My mom made a mani-pedi appointment for myself, my grandmother, and her for 6. We arrived a few minutes before 6 and waited until 6:45 to start to leave - we were tired of waiting. As we began to leave THEN we were paid attention to and seated. I was done by 7:30, at which point they still hadn't even started my mom. She wasn't done until 8:15. After 2+ hours at the nail salon, each of us left far less than pleased with the quality of our nails for people who aren't particularly picky. They were sloppy. Despite being customers for some time, we will probably not be back.

We tried to schedule an appointment for 3 pedicures and they told us no appointments on the…read moreweekends and to walk in. We did have to wait a bit, and the seating area was a little dirty and had flies buzzing around. We were able to be sat together for our pedicure, but the area didn't seem super clean. There was a lot of junk in corners of the shop (cardboard boxes from tv's, protective plastic still on the tvs). We could see the staff area from our pedicure chairs which consists of a large fridge that seemed dirty, overcrowded and a health hazard. When my friend decided she wanted a different color polish, before they even started painting, the tech got really short with her and stopped talking to her eventually. I was the first one done and my tech was very nice and didn't rush me to pay and leave since the rest of my group wasn't done. However, my friends tech was pretty persistent on her paying as soon as she was done and we were waiting for our friend. It felt like he was suggesting she wouldn't pay. I personally had an OK experience with my tech, but don't think I'll be back. The basic pedicure was $60 with gel and didn't include callous remover. the space is so big, it has potential to be a bit more clean.
