Poor customer service. I called specifically to schedule a pedicure with Cindy. When I arrived, I was told that Cindy was not available and that I had not specified Cindy. Of course I did, I replied. It is the reason why I called, to check if Cindy had a 12:00 appointment available. The lady insisted that I had not mentioned Cindy. However, it's clear that this lady's first language is not English, so perhaps she didn't fully understand when I mentioned if Cindy was available. This is so disrespectful and unacceptable. If you make a mistake, just take accountability for it and apologize to your customer. I had a very busy day and wasted 30 minutes driving to not even receive an apology for their mistake. Be very careful when you call here and be sure to have them repeat the appointment confirmation so you're not disrespected like I was. read more

this place is a total sham! I asked for sheer nails and showed them five pictures, and I was given the runaround. I had asked for a regular pedicure with an acrylic fill and I did not ask for as many gems as the woman put on my nails, which are chunky glue and the diamond fell off by the second day. I was charged $200 and not given any kind of foot rub stone massage or anything extra! I received maybe two squirts of lotion and a half full foot sink which was lukewarm water. My boyfriend paid, and I did not realize we were overcharged until I left and when he called, they tried to tell him after a certain unspecified time they charge one dollar per minute! Who in the world what in the heck! That's crazy... I have half of mine to report this to the Better Business Bureau because this is absolutely highway robbery and I did not appreciate being taken advantage of. the vibe was completely uncomfortable as they spoke Vietnamese in front of me and tried to tell me that gel and powder are the same thing. So I got regular gel nails with acrylic and a bunch of gems that I did not ask for and I was charged for extra minutes whenever I told her I didn't want all of that.. I'm very upset, But I'm willing to take this review down if I receive full compensation for all of my troubles, especially after driving an hour round-trip for this terrible terrible job read more

Edit: it is now 8 days later and 8 of my ten nails are chipped and every single one of my friends acrylics have fallen off. Really disappointed and wanted to like this place. The spa was very nice inside and seemed clean enough. I was charged 40 dollars (50 after tip) for gel manicure which I felt was a little over average. The manicure looked nice and I had not many complaints besides the price but it's been 5 days and 3 of my nails are already chipped. I haven't worked out or done anything to cause this chipping. Do not feel like the price justified what I received - a gel manicure should not chip after 5 days and is really disappointing with the Holidays coming up not having time to redo. My friend paid 60 for a full set of acrylics that she was not happy with. They were not properly shaped and felt rushed. 5 days into having them one has already fallen off and the others are beginning to. While her price wasn't horrible, we both agreed we would not come back. Service was okay - no one was overly friendly or accommodating with exception of one woman whose name I did not get. She seemed great. Maybe we just had a bad experience and got unlucky since other reviewers really enjoy this place but based off my experience I Would probably not recommend this place, as there are much better salons in the area for this price point. If you need a last minute appointment and can get in now where else - sure it will do a fine enough but it seened like they just wanted to get us in and out of there without focusing on the quality of their service. read more

Got my nails done for the first time here yesterday with a friend of mine after work. It was right next to the sheetz and moes in Robinson. The atmosphere was great and the time it took for my nails was an hour which was quick but they did an amazing job! I made the appointment the same day and it was nice I didn't have to wait a few days for my appointment. everyone who worked there was nice, and I will for sure be back to get my nAilS done in the future! I had my nails done here six days ago. Although I really like them at first. After a few days they started chipping. I don't feel that my cuticles we're done properly. And my toenails were left a little too long and square. This is only my second time having A manicure and pedicure done. The manager was very helpful. But seem to just try to sell me on permanent make up for eyes and lips. I feel like I paid way too much for toenails and fingernails to be done when after a few days it just started chipping off. I opted out of getting the gel nails, because I've heard that they damage the nails underneath. I probably would not recommend to a friend. And I did cancel an upcoming appointment to have them redone. In a month before I leave for Florida. I've heard from other people that there are places that do a better job for less money. I was a little unsure about a nail salon with all Vietnamese men workers. Usually it's women. I was referred through a friend, so I gave it a try. I came here for a mani and pedi which is $45. I thought the price was a little steep. I was offered a variety of pedicures, but I chose a regular pedi. First of all, he didn't clean up all the skin/cuticle area like I wanted. Next he didn't apply the polish neatly, therefore it was streaky. Finally, the instruments he used were not sanitized and used customer after customer. I wouldn't come here again. read more

Brian, the owner of the salon, was the person who did my acrylic manicure and pedicure for my wedding. I went a few days before the "big" day with no appointment, and he kept me there until everything was perfect. The pedicure was totally relaxing, albeit a bit pricey, but it was a once in a lifetime nail salon trip. The acrylics he put on where PERFECT. He made sure it was the perfect nail for all the upclose pictures. I had a skull theme with my wedding, and he painted on a skull onto each ring finger nail, and then put gem eyes. It was a great touch to give something more to my plain nail. I took off one star simply due to pricing, but, as most salons will do, he rounded down to the nearest 10 for my bill, so I was cut a deal. read more

Let me start off by saying I have been routinely going to this salon for almost 2 years- out of those two years, I had acrylic for 1 1/2 years. About 3 & 1/2 years ago, I was going to a salon that I really liked and trusted. Well, turned out I didn't really like them when they started "sweeping" me out the door. So I started shopping around different nail places to find one that met my standards. I explored different nail salons in the area, they didn't meet my high standards, but then found creative nails. They had glitter acrylics (which at the time, I was CRAZY about). The glitter acrylics initially attracted me. They surpassed my expectations- and here, 2 years later, and still happy with my experience and continue to go there. Till this day (even though I decided it was time to take the acrylics off: I get the gel now), I still go there. I love the place- they make you feel welcome and the technician always asks how my mother is doing. :) read more

This salon does a great job for a reasonable price. I have been going to them for years and that was after trying several of the other more expensive nail salons in the Robinson/NF area. I came to the conclusion that they do the best job and have been going there for the past 3 years and I have never got a bad set of acrylics (I have paid more at other places for much worse jobs). The acrylics they do look great, last a long time, and handle fills very well. Sometimes you will have to wait cause they have limited staff, but if you call for an appointment early in the day they can give you a time to show up w/ no significant waiting. I went here to get my nails done for a vacation. I got a gel manicure and a gel pedicure. I was told a gel manicure will last 10 days to 2 weeks. The very next day, I was on vacation and saw that my nails started to chip. First chance I had to get back to the salon, they refused to refund me claiming that my nails might just be oily and that's why they didn't stick. As I continued to argue, they chose to speak amongst each other in another language which is SO RUDE. I will not be going back. I've always gone here to get my nails done which is never too often. They always did what I asked for. But this time was horrible. I wanted a pastel/muted rainbow (each nail a different color). So I pick and write down all the colors from the swatch samples. Half of the colors that looked pastel on the swatches were literally NEON. And one of the colors didnt even match right. It was like a gross sparkly brown and when I asked for it changed as the nail technician was putting it on he refused. It was a male technician who was dismissive and unwelcoming to me. It felt like he didnt want me there and that I was a bother. I very clearly asked for only polish but I was given a set of acrylics instead. I was fine with that, because I can deal with acrylics, I've had them before. But they were filed terribly and were super rushed. They were all uneven on the ends and on top of the nail. He also was really rough with me and yanked my arm around and sliced my finger open while filing my nails. Didnt seem to care for me, just apologized so I wouldn't get mad because I jerked my hand back. I paid 55 dollars for this experience. The technician also made a comment about my tattoo on my arm and "how small it was" asking why I didnt get it bigger. ??? Unnecessary comment. But these next two things bothered me the most. After he was done massaging my hands with lotion, he stood up still holding my hand and jerked my arm and it made my chest jiggle. It was mortifying and really embarrassing. I felt really uncomfortable and was glad to leave after that. And the second thing, I noticed a SMALL RED SWASTIKA on the nail filing machine. It was clearly painted on and it was really messed up. After this experience I will be taking my business elsewhere. I'm a young girl who works in customer service and I try my best to be very kind to people who are just doing their job and helping me out but I find this experience inexcusable. read more
