I came here today for some relaxation after work. The place was clean and had a lot of workers but was still busy which is to be expected everyone seems to stop after work. My only complaint when I went to check out the girl didn't ask me or tell me about the tip process. Most places lets you write a tip on the final charge and total it up but instead she said you needed to tell me. I felt bad and I am not the type to not give a tip for good work. I ended up driving to the mall across the highway and back to find an atm to take out extra money to tip her. If I haven't been there before how would I know I have to tell the lady to add the tip. If you are not going to give the option to write the additional amount then the workers should be politely asking would you like to add a tip? Prior to finishing the charge. read more

**BEWARE!** A "Pedicure" is not a Pedicure. Only a polish and lotion. They do not even remove dead skin. But they charge you for a pedicure! Spent 45 minutes watching the guy try to scrape out non-existent remnants of polish from the sides of an empty bottle! A Pathetic Salon Experience! Would not even give this place one star. read more

I called to schedule a last minute pedicure with my friend and was told they could take me right away. The wait was fairly long but the service was more- so disappointing. First off, they separated my friend and I completely across the salon when we came together and specified that we came together so we had to text to talk. (I would like to add there were multiple empty seats between us so it seemed silly.) Also, I had to ask three separate times for her to shorten my nails. When I asked if she could cut them shorter she said "shorter is ugly" to which I had to insist I didn't care. That was a first for me at a nail salon. I have been coming her for two years getting the same pedicure I know what comes with it and how much it cost. today 6/5/2023 I come in and the man must have said extra $20 five times for the gel. I said I know didn't you just take gel off my toes I get it I want the gel. so he proceeded to do the pedicure but omitted the hot towel wrap on my legs when I ask him about it he claims he did it.I tell him wiping my legs with the towel is not the same thing. they begin to speak in their language and the lady says he did it how the hell would you know you weren't back there. needless to say he didn't get the tip and they lost a customer horrible fucking service. read more

These people are RUDE! ofcourse not everyone in there but the nail tech I had was very rude jerked my hands around to put them in the position he wanted them which is unacceptable! I kept telling him how I wanted my nails and he still did them the way he wanted them. I believe he was mad because I told him I didn't like the shape of my nails. He started speaking in mandarin like he was complaining and the two guys he was speaking to were laughing. I dont know how u take people's money and talk about them right in their faces. This place is really nice. I've made an appointment for both times that I've been here and they do a pretty good job of keeping to the schedule and giving a really great experience. Prices are reasonable... I got a gel fill, deluxe pedi and my eyebrows done for 80. It's been 4 weeks since my brows have been done and they pretty much look at exactly the same. She was quick and it seriously was painless. I've always had an issue getting them done... I'm super sensitive and flinch a lot, but I didn't even have a chance to think about it and she was done. I went to this salon from a recommendation from a friend. Had reservations. They made us wait 45 min. My nails are soooo bubbly (I think the nail tech missed a step or didn't filed them down enough) and it's only been a week and they are so ugly and grown out. I've literally never seen this before. They also are coming up on all the edges. I literally can't wait to get these off... and if I'm being honest I felt like that the first night I had them on. Also, on my right middle finger make their are these 3 brown dots? Honestly, just skip this nail place it's more hassle than it's worth and they did a horrid job. I should feel glamorous after I get my nails done but the whole week while I was in Atlantic City all I wanted to do was hide my nails from everyone. The nail tech was very nice and I asked him a few times to make the nails shorter and he did just as I asked. This place is actually horrible. First time going and will not be returning. The man that did my nails rushed my nails. Did the wrong color base, I wanted beige, they are pink. I wanted painted white edges. He did not say a word to me. Instead of taking a small brush to get closer up the edge of my nails he just used the one from the bottle and went half way. Had a great first experience here. I was taken right away without an appointment and the shop was clean and employees were friendly. They had a large polish selection and a classic pedicure was $27 for basic polish, which isn't the cheapest I've found, but also not the most expensive. The lady who did my pedicure was very thorough and my feet were definitely pampered after the long work week. I am pretty picky when it comes to dead skin on my feet and also cuticle removal, but I left a very happy customer. There is plenty of parking outside and they do accept credit cards. Awful selection for name brand gel colors, took 30 minutes just to remove my old gel, and gel was removed in a way that was damaging to nails. On top of that, only one person spoke fluent English so no one could answer my questions. Very frustrating experience and would not recommend. read more

I was referred to this nail salon by two of my friends. I called to make an appointment the day before for a pedicure as I was going to a wedding the next following day. My appointment was at 8:30 am; however it appeared that they were open prior to that time. There were already at least seven other people getting other services done. This could have been because of the Mother's Day weekend. A nail tech took me as soon as I walked in the door and was told to go over to the wall and pick my nail color. As the whirlpool was filling up, the nail tech handed me a nail brochure, which was more like a menu. This salon offers several services from manicures, pedicures, waxing, eyebrows, and lashes. This salon is very clean and the salon massage chairs are awesome. I wish I had one of these chairs in my home. Once I decided on the pedicure service; the nail tech took his time, paying attention to detail. After my nail color was applied, I decided to have some nail art done. So, another nail tech took over working quickly and she made this look so easy. I was done in under an hour. This salon provides great service and quality work with a professional and friendly attitude. They did a wonderful job and I will refer anyone to this salon. read more

Update: I went back today after calling and Diane fixed everything! She was gentle, took her time, and made sure I had a good experience. Customer service is truly cared about at this business, and I would highly recommended it to anyone. Chalk my last experience up to a mistake... everyone makes them. I usually really love this place - Steven is great at gel manicures and the atmosphere is so friendly. However, my most recent trip was Friday - less than a week ago. The lady who took off my old gels was really rough and it burned my real nails! When I told her it hurt she just kept going. Then the guy who actually gave me the gel polish change was in such a rush and the polish is already starting to chip and peel. He was too worried about something going on in the parking lot. I will never go back to this place!!!! The man who did my manicure I'm sure, had little experience doing this. My nails were a mess, I was getting the gel nails, he cut my nails wrong to begin with. Some were rounded some were squared off; two of my nails that were squared off were done on an angle! The gels started pealing up within a week!!! Gels usually last about a month for me! I couldn't communicate with him, he spoke no English. At one point he was pulling on my hand to make me move closer, rather than changing his position,I couldn't get any closer than I was. Stay away!! I came in here to get my nails done right before vacation after a coworker referred me here, on my birthday. I ended up going through 2 different nail techs because the first one burnt my finger and then applied the acrylic tips crooked. The tips were already starting to come off before he even put on the acrylic. I had him soak them off and another young kid started working on my nails. He put SO MUCH NAIL GLUE on with the tips, and when he started to put the acrylic on, I told him I wanted the acrylic thin and he put a HUGE GLOB OF ACRYLIC on every single nail. Upon closer inspection, the acrylic was lumpy and uneven and some parts of the nail weren't even covered in the acrylic. At that point, I told them I was done and to just soak my acrylic off. It took an hour and a half to soak off all the acrylic that he had put on there because it was so thick. They tried to say once they filed it, it would be even but that is not correct. I've had my nails done correctly and you are NOT supposed to put that much acrylic on it. Why would you glob it on sloppily and uneven to begin with. You can file something like that down. As I was leaving, I felt bad because the kid was working on my nails for two hours so I gave me a tip, and I saw him take the acetone that my hands were soaking in, and put in back into a big bottle....to use on someone else's hands. I just went in during my lunch hour to get pedicure. I love how clean this place is and how professional the people are who work there. They use plastic covers over all their pedicure stations so they are extremely clean. The lady who helped me, Donna gave one of the best pedicures I've ever gotten. This nail place is not worth the prices. Especially pedicures. When I get a pedicure I should not feel any dry skin on my feet. But because they have different pedicures that range between $27-$48, if you get the classic that is $27 they will do the bare minimum so you can get one of the more expensive pedicures in the future. I definitely caught on to that. I've got one of the more expensive ones once and do not see the difference. I need my feet scrub not my legs. Tom the guy that usually do my hands do a good job, but unfortunately it's so expensive I'm going to have to find another salon that's not as expensive. It's just not worth it when you get the same if not better from the other hundreds of nail salons in the area for a cheaper price. read more

Sign says walk ins welcome but they only take you if they feel like it. I could only get there after work. (Which was 1.75 hours before they closed) and out of 5 times I went in... They took me once. So the other 4 times I had to find a different place. Seems that the owners are burnt out and don't want to help you. They only take specific clients and will quickly weed you out if you are not one of them. Found a better place. One who treats clients kindly. And doesn't talk about you the second you sit down.
