I couldn't be happier with the results! Thank You for caring about your clients!!! Shout Out to Carly!!!!

I came here today for some relaxation after work. The place was clean and had a lot of workers but…read morewas still busy which is to be expected everyone seems to stop after work. My only complaint when I went to check out the girl didn't ask me or tell me about the tip process. Most places lets you write a tip on the final charge and total it up but instead she said you needed to tell me. I felt bad and I am not the type to not give a tip for good work. I ended up driving to the mall across the highway and back to find an atm to take out extra money to tip her. If I haven't been there before how would I know I have to tell the lady to add the tip. If you are not going to give the option to write the additional amount then the workers should be politely asking would you like to add a tip? Prior to finishing the charge.

The lady who did my nails was extremely rough was filing my nail bed down so so much it was hurting. I asked her if she could stop doing it that much. She was in a rush. She did NOT push/cut my cuticles back AT ALL , and she didn't even start at the base of my nail when she did them. She also did my eyebrows. I walked to my car and could still see hairs in between my eyebrows. Like really.... Wtf did I just pay for. I had to go to work I couldn't go back in there. I fixed it myself. Well last night. One nail just popped off. Haven't had them on a week. and this morning some of the nail polish started chipping on my thumb. I won't be coming back to this establishment after this sadly. To expensive to not even be able to last 1 week! I now get why your names "fast nails" must not care of the job you do just get em in and out. It sadly shows... do better. I will show pics of what I'm talking about Also it was Cindy who did my nails and brows. If you go there don't get her to do yours

She took her time with me and explained why my nails were the way they were, which I really appreciated. She also helped me pick the perfect color for my skin tone. She was very knowledgeable about warm and cool tones. As someone who already pays attention to what colors complement my skin, I was impressed that she picked up on that so quickly and guided me toward shades that truly worked for me. The inside was super busy, which tells me this place gets a lot of attention, especially being so close to the school. Despite that, I never felt rushed. I definitely plan to keep coming back every few weeks to maintain my nails. It is exciting to finally feel excited again about getting my nails done by someone who clearly knows what they are doing.
