Lot's to choose from on the menu. It all sounded good so it was difficult to decide. i ended up with the Chicken Fried Steak and I was not disappointed. You have an option of soup or salad and side dishes. The portions are generous and the prices are fair. The best Yosemite Falls in town. The server Gina is very nice, the food is quality and comes out fresh. I ordered the sampler and it was gigantic. Lots and lots of stuff. Potato wedges were a bit mushy, but the zucchini was hot and crispy, the wings were spicy enough, and the Santa get efforts were amazing. Excellent. read more

The service is very good. Everyone is pleasant and welcoming. Even when it's busy we don't have to wait that long for a table. The only mark against Yosemite Falls is the men's restroom. It is in need of an update. read more

Consistently good food and service. We enjoy this restaurant and so do our kids! They have excellent Chile Verde, which I have attempted to copycat. Refills are always plenty, food is flavorful and abundant. This is a regular breakfast place for us...and I don't see that changing anytime soon. read more

My favorite breakfast spot. A little inconsistent with food. The service is good, sometimes bothersome. "Leave us alone-we're talking! We told you and the other server 'everything is fine!" Yeah-I feel a little "turn and burn" pressure no matter the location. The touristy "nick-nacks" collecting dust at every entrance are annoying and just plain silly! Took a chance and ordered the tri-tip plate on my first visit here tonight. It was thinly sliced, tender, smoky/juicy and so flavorful! Came with a salad (their blue cheese dressing is really good) and freshly cooked veggies (broccoli, zucchini, and carrots). I declined the choice of potatoes/rice/coleslaw/apples, so can't comment on that. The menu is extensive and they serve breakfast 'round the clock...also have a senior menu in the back. I'll be coming back for sure! Server took a pretty long time to take our order, but stuff happens. Might not be a regular occurrence and wouldn't keep me from coming back. read more

Not too crazy about the new menu. The service is always excellent at the Clovis location. The things I enjoyed are not on the smaller menu. Love the 1/2 sandwich & navy bean soup on Wednesday's. Saturday the meatball soup & Sundays Pesola are very good. read more

We have been going to the Clovis Yosemite Falls since they first opened. The manager, Roberto, is great. Very friendly. The staff is wonderful. Everyone is so friendly. Love each and every one of them. They have an expansive menu for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They will customize whatever you want. Food is fresh, ample servings, even the senior portions. And you can order whatever you want any time of day. The menudo and pozole are the best I've ever eaten. They also have great appetizers. Steak bites are always tender and cooked to your liking, even rare. I've never been disappointed in the food here. read more

My son and I stopped by here for dinner and we had a great time. The staff was excellent and the food was very good for the price. The kids menu offered a wide selection so picky eaters are satisfied. The options for kids were fries, fruit or a salad which is nice for healthier young diets. On the flip side of that... I've been here many times but not recently. There food has always been pretty good and the portions are big. My wife and I decided to try this place for breakfast and will probably never go back. It was not good. The bacon looked as if it were cooked hours earlier and sat under a warmer. The toast was stale, and the chicken fried steak tasted old. We were so disappointed. We like their dinner and lunch menu but it will be hard to go back after a breakfast that bad. read more

Don't go to this place if there is a line out front. We went there (party of two) for Sunday breakfast and there was a line out front, we were told 15 minutes. Regular customers (acknowledged by name by the staff) that arrived after us (party of two) were seated before we were. When I asked why, I was told by the manager that they wanted to be seated in the outdoor patio. I was never asked if outdoor seating would be OK for us, I would have loved to sit in the patio, I guess that area is to keep the regular's happy. I would say this place is average. We got the Chile Verde nachos and the meat literally tasted like it was from a can and the refried beans were even more so. The burger was good but the meat was a little too crumbly for my taste. This is a place to go to drink and eat not take someone for a nice dinner. read more

Went in this morning and were seated immediately, but the hostess who seated us took a drink order which we never got. When we got our food we had to ask for our drinks, and the waitress didn't apologize for it. By the time our drinks came we were halfway done. Food is not bad but not better than anywhere else. Great service bad food ... ordered omelet was ok nothing special.. mostly cheese. My "go to" is pancakes and for the first time I couldn't even bring myself to eat them. They were spongy. . Dry and not tasteful at all. Only grilled on one side.. other side of every cake is completely white. I think they may have been the microwave ones. When we walked in we were greeted quick and with smiles, the wait was only 5 minutes if that, the service was fast everyone was so nice the manager even walks the floor and asks if everything is good and if you need anything! The food comes in large portions the prices are good, and food was just right, I had the Cinnamon roll french toast with apples, the bacon is thick with really good flavor not those thin microwave ones other places serve, the coffee was good and they offer flavored creamer which I like (vanilla) not all places do. Finally after 15 more mins our burgers come out fries are completely cold the burger patties were cold to the bone. Then they say we can make you new ones. Was seated quickly by the manager who is usually great. Waitress was wonderful. My daughter and I ordered something different. For me, it was chicken tortilla soup in a bread bowl. I expected the broth to get soaked in to the bowl...that was fine. There was almost no chicken, a little bit of tortilla strips, and nothing but chunks of carrots and squash. I didn't order vegetable soup...I ordered chicken tortilla. I know everyone has a different recipe but I thought there would at least be some chicken in it. When the waitress came back, she asked if I liked it, I told her not really. She asked if I wanted anything else and I said no thank you. Again, she was great. She told me she was going to try to get the soup off my bill since I couldn't really eat it and just charge me for the salad. She came back a few minutes later letting me know the manager refused saying I should have known there were tortillas in my soup and that would happen and wouldn't take it off my bill. #1. That wasn't the issue #2 I wasn't even complaining...the waitress had better customer service than the manager who didn't have enough manners to come and explain his reasoning and #3 Don't treat your customers rudely when they walk out the door. No have a nice day when we left, nothing. We are only 2 people which is pretty insignificant in terms of customers but you couldn't pay me to go back. Wait staff was great. My wife and I went the above cafe for Happy Hour. We ordered a margaritta and combo appetizer. The nachos were stale as well as the cheese. The other appetizers were ok. The margaritta for $3.00 was about half the size of the regular which was very disappointing. Other places that has Happy Hour gives you the same size as the regular but at a lower price. I've eaten here a few times and the first couple of times were great. The last time was ok. Our waitress took a very long time to take our order I noticed she took a couples order that had come In after us. And she walked right by us and took the table behind us is order and the table across. Continously skipping us. Until finally after about 25 minutes she walked up and asked what we would like to drink. No hi how are you. She literally just said what do you want to drink and it didn't get much better from there. Today my husband and I had been at the Fresno VA Hospital all morning. We had taken a public city bus on our way home in Clovis. It was 109 degrees out and we were between bus transfers ,walking to the next stop when we came across this great little restaurant. We were both hungry, tired, and hot, so we dropped in. It was an Oasis! Not only was the air conditioning very refreshing, but the friendly staff sat us immediately in a booth and served us tall, cool drinks. The menu had lots to pick from and was served quickly. Delicious food and the price was reasonable. We most certainly will be coming back here. read more

Decent breakfast. The taste can be duplicated for the price at many places. The biscuits are the highlight of the breakfast. They are homemade and VERY fluffy. The omelets are unremarkable. I was pretty impressed. If your looking for something with a home cooked meal feel, you need to try this place. Service was a little slow at first, but it's not how you start, it's how you finish and service ended great. The food was good and impressed my picky family. They just couldn't get enough of the fries either so make sure you order an additional side because they don't serve a lot with your meal. read more

Sunday morning is a popular time for Yosemite Falls Cafe. Many large groups were meeting for various celebration's. It is good that they pass out the call-back pagers.
