I explained I didn't want that, he did offer not to charge me to take them off but during the fix I asked him to fix something and he said, "you want to be here til midnight?" With that I let him finish he put the shine coat on and said your done!! I said no oil or wash he said do what you want!!! So I went to the front to pay and the owner says how are they, I showed him the nails he said OH! We can take the paint of the side of your finger if you want, I was almost in tears and let him know I'd just do it at home! I did explain to him being in the service industry I wanted to still tip but that I would not be returning!
