I waited almost 40 minutes before he came over to me. I made an appointment for a reason--I have places to be. If they were running behind, a simple apology or update would have gone a long way. Instead, it felt like my time wasn't valued at all. Because of the delay, I wasn't even able to receive the service I had scheduled an appointment for. I'm very disappointed with how this was handled, and I won't be returning.

Of course I did, I replied. It is the reason why I called, to check if Cindy had a 12:00 appointment available. The lady insisted that I had not mentioned Cindy. However, it's clear that this lady's first language is not English, so perhaps she didn't fully understand when I mentioned if Cindy was available. This is so disrespectful and unacceptable. If you make a mistake, just take accountability for it and apologize to your customer. I had a very busy day and wasted 30 minutes driving to not even receive an apology for their mistake. Be very careful when you call here and be sure to have them repeat the appointment confirmation so you're not disrespected like I was.
