointment time! read more

I've had a pedicure with a design here twice. Both times, the service was excellent! The first time I came a couple days before leaving for the beach. My design and the polish held up after a week at the beach and was in pretty good shape when I came almost a month later to get another pedicure. read more

This place is very clean and the people working are very friendly. It has a nice calming and relaxing feel to it. I've only got 2 pedis before this, and this was my third one I've ever got. All three have been at different locations and this is by far the best I've been to. They really massage for a long time and it was great! I paid $40 for a set of gel nails that started crumbling and coming off after 1 week. I called to tell them, the man answered the phone and told me to come in. When I get there I was greeted with a dirty look, the girl filled my nails and I was charged $20. I will never go back. They are very rude and their gel is poor quality. Many other places to go in the area so they need to step it up or go out of business. I tell everyone I know about my experience. read more
