I have never been so appalled at a business before. I was here getting my nails done for my daughter's wedding, and I see a mom and her young sons (appear to be under 10) getting pedicures. Suddenly I see a man approach the woman and her sons (one is black and the other is white) and the man starts saying hateful, racist things. He starts recording the mom AND HER CHILDREN while being racist, and nasty. The staff didn't say a word. They allowed this man to belittle customers, and record them. The staff allowed the CHILDREN to be recorded and harassed, and witness their mother being harassed as well. The staff never stepped up or even asked the harasser to calm down and leave. They allowed it. My friends and I would come here all the time, and we will NEVER be back seeing how this business allows hate, harassment, and doesn't bother to protect at least the children. This place can go to hell. I will NEVER be back and will tell all my friends and family to STAY AWAY!! read more

My nails always look great, but Be is very distracted and seems to be getting worse every appointment. She is getting up multiple times WHILE doing my nails, on her phone and even opening up mail while she was supposed to be doing my nails. She no longer pays attention and focuses on the client. Its very unprofessional and rude. If she keeps treating people this way she will slowly loose her clients. Long time client here and I just went to another shop to get my fill. This is the worst nail salon that I have ever experienced. First, I sign in at 11:30 añd no one waits on me until 1:15. She said 'I thought that you were waiting for someone. Second, I had 2 nails that were cracked in my natural nails. I have been growing, conditioning my natural nails because tips make my nails super thin, so it has been 8 years or so since I got artificial nails. She sits down and cut ALL my natural nails off she said 'I know what I am doing'.Third, I show her a nail design and she continued to do what she wanted. It seems like since the place was relocated, they have changed some of the procedures. I called to make an appt on Sunday for a pedicure for myself and my friend. We show up and were told to go to our seats. We get pedicures which were fine. The polish on one of my toes was horrible. I asked her to fix it, she didn't do a great job. We are sitting there allowing our pedicure to dry when I notice a sign that says 'No Cash on Sundays" and "No tips on debit or credit cards". Not accepting debit cards on anyday of the week should be publicized better. This no cards on Sunday is a real money maker for the Salon. Amazingly, they have an ATM for you to use. So now, I paid 30 for the most basic, no frills pedicure, I was charged a total of 3.75 to deduct the money, then tip. I don't mind following the rules but I'd like to know them beforehand so I can decide for myself if I want to use their services. Also, every nail tech wears masks but no name tags. So there is a lot of pointing and shouting of go with "her" but you are never sure who you are supposed to follow because generally when not busy, the techs are sitting or standing together. Mani-pedi disappointing. I had nail dip on & needed then removed. I requested to have them soaked off (foil wrap) while having a pedi. Well rhey pretended not to understand! So, i just let it go. Anyways, the lady doing my pedi was really rough. She pushed my cuticles until they hurt, & I told her not to push so hard. She said something to a another worker & giggled! I waited 40 minutes PAST my appointment time and finally just got up and left! If they don't have time for people, why schedule appointments making people think that's when they will be seen. went for mother daughter appts for two upcoming weddings. gel pedis. gel fell off one toe 3 days later. went back at opening day of wedding to repolish one toe. they told me come back later. i said i have wedding today i can't it will take a second. i even offered to paint it myself. they would not give me the polish. said to sit at chair but then took four new people ! waited 40 min and they refused to take a second to fix the toe which should not have come off! read more

So I randomly decided to get my nails done today at a new salon. I found a coupon for $2 off and it was an incentive to come. Since it was an impromptu choice, I told them I wanted to look at the colors first. I took a half hour to do that. I was serviced by the male tech, Jack, whom also answered some of my questions with much hostility. Since I am not a pro nail technician who knows about the services (not even a board with pricing available), Jack treated me like I was a total dumbass. My questions weren't even stupid! During the acrylic application, Jack got pissy with me when I had a couple more questions. Otherwise, I sat there and STFU so he could focus. I only asked about 5 questions total. Lastly, after being instructed to wash my hands, Jack disappears and dumps me on his wife to finish. Upon checking out, I was so upset I forgot to give her my coupon and left. I was not told thank you or anything. Did I tip? HELL NO! I feel bad for the owner,Be, and will be writing her a letter. If you come here, do NOT be serviced by him. Actually, I just don't recommend this salon. Even though my nails look awesome, Jack killed the experience. UPDATE Business manager called me back and apologized. I've had MANY bad experiences with this salon over the years, most of the nail techs aren't very nice, and do a mediocre job. I got mold under a set once (their fault for not properly applying the acrylic) and when i called to tell them, they didn't apologize or offer any sort of reimbursement/coupon for next time. I also got lashes from Be before, she didn't ask me what length at all so I assumed she would to a medium length (my fault for assuming i suppose). She put on the longest lashes i've ever seen, i couldn't even put on my glasses!! Then she left before I could even voice my worries about the length, leaving me to pay her husband who doesn't do the lashes. I came back the next day to get them removed and she CHARGED ME TO REMOVE THEM! even though it was her fault for not getting the length i wanted. never going back again, and i suggest you don't go unless you want a cheaply done job for nails or lashes. read more

I absolutely love this nail salon! I have been going for almost a year now. All of the nail techs are friendly. Be is very friendly and does amazing work despite how busy they can get. You can call ahead and before COVID you could walk in. You have to expect long wait times for the amount of people that come in because the nail techs produce amazing work! Every time I've made an appointment, it is upheld. The times they were super busy they still have me pick a color, I tell them what I want done, someone will do part of my nails then someone else finishes. great place as long as you don't get Be as your tech. She's more interested in talking on her personal phone the whole time vs putting effort into the nails she's working on. She will also argue with you about doing things to your liking (such as filing down bumps or an extra coat of polish, etc). Also charges more than the rest of the techs in her salon. So, I called this place on a Saturday around 10:20 am and asked for an appointment later the same day. I knew the chances were slim, but I was able to get an appointment for 12:15. Now, I was about 5 minutes late because of traffic on the Monroeville exit, but I called and they said no problem. I arrived at 12:20 and after I picked out polish (which took no time, because I already had a color in mind) was placed at a pedicure chair. I was told that Ricky had to start someone who had been waiting, which was fine with me. I waited for a while. He did a nice job, but I felt like he was rushing through it. I got a gel manicure which turned out nice, but I had to re-file my nails because they were catching on things. Be did my eyebrows and waxed my upper lip. She was pretty quick and everything looks good. I made my next appointment before I left. I'm going to try a different nail tech, but I would have Ricky do my nails again. I think this place is great. They have a MASSIVE gel polish selection and work to get your nails done good and efficiently. My gel lasted well over two weeks which is really unheard of. The only two downfalls. Prices seem a little high and the nail instruments don't come out of a UV cleaner or anything like that (who knows if those things really disinfect or its just a mental thing for me knowing they're possibly "clean") they just pull their tools they previously used on others out of their drawer and use them on you. I always prefer Bea and Ricky, quick yet awesome work. If you get one of these 2 it's 5 star. However, the last time I was there I got an old woman who was trying to service 3 pedis at once. Plus there were 2 wild boys running through the place, splashing water fountain water all over the floors, and had toys all over. Not a good experience. In the process of my pedi, she clipped some skin which hurt badly and wouldn't stop bleeding. It took entirely too long and the polish job was not good either. HORRIBLE! I had an appointment for manicure/pedicure. Waited for 50 minutes. Took me for my nails first (any place I have ever gone takes pedicure first). Cut my cuticle - Poured alcohol on it and said "sorry" ... I had a French which the lines for the French were so crooked ... Sat in a chair for pedicure and was told "You will need to wait because I have other appointments." What? I am your appointment. So sorry I was told. We are running late ... In the meantime,. the lady he took came in 40 minutes after my arrival! She was older and as she sat in the pedicure chair said, "This water is too hot." I could see steam rising from her feet. The tech told her to stick her feet UNDER the water and it would cool off. Are you kidding me. Where else was she to put her feet for a pedicure? Place was very dirty. Don't waste your time or money. I had a two pm pedicure appointment and was placed in a chair upon arrival; 45 min. later with feet sitting in cold water Helen came over to start the process. I was close to just waking out with soggy feet. The pedicure itself was decent. She worked really hard to get rid of all my dead skin, but the paint job is subpar.
