Waited twenty minutes past appointment time despite it being empty. No sense of urgency or apologies... if it wasn't for the poor service it wouldn't have been bad- i get places are understaffed. I was here with a friend and they finished a half an hour before me despite being scheduled together over a month in advance. All to end up with a poor quality and overpriced pedicure. I have been going here for at least 2 years. I consistently used Nick. He's the best at doing designs. Can literally do anything you ask for. HOWEVER I will not be returning after leaving tonight feeling so disrespected. This has been brewing for a while. They have really started "nickel and diming" people and that's even after their prices went up significantly! I book an acrylic refill with gel manicure for $50. My nails had already been shaped almond during my previous visit when I paid over $100 for a full set. I got no designs. No special polish. Nothing. My bill has now jumped to $65 and then my intelligence is insulted cause I'm told that's a "discount". That it shoulda been more. FOR WHAT?! I pull up the menu. Extra length is $5. Shape is $5. He claims the length of my nails are $15 alone. How they get you is they put a "+" behind these "extras" with no perimeters to guide them meaning they can make up whatever they want. Please don't make things up as you go. Picture below of my nails. He proceeds to claim he "discounted" me on the bill like I'm now supposed to be grateful it wasn't more! He claims the shape - how when they were already shaped! I didn't change the shape nor did I have them cut shorter. He the claims I shoulda been charged to cut my cuticles. That is included in a manicure AND not listed as an extra. Again, gaslit and insulted. At this point I'm upset because now I'm consistently being gaslit and played as a person who doesn't want to pay what they are supposed to pay when I am a regular customer who always pays my tab and tip always. I have just started to call them out on their horrible business practices and they don't want anyone to challenge their made up rules and if you do, it's you that's the problem. He had the audacity to tell me not to come back. Considering how long I've been going there and how much money I've been swindled out of, I'm mad at myself for patronizing them for so long. read more

I was going for an acrylic fill but got talked into a gel x set which I've had before no issue. It's been almost a week since the appt and my whole finger either has a chemical burn or was trimmed down way too far. Just super uncomfortable for almost a week of pain. Also my acrylics were removed by using a nail extension tip which is totally not recommended by the state boards as I'm a licensed cosmetologist too and know that removal takes so many layers off the nail off. read more

Scheduled an appointment online the night before and had my nails picked. I wanted a basic airbrush design with some silver lines shown in the photos. I showed the first girl the inspo photo because I just wanted my toes bright orange. Then after that (wasn't even given the pedi I asked for which included wax and hot stones and it didn't happen), to be told that they can't do that and they don't have an airbrush. It's the day before a holiday and it's a nightmare trying to get any appointments. So now I'm stuck with nails I HATE and had to still spend $130. Wasn't even offered a discount for the whole issue and I will NEVER be back. The atmosphere doesn't match the quality. That's for sure. read more

Man who did my nails was very nice as well as the rest of the staff...but this is just so bad. Completely crooked nails on all hands & super thick acrylic. I fixed them all when I went home. EDIT: Wow. This has been horrible. I tried for hours to get these acrylics off and they were SO insanely thick, I got two off and couldn't even pry the rest off with tweezers or another nail after soaking in acetone. It has been about three weeks now of just filing them down, and two of my real nails have split in half. read more

I have gone to this place 3-4 times and as most of the staff are friendly, the service provided was not worth the amount of money we are paying. My nails never last more than 2 weeks and the most recent time I had a 10am appt, there was just so many people coming in and out with nobody at the front desk, so I sat for 20 minutes and still was not called. Unfortunately not the spot for me but they do have potential to be a nice nail salon. read more

However one time my nail polish did chip off pretty quickly, but not sure if that was the brand I picked or what. Pretty salon and everyone has been nice when I've come here. Lots of good pedicure options. About standard pricing. Near the mall and sushi bomb (which is great), so my mom and I like to make a day out of it when we make appointments here. Finger nails ended up being okay, didn't clear away my cuticles...very disappointed and upset over getting an infection in my nail/toe after my first ever pedicure, to my knowledge no one in this facility is a registered podiatrist. I have been going here for 3 years, this past Thursday I received a 15 minute pedicure (several steps were skipped that were to be included in heel pedicure) and a 15 minute gel manicure that started peeling and chipping 2 days after. The sides of each nail and along the nail bed are all peeling. Both services are listed for 1 hour and 15 minutes. The amount charged ($80) and quality of the result is unseemly. read more

To speak on quality, my nails look fine and were done quickly. However, this place is INCREDIBLY unsanitary. The tools they used were caked in polish and acrylic. They reused sanding bands and buffers and did not sanitize anything! Not to mention when I booked my appointment it was $55 and after my service they charged me $65. Where do i start. I needed a fill and decided to come here. I asked how much it would be up front when I first got there and he said $50 and through the appointment I asked a few times just to make sure and was told the same thing.PLEASE REMEMBER THIS!!! My nail tech was Leo. Leo was pretty rude and kept making comments on what I wanted. Im a golfer. it's March so it's my off season and he kept saying "you should not get long nails for golf. you'll be terrible" and things like that. if he said it in a nicer tone I feel like it would have been better but his tone was very condescending. I was there with my mom and I was talking to her and he kept correcting me. The appointment ends and I go to pay. the man says it's now $65?! i get that sorted out and leave. I wake up the next day and my nail itself is YELLOW! I just hit them fixed so I don't have any photos but I got Green french tips. The green was fine but the nude had turned YELLOW!!! In what world does a fill cost $50? The person rushed like she was on fire. Didn't give me any colors to choose from. When I found some I had to ask to see them. Asked to see more and she literally said, "there are a thousand colors there you mean you can't find one you like?" Never once washed my hands. Had to ask her to file down an area that had dirt under it. Left there with hands so greasy I couldn't even get my card out. I was going to get a polish change for my feet but I had to get out of there as quickly as possible. read more

I go to enjoy my self care Sunday even on a rainy day and I felt rushed and left more irritated then anything. It is August 21 2023. I set up an appointment for a Mani Pedi for my granddaughter. She is 7 years old and going into second grade. I booked this appointment online. My daughter brought her tfor her appointment, and she was booked with a technician named Jack. Initially he told my daughter that he could only do a manicure because that is all I had signed up for. When my daughter told me this I called and I said to the the receptionist( who I have to say was extremely lovely and kind) that I had the receipt showing that I had booked for a Mani Pedi. She told me that that was no problem she would go back and tell Jack that she had it showing online that it did show I had booked for both. He proceeded to do her manicure, and my daughter asked if she could get a little design and he told her no because he was already starting the pedicure. Yes, sadly , I called again because I was told by my friend that the service was outstanding. The girl again was very kind. And asked him if he could do a design on her fingernails . He said "no" because she had regular nail polish on the girl said to him "are you sure there's nothing you can do "? Needless to say, my granddaughter did not get the design on her nail. When he was finished, he told my daughter to wait and he would be right back. He proceeded to go sit in a chair for 20 to 25 minutes. My daughter finally got up and left went to the receptionist and tipped her what she was going to tip the technician l. He was rude and my granddaughter said to my daughter "I don't think he wanted me here". I wanted this to be a special surprise, and it was ruined. The point here is, If you're going to offerr children services, then you better have a technicians that want to serve them and not treat them poorly. I don't get to spoil my grandchildren all the time but I picked this place because it was recommended and they offered children's services. Very disappointing and sad read more

I don't normally get pedicures, so have nothing to compare it to. The facility was very nice and the technician did a nice job. I was happy with the results. My complaint, and it's a big one, is that I also left with a foot fungus! Can I prove it? No, but I can't think of any other way that I would have contracted it. read more

Horrible "salon" that does not respect your appointment time and over charges for services. They will find ANY reason to increase the price of your service. I'm only giving one star because they tried to fix my nails the first time they messed up! I paid $60 for a gel fill and two finger designs which is perfectly normal until the next 4 of my nails were already peeling and chipping ... I went back to have them fixed and the next day the same thing happen again with not just 4 nails peeling and chipping but now 6 ... I've never had issues with my gel nails that's why I get them for longevity! Well it's now two weeks later and my acrylic has now completely came off 3 nails and all my polish is completely gone ... beautiful nail salon but I will not be returning read more

Highly highly HIGHLY recommend. The whole place is amazing! Gorgeous inside with a very kind and considerate staff. I have some serious damage on my toe nails from over drilling at VIP III, so bad I had to go to the podiatrist. My tech was very gentle and did an AMAZING job given how short and weak my nails are currently. They also have a rewards program for dIscounts which is always a plus. I am not very picky, but I have been to many nail salons and this was easily the worst I've been to. They were the worst acrylics I'd ever gotten. He didn't even push back the cuticle or prepare my nails in any way, just stuck the nails on. They were crooked and because he hadn't removed the cuticle it was all creased at the nail bed and uneven. I would never return or recommend anyone to go here. Well after getting 2 basic pedicures and 1 manicure the bill was $165 they charged $50 for a basic pedicure and gel polish $45 for the other pedicure and $70 for a manicur after I questioned the pricing because it says $30 for the pedicure's and $48 for the manicure the employee said oh it's $10 for length and $5 for take off of the old nails. which when I sat down I said I want a new color and the employee said oh the nails are no good you need them to be replaced me not knowing why I said ok never once was I told it's going to be more. a color change with gel is $43 so I asked to speak to a manager which they added up everything and the price was $108 so people make sure you look at your receipts and check the pricing that's $57 that the employee was trying to make on someone. the only reason I even questioned the price was because it wasn't the first time we had been there. i was upset that this business is taking advantage of people and how many have they done it to that never even question the pricing. even after me bringing up there pricing sheet the employee still tried to make excuses on why the price was higher. read more
