Two weeks ago I waited over 2 hours to get my nails and toes done only to be disappointed and to leave with nails I didn't even ask for . I been getting my nails done for almost 20 years now and am not picky at all so for me to be disappointed that means you did pretty bad and then today I go in when they first open after being told they don't take appointments to be asked to come back in a hour in a half that they have a appointment coming in. I said I thought you didn't take appointments and was told they do if it's two weeks in advance . Absolutely ridiculous! Don't bother making an appointment because they will never keep it. I waited an hour and 15 minutes for an appointment that I made one week ago for a pedicure. Went to Suri Nails today. Not only did I get a great pedicure, I felt very safe. There is a big sign on the front door requiring mask wearing. Upon entering my temp was taken and then I was directed to wash my hands. After which, I filled out a "COVID" form. All employees were wearing masks and gloves and plexiglass was used to separate people. Also, the place was very clean and I watched as they cleaned after a client left. After waiting over an hour to get a full set done. I showed a picture of what I wanted shape color and size. The gentleman tried to cut my nails way to long, I said no I would like them shorter. He then moved the scissors down a little bit. I explain it has been a couple years since I got my nails done and had to get use to them again and would like them shorter. He told me I would be fine and continue to do my nails. Everything else the color and shape I love and the nails over all I really like. But I don't know how well these are going to work for me seeing how long they are. I'm very upset about it since I paid $65 for the nails and didn't get what I asked for. I don't think the length of a nail should be up to them as much as the person getting them done. read more

My daughter and I went today for pedicures and the service was amazing. They took the time with us and gave us both the most amazing massages ever. It was not busy so they weren't rushed and they truly gave us the attention you want during a pedi. They are using proper protocol for Covid and it was appropriated. Thank you so much. I come here frequently just to get my pedicures done and they do a great job. Anne is the best at the pedicures. They make sure they take time and do a good job I never feel rushed, it's a very clean and nice environment. The only negative thing that I have to say is that I wish they stayed consistent on their prices once I paid 25.00 and then the other time I paid 30.00 for the same thing no extra foot scrub or mask on my feet, but other than that I will continue to be a customer. read more

I feel bad that a couple people left poor reviews for this place. I've been going here since they opened YEARS ago and have always had good service. There may be a couple times I had to wait a little longer or they had appts come in while I was waiting, but the services are always good and even when they are busy, I never feel they are rushing me out. In response to the one woman who complained that he "added clear chemicals" to her polish to make it go farther... anyone with any experience in a nail place could tell you that the clear liquid was acetone and commonly used to thin polish if it's too thick. Which happens if the cap isn't put on extremely tight, or may be an older color. It can thicken. This is not unusual or against any health codes. (I work with salons and nail salons for my career, and am well versed in health code regulations). I'm not just being opinionated. Also, the puppies were there for a few weeks until they were old enough to be home a lone. That it is not an everyday thing and they are not there anymore. Plus, it has no direct correlation to the cleanliness of the salon. There are people that go into businesses that are much dirtier than two well taken care for dogs. Also in regards to the cleanliness of the salon, it is MUCH better than most nail salons I see every day. That's why I choose to patronize this place. I have never once looked around this salon and thought it felt dirty. They are also family owned (Suri is their daughter's name) and I like supporting local family owned businesses. I think you should give this place a try and compare it to others in the area. I think you will be happy you did. read more

they do not post prices bc they try to scam you. Ask prices before you start. I grt the same thing every time no difference.. a fill and a pedi I was charged $83! For basic paint no design. every time I come In it's a different price. The ppl are rude and do not listen to what you want. There are two nail techs that are nice. I saved my receipts from each visit to compare and got the same thing purposely each time and yet was wildly charged. A black woman came in for the first time and asked if the guy was going to swop out tools and wash his hands ( after handing a customer right before her) he got really mean and loud with her. I've seen the mistreat blacks in this salon and have even had a tech say a rude comment about a black lady as soon as she left. I will not be returuing. read more

I was sitting there getting my nails done and because the nail polish bottle was close to empty, the guy takes a bottle of alcohol or nail polish remover, I have no idea (it was a clear bottle with a fine tip so you couldn't tell what it was) and adds this to the polish to make it thinner and painted my nails with it. Within three days the polish literally peeled off my nail. So, in a nut shell, they are not using new bottles of nail polish, they are adding extra chemicals to the polish so they don't run out of the color. Go somewhere else. Also, my observation is this nail salon looks dirty. They have two puppies running around, which were very cute, but added to my suspicion that no one is inspecting this place and is not a well kept salon. read more

On Thursday I went to Siri nails to get my nails done as I always do I pay $35 for the acrylic set my total was $55 which means that they charge me $20 for silver polish with one aqua accent now which was fine no problem within two days the silver polish started to crack as if it was crackle I went to the salon yesterday and asked to please have the color Replaced with a different color because apparently the silver was old polish, I was greeted and told to go ahead and pick a color I said I don't waited for about 45 minutes and I asked how much longer my wait was going to be. I got a rude answer in return and then about seven minutes later a woman came up and said you can sit right there I gave her the new color that I picked and she said to me no I will not fix with a new color I will only fix with the same color you had and then try to blame my cracked polish on the fact that I smoke, I was charge an additional $15 to change the polish that I had already paid $25 for two days prior that is clearly as you can see from the picture old please somebody let me know when has ever smoking cigarettes scratched or cracked or gel nail polish!!! I have been getting my nails done for over 15 years and been smoking just as long and never have I ever had my polish crack over smoking a cigarette !!!!!! She was the most ignorant and humiliating business woman I have ever met in my life there was a salon full of people and she was loud rude and try to embarrass me this is an establishment in which I spend a lot of money and take a lot of people to never again!!!! read more

Had my first pedicure and noticed that they use new utensils from an autoclave for each customer, this is medical quality sterilization. I saw another customer tell the employee that I had just walked in. So I figured someone would come up to the front desk. I waited for about ten minutes and no one even looked up. So I walked out.
