Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I had an appointment for a gel manicure full set, but started with a deluxe pedicure alongside my husband. The pedicure itself was just okay. My technician didn't offer me any of the scent options that were included (while another technician did for my husband), so I just went along with whatever was chosen. The polish application was also not great--there were noticeable gaps along the sides of my nails. For my manicure, I showed a simple spring squiggle design (which I'll attach in photos) and asked if it could be done. The technician said yes, but it quickly became clear he was not confident or experienced with designs. He didn't fully remove the leftover black polish on my nails before starting, and during the gel process, he repeatedly pulled my hand out of the UV light before it had fully cured, causing my nails to hit the edges multiple times. When he began the design, the lines were streaky and uneven rather than clean and filled in. I politely asked multiple times for him to go back over them, but he didn't seem to understand or agree that anything needed to be fixed. At that point, I felt stuck and didn't want to spend even more time trying to correct things. By the end, I truly hated how my nails turned out. No one asked me how I felt about them until I was paying. Another technician briefly tried to fix the sides, but it didn't make a difference. After nearly two hours, I didn't have time to stay longer. To their credit, the woman at the front (I assume the owner) did not charge me for the design and offered to fix them. She also mentioned that only a few specific technicians (she named a few, including Daniel) specialize in designs. That said, this is exactly the issue--if only certain technicians can execute designs properly, that should be communicated upfront. I would have gladly waited or booked with someone more experienced instead of wasting time and leaving unhappy. Overall, I would not return based on this experience. If you're going for simple services, it may be fine--but if you want nail art or designs, I would strongly recommend making sure you are booked with one of the specific technicians who are actually skilled in that area.

With that I let him finish he put the shine coat on and said your done!! I said no oil or wash he said do what you want!!! So I went to the front to pay and the owner says how are they, I showed him the nails he said OH! We can take the paint of the side of your finger if you want, I was almost in tears and let him know I'd just do it at home! I've been here twice now and had a different nail tech both times…read more The first time my nails were alright. I got a new set of medium length, almond nails, pink gel polish with chrome powder. The acrylic was set really far back from my cuticle and two weeks of grow out looked more like four weeks of grow out. I'm not easy on my nails and some of the chrome began to chip at the tips of the nails. I went out of my comfort zone with these nails and aside from the acrylic being so far from my cuticle and the nails not having much of an apex, they were nice and the nail tech was also very sweet. It was the first time I've had a nail tech talk to me while doing my nails and be friendly and kind. She asked about where I'm from, how far away I live, if I liked it here (since I just moved here). If this review was just about her I'd probably give four stars. I came back two weeks later hoping to get the same nail tech, but she was busy with another client and I was a walk in. This time I saw an older male nail tech. I asked for a fill and the same shape, but a little shorter, a deep french tip, and chrome powder. I was charged $75 for the fill, but I paid $80 for a new set two weeks before. He initially only put one coat of pink nail polish which was very sheer and was going to move onto the French tip. I asked for another coat of the pink and I'm not sure if he couldn't hear me or couldn't understand me, but after asking three times he understood and did a second coat. The French tip was good, but when I got in the car and finally could have a closer and longer look at my nails, they were all completely different shapes. One pinky is almond and one is oval for example. To top it all off, there was gel polish all over my skin on every single nail. I don't know what's worse, the gel all over my skin or being charged nearly the same price as a brand new set for a fill. I don't think I'll be going back. The pictures attached show the two weeks of grow out and the charges to my bank account. I didn't think to take a picture of the gel on my skin prior to picking it off unfortunately.
