Updated: Previously I gave a bad review because they refused to refund a gift certificate my hubby spent too much on. I decided to go with my daughter and we both got regular pedicures. The woman there was very nice and I was relieved there was no blade use this time I don't know if it was them or a previous business that cut the ball of my foot and ignored me when I brought it up. Anyway, there were already 3 getting worked on when we showed up, she was anxious to get our feet in the bath anyway - I wouldn't have mind waiting but I didn't wait TOO long soaking before she started on my 11 year old daughters toes, ( I don't think she believed she is 11 because of how tall she is) I had fun watching her use the back massager and my toes look great! Horrible Experience! I walked in for a Regular Mani, and eyebrow wax. The first girl who was russian or Argentinian was very nice but was doing a horrible job so i kindly asked for someone else. The next lady who did my nails did a 5/10 job but then said " Im not going to fix your nails so dont ruin them" which is a good way to have no one come back Now im white and very fair so i mentioned that if the wax is too hot I'll get second degree burns, didn't think that was too complicated to understand, the lady who would've done my eyebrows who was Asian and older said that SHE'S SCARED! Went in with a friend for a pedi and full set. Asked for the deluxe pedicure, but didn't receive the services listed. I didn't care because they were busy, but the woman cut my foot and I was bleeding. She ignored the fact that I was bleeding (literally blood in the water lol) and continued putting lotions over the cut which burned. When I went to get my full set the guy doing my nails also cut me with the drill - twice. Once on my right index finger and once on my left middle finger. When I was paying I politely told the man that I didn't receive the deluxe pedicure just the basic. He argued with me and said I received the deluxe. I paid regardless $120. Went for a gel manicure earlier this week. Noticed on Friday that the color was chipping away on a couple nails so I went in on Saturday, when asked what I needed done I said nail repair on two nails. The person replied rather rudely "We don't have time!" I said "really?" Was told yes even though there were quite a few technicians with no customer, waiting for work! Unbelievable. I'm not sure why I keep coming back here. Today it was because 90s Nails was closed... But I really mean it this time. This is it for Venetian. I arrived at 12:10pm. I was told that the regular manicure is $28, gel is $34, and because I wanted French, $40. So I got a pedicure for $34 and Gel French mani that was $40. The pedicure was nice, but I forgot to turn the massage chair on until midway through and nobody even offered. I wanted a French pedicure with a little design on my big toe. After I asked, she told me it was $6 extra for a design. SIX. Honestly, how much paint does a flower use? That's outrageous. So I nixed the design and just got a $34 pedicure. She did a good job. Next was my gel mani. I got no massage and no lotion with this $40 manicure. So essentially, paid for her to soak my hands in a bowl of fancy looking rock water and clip my cuticles. She also filed my nail extremely crooked and I had to ask her to even it out. I'm giving you $40. File my nail even. In the middle of my manicure, I started to cough up a lung... I've been battling a nasty head cold and felt bad that I had an episode in the middle of my Mani. Only then was I offered a complimentary water... Which I graciously accepted the offer for..... And she forgot to bring me.... Until ten minutes after I stopped coughing. The hand slots with the black light for gel nails was disgusting. It could definitely use a good cleaning as there were nail particles and dust all through it. I didn't even put my hand down the whole way because it was so bad. By this time, it is 2:01. I know his because as I type this, I am still here waiting for my feet to dry, as I was told they needed another 20 minutes. $72 later (they were gracious enough to give me a $2 discount because I got a full set), I walked out petty disappointed. Don't waste your time or your money here, guys. Honestly, just go to 90's, where they accept credit cards and the ATM machine options aren't in incriminates of twenty. Maybe you will enjoy this place, as the staff is friendly and they always do a good job on my paint, but over a 2 hour wait and outrageous prices are not my idea of a good nail salon. Best part of the story- when I left the mall, 90s nails was open. I guess they open at 12 on Sunday's, after all. read more

To have "spa" in the name is a misnomer. I don't want to sound rude, but it is the typical Asian nail place. About eight pedicure chairs and ten nail stations. It has that acrylic smell to it and the typical busy and noisy feel going on. There are a lot of colors to choose from that range in brand from higher end like OPI to low quality Wet and Wild. I find that you get better service and more attention when they aren't as busy. I've been rushed through a pedicure and also had them last almost an hour. I think a lot depends on who you end up with as well. They will try to up charge you, but for the most part aren't all that pushy with it. Overall, about what you'd expect from a mall salon. read more

A basic pedi is $35, extra $5 to remove old gel polish (sloppy removal), extra $5 to remove calluses. So what is a basic pedi other than placing my feet in a not so sterile tub of warm water? Randomly went into nail salon as a walk to get my dip nails removed. I had a middle age woman who appeared to be the (manager/owner). I explained that I needed them removed due to post surgery requirements. I also explained that four of my nails had tips due to me biting them. I waited approximately 10 mins. The woman cam back and asked if I wanted more nail and I re-explained I was having surgery. Then stated again 4 were tips. The woman said "don't tell me how to do my job". She then continued to remove dip. Upon leaving I still had alot of the dip material left on my nail. I had to go to another salon to have everything completely removed. I hate this place! There is an older woman (with glasses about 5'6 in her mid 50's) that has NO CLUE how to give a pedicure!! They offer 4 different types of pedicures. I went for the $38 exfoliating pedicure....She basically applied the scrub to my legs not even putting it on my feet! I was getting a pedicure not a LEGICURE! I actually took a 10 second video for my facebook friends (they all laughed - it was so PATHETIC) because ALL I GOT WAS A 10 SECOND MASSAGE!!! The main reason I get a pedicure is so someone can massage my feet! She then proceeded to give me a french manicure on my toes and when I told her I did not want the Pink&White look, but a Beige&White look, she flipped out at me! Told me they don't do it that way! That I get it with the pink or I don't get it at all! After I told her I was going to call the owner/salon manager she offered me a drink, and started to massage my feet longer!!! PROS: Tips can go on your credit card and seating (between each customers) is not crowded. read more

DO NOT waste your time and money here. I used to go to this salon RELIGIOUSLY every 2 weeks for an acrylic fill or full set and pedicure back in 2010-2011. This salon used to be clean, modern, well-kept and professional where you could get an amazing mani/ pedi with full tip sets that lasted and lasted and looked amazing. They also offered free drinks so you could sit and relax, watch tv and have a nice expereince. This is no longer the case as they have been re-staffed with a new group of rude, outrageous and incompetent workers. I went here on a whim to get a full acrylic set and pedicure for my sisters wedding. I unfortunately took a friend with me who also had to pay and endure the torture with me. Upon walking into the salon the woman who seemed to be "in charge" there was SO RUDE and practically screamed at us to sign in and choose what we wanted. Upon signing in and then telling her that I wanted french mani/pedi she then began to repeatedly ask me "pink or white tip?" over and over again. She was trying to UPCHARGE me for a very expensive gel/shellac mani/pedi without my knowing. Unfortunately for her this was not my first rodeo at a salon and I knew what she was doing. I had to practically yell and be rude to tell her and each person who worked on my mani pedi that I only wanted an acrylic set and regular pedicure. It was ridiculous the way they were trying to work both myself and my friend into paying more for services we didnt want. In addition to this annoying and obnoxious issue that persisted throughout our 2 hours there, they advertised that there were drinks available for purchase...again yet another downfall from the previous owners and workers. The man who did my friend's pedicure and later my full set of tips was both unprofessional and disturbing. He would not stop talking to my friend and I (butting in on our conversation) and was making fun of us, mocking our voices and things we were saying. He apparently was trolling for tips and trying to be "funny" but it was both rude and INCREDIBLY unprofessional. While putting on my full set he pretended to CUT MY FINGERS OFF WITH THE NAIL SCISSORS and then laughed hysterically about it. I have NEVER EVER been treated so ridiculously at any professional place where I have ever paid for a service. On top of all of this, the standard procedures there are priced WAY too high for the crap quality of "service" there. A standard pedi was over 30.00 and the full set was also 35.00. I asked for a round set of acrylic tips with a french manicure. He put on square tips and cut them down to very awkward shapes, not even resembling rounded nails. If a nail salon cannot even produce the most standard and simple of manicures, they are certainly not worth anyone's time. I will NEVER EVER go back there and will spend my money elsewhere next time I feel like getting a mani or pedi done. Be sure to spread the word about this one, no one should be giving these people money for anything they are doing there. read more

AWFUL experience! I had not been to this salon in more than a year and after today, I remember why. It was incredibly dirty, prices are high and the nail techs are awful and rude. I requested to have acrylic removed and a gel mani. The women working there repeatedly tried to talk me into a number of services that I did not want. It took more than an hour and a half to have the acrylic removed and to have a gel mani. The nail tech "Annie" made it quite painful. Customer satisfaction was sorely lacking, as Annie pressed me as to why I did not have children, asked if i was too old, and continued to ask my age, even when i requested that she stop asking such inappropriate questions. I will NEVER return to this terrible salon. High prices & extremely poor customer service are two reasons to avoid this place at all costs. read more

Will NEVER return. The place was absolutely filthy. They used the same tools on everyone without sanitizing anything. It was disgusting. They did a horrible job of my nails the first time with the polish being so patchy I could see my nails through it, and giant smudges and pieces missing. I went back a half hour after having them done to be treated really rudely, and to then have another lady put MORE coats owe the existing mess. Now my nails are thick and blobby. My nails never break, but about a hour of getting me nails done, one my my nails chipped off. I drove back to the place & he fixed it. We went here to get gel polish done and it was supposed to be pink and the lady did my nails blue after she told me she didn't like the shade pink i picked out. and then after she was done i told her i did not really like it and it wasn't done how i had asked, she told me i was being stupid. Wtf!? Stay away. I got a basic pedicure and a gel polish change and my total came to $58 before tip? A pedicure is $28 (which is a few bucks higher for a basic Asian salon pedicure). How did a gel polish (no mani, there was no cuticle care) cost $30??? Because they had to soak off my last? Or because they had to "cut down" my natural nails? I could have went to Artisan Spa and got a legit spa treatment for that price PLUS some spa water. I am outraged and will never ever return here. Plus I had grandma painting my toes and there were lots of Oops. In the past they offered you free drinks or bottled water and it was a nice place to go. Now you can't even find a polish purchased in the last 2 years. Old crusty bottles that are all separated and many generic brands. I will not return here again. For all I know they were Punking me charging me that much and I just didn't question it.
