Let me share a story with you. I've been coming to this nail salon. Dedicated for about 4 years now. Tina is a great touch tail nail tech. She does my nails and feet perfectly. I had a little surgery. Some accidents happened to my feet so my nails aint as pretty as they used to be. It's my birthday. I want to get my feet down. My nails done and feel pretty. I get this young tech that looks in my feet and she's like. Oh well, I can't do it. I said well, okay. Then if you can't scroll, then put a tip on it. She walks away. I don't need to get my pedicure. Done, my nails are pretty, but my feet are still undone and nobody's in there. Seem like they wanna help me. And I love this now so I'm not sure. Really do. Absolutely inexcusable. The nail tech i had was atrocious. Clearly in a hurry. I asked her to slightly cut my nails down and now I have nubs. The polish for my toes must have been old so she added oil to it. So of course it didnt dry correctly so i asked her to fix it because it was streaking and cracking on my toes. So they used a completely different color and just started painting over everything with a new color. There's no way I can go in public with a mess that I have going on right now on my feet. Most normal people would take all of the nail polish off and start over with a new color yet they kept applying multiple layers to the screw ups. So for $78 I can safely say I will never step foot in that place ever again. Ever. And I will make sure that I pass this message along to everyone I know. My 7 year-old would've done a better job. They have adorable princess pedicure chairs that my daughter got a big kick out of. The staff was all really sweet to her. I'm sure they don't see a ton of 4 year olds. They even painted little flowers on her nails. I got the luxury pedicure and I don't feel like it was super luxurious. It didn't last very long. They used the cheese grater but didn't use the pumice stone. My heels still look pretty bad. I know you can't work miracles but I feel like for $62 they could have done a bit better. read more

As a walk-in I was told they could take me, but didn't say how much time- the walk-in sitting next to me had been there for quite some time and seemed frustrated. I needed a quick nail repair (I broke mine) and I actually drove around the area and it was about an hour wait at two separate places, but I came here and I was able to get in right away. It was very very packed on this busy Saturday around the holidays. I was greeted immediately they took my name, asked what I was getting done and told me to wash my hands. About less than 10 minutes later, Mia came to grab me and sat me down. She looked at my nails and was able to find the closest nail color to that color that I had on my nails and she fixed them in less than 15 minutes. ( I didn't get them done here originally) I was in and out very very quickly under 30 minutes. They have a very good system for getting walkins in as well as appointments. I will never be back. This was my second time here, and both times were awful. The first time, they rushed and charged me extra for a requesting a special shape. (I got normal rounded square - that's not only a natural nail shape but it's probably the most popular.) Today, I walked in and asked if they had time to do dip nails. They the girl up front said yes but about 15-20 minute wait. I said fine and picked out my color. I wasn't taken back until over 45 minutes later. (After 30, I was annoyed, but I felt I had invested too much time to just leave). The woman doing my nails asked what color. I told her the brand and number. The one she brought back was a completely different color than what was out front, though the labels matched what I said. She even brought the swatches back, and the container did not match the sample (bubblegum pink w/ glitter when the sample was white). After 2 other colors, which she acted visibly annoyed by having to get, we settled on one and all was good. Then she was rushing and super harsh with my nails. The back half near my cuticle only has one coating, so most are partially transparent. The front half/end has 3 coatings, so most of them look like globby flattened marshmallows some with raised bubbles and there's dried material on most of my fingers. I didn't bother saying anything because I just wanted to leave. I'll probably go somewhere else this week and pay to have them redone. I know I'm picky, and they're just nails but it's something I pay to have done so it should at least be of basic quality and decent service. I got neither. read more

I'm not going to claim to be a pedicure pro, but my pedicure from Cici was incredible! I've only ever had a pedicure once before, but this was by far a better one than my first, and in the future I may make it a regular treat for myself to visit VIP III when my toes need some TLC. Before finding VIP III, I was going to go to Nail Studio II right up the road in Robinson. I was told by someone at Nail Studio II that you can't be guaranteed to be seen because there is typically an "evening crowd." If I don't feel like you want my business, I'll gladly go elsewhere. That's when I found VIP III, and I'm so glad I did! Closing time is 8PM, and this works really well with my schedule considering I work until 6PM. I arrived at 7PM and was seen with no hesitation. It was moderately busy, but not crazy here. My nail tech, Cici, got the water going right away, and I was off to paradise. I opted for a gel pedicure because the polish lasts a lot longer than regular polish, and instead of the basic pedicure I went for the luxury option. Gel does cost more, but again, since it lasts significantly longer than regular polish I think it's worth it. I chose a bright, sparkly red polish and Cici did a couple coats to be sure the color was even. When it was time to go, Cici acknowledged that it is definitely hard for me to reach my feet to put my shoes on since I'm 9 months pregnant, and she gave me a hand. This was exceptionally kind of her to do for me and makes me think even more highly of this place. Without a doubt, next time I want to indulge in a pedicure this is where I'll go. On Saturday, June 15, 2024 at 9:45, I was a walk in for a 35 minute luxury pedicure at your nail salon. Bryan was the next available technician that grabbed my ticket. He told me that I ruined everybody's day since I didn't have an appointment. He had many, many clients that day and since I walked in without an appointment, I ruined everybody's day behind me. I was going to make everybody else that had an appointment have to wait. He told me multiple times that I backed everyone else up. I was very embarrassed and uncomfortable. He rushed through my pedicure. He told me next time make an appointment so I wouldn't ruin his schedule and he would take care of me with the full treatment. I went to the counter, paid my $62, looked at the clock and it was 10:03. I paid for the 35 minute treatment that lasted less than 15 minutes. Absolutely not worth it for the prices you pay. I went for the second level of pedicure, the "luxury pedicure". From the time I sat in the chair until I was handed my paper with the total bill was less than 15 minutes. They never trimmed my cuticles (which was in the pedicure description) and only trimmed my nails until I asked. The "massage" was literally 15 seconds long, just long enough to get a tiny amount of lotion on. I can't imagine how quick it would have been with the basic pedicure. I've had many pedicures done over the years and I've never had one that was done so quickly. Especially not one I paid $45 for. It was especially upsetting because I had an appointment and there weren't people waiting, so there wasn't a reason to rush. She also tried to constantly up sell me. I had come in contemplating getting a dip manicure but there was no way I was paying for another shoddy and rushed service. My daughter came for the kids mani/pedi and she was done in an equally short time. For her "manicure" they did nothing but trim her nails and put on paint. Which means that we should have just been changed for a Polish, not a manicure. She had None of the typical massage, soak etc. I was expecting a relaxing, fun mother/daughter experience and what we got was a complete rush and waste of $100. We would have had a more enjoyable (and less expensive) experience at home. Don't come here unless you want to spend $40+ for what equates to just a polish change. read more

I had a 'signature' gel pedi yesterday that ended up costing $70. I have bubbles in one of my toenails and smeared polish on a couple of my toes that I had to scrape off when I got home - eww. Then after the color was applied, the tech filed the tips of a couple of the nails leaving a raw finish that looks white , while the other toes had a colored edge and they don't match. The menu also indicated that a signature pedi would include a special refreshing foot mask which I did not receive. When I asked the woman at the register about it - she said she didn't know about the services. She could have cared less and just wanted to debit my card. R I P. OFFF!! read more

I have been here twice before and had great experiences. Unfortunately, today was not the case. I had a luxury pedicure (42$) and a dip manicure ($50) with Tina. I will look elsewhere or go to a different technician as I feel like I wasted time and money. I had an appointment that was supposed to last 75 minutes, Tina rushed the entire time and completed the jobs in under an hour. Tina did not soak nails for the manicure, did not apply lotion, and was clearly rushing. Left to do a few more errands, after I got back home I seen a call/voicemail on my phone from Jay Humphrey listened to messages, it was VIP calling to say there was a mix up on my bill, by the time I listened to this message their business was closed. I went into my online banking only to see they took it upon them selves to charge my credit card an additional 12.00 without my permission. you had no right to add an additional charge on my card without my authorization. what you did to me was fraud and you violated me by charging my account without my consent, shame on you. glad you asked if I wanted copy of my signed receipt. I went there with my two sisters and Mother for Mother's Day. Three of us bought a regular spa pedicure and my sister bought a Luxury pedicure. We were all done in less than 30 minutes and they did the same thing on all of us. Not worth the money! He did not trim the skin around my nails. Just exfoliated , wiped down, and painted. After waiting 20 minutes the receptionist offered a beverage which I graciously accepted and was ready for a relaxing afternoon for Mother's Day. My pedicure was fine, but my manicure... clsssic what I asked for versus what I got. First off, she cut my nails so short I can guarantee my three year old has longer nails than me. Then I showed her a picture of what I wanted(ice blue with sparkle). There was very little manicure, just polish. And she ended up charging me for a matte top coat, the exact opposite of what I asked for. Best part of all, I had nail polish all over my fingers. I've been to VIP four times. Each time was nice. I went Fri. 2:00. Kay did my 20 minute pedicure, (I didn't ask her to hurry) and then my 25 minute acrylic fill. I let her know I have to have a fan, no UV light (I have melanoma skin cancer.) she sent me to dry my nails in the light and fan. She walked by and I asked her if this is UV light. She said no. I said are you sure? She said she's not sure. I said I told you no UV light. She starred at me and walked away. She never said hello, asked if I'd like a drink, never spoke to me. She was hurrying so much. I've been having acrylic nails done for 34 years. I did not tip for the first time ever.
