Hidden gem! I've been here three times and all three times have been so good! The service is quick and the food is always fresh. They have an American-type menu. Sandwiches, burgers, and salads. I've had a few different salads so far and they are all delicious. My favorite has been the country chicken. It has freshly cooked chicken, tortilla chips, peppers, corn, onion, and freshly cooked bacon! I actually do not even have it with the dressing. But it doesn't come with balsamic and I always sub it for honey mustard. Because the chicken and bacon are so flavorful with the peppers I hardly ever need dressing. The best part? 3/25/23 Veggie egg white omelet with ham added ordered. By itself. The worker was kind and said it would gr ready in 15 minutes. I went in to get it. Told the worker and it wasn't ready yet. Paid for the order and told to sit and wait for it in a chair with the restaurant facing me. Felt like I was on time out. Lol! Oh well! A nice worker did greet me. Another worker did come up and apologized for the wait. Appreciated. Waited a bit more. It was pretty pricey for just an omelet. The egg white and ham are extra, but $17.32 for the omelet by itself is a lot. A call was given to them in response to price. Luckily , the worker was kind. He said the worker just charged me the full price. The full price includes potatoes. Thankfully, he was happy to do the adjustment since the other worker did not. Just put it back on the card. So I am very excited to finally have a sit-down family style restaurant in kerman. This is definitely my kind of place with a large menu, typically restaurant foods, and a hometown feel. The menu is very similar to another of my favorite restaurants from fresno (Yosemite Falls Cafe). So today I decided to give them a try and I have to say wow, I am a fan. The staff were so friendly and helpful and really seemed happy to help in any way they could. The food was amazing, with everything perfectly cooked and seasoned to perfection. The portions are huge, and that's great. The staff was friendly. My family had the chile verde burrito, chicken fried steak, and the chicken walnut salad, which they all loved. However, the bacon in my BLT was burnt, and the fries were undercooked. Similarly, the country potatoes that came with the chile verde burrito were cut too large and were also undercooked. Usually enjoy the food whenever I do go which is rare but today my family and I were a little disappointed in their food. My club sandwich bread was waaay too hard and mine and my son's fries were also very hard. Soda was extremely flat, our server takes too long to check on us. Our server, Rowena, was outstanding. She went above and beyond while being the only server there. Super friendly and efficient. I had the Reuben and my husband had the country burger. Food was good, service could be better. We had a large group and they messed up a couple of our orders, but they did fix them. Only complaint is that they add a 18% tip to your bill if you have a large group, which if fine. However when you pay for your bill, their system automatically prompts you to tip an additional 15% on the total which includes the 18% tip that they already added. So just keep that in mind if you are going in with a large group. read more

Passing through Kerman, my wife and I wanted to stop somewhere for breakfast. We like to check out local, mom&pop type places, and this one fit the bill. The food was excellent, I had a country fried steak, over-easy eggs, hash browns, with a side of biscuits & gravy. It was so good, but oh man it's a lot of food. My wife had the Meat Lovers omelette with a side of pancakes. It was a lot of food and as husbands & wives often do, we shared in each other's plates. Like I said, everything was great, but the highlight were those pancakes. BEST DAMN pancakes I've ever had, I'm going to go back just for those. Service was also excellent, I could tell a lot of locals were there because everyone seemed to know everyone...it was a real good, small town feel. Great little spot, with great comfort food. They serve a great portion for the price. The potato skins had a great flavor with the combination of scheme and bacon and a drizzle of ranch dressing. This Cafe was the best so far. First of all, their service is top notch in comparison to my experiences in Fresno County so far. My friends and I went hunting and we look like dirt however, the servers treated us so well. During the time what we came, it was busy. Huge families 6-10 people (3 families) and parties of 2-4 people that were already seated were brunching. Our party was 6. Although they were busy, the servers (3 of them) were making sure that everyone was good and had what they needed. It was just about 3-5 mins that we waited for our table and the table was full of napkins, coffee creamer, jams, and more. There are so much food items on the menu that it was hard to choose what to eat. The food potions are nicely done with great prices. The food presentations are beautiful too. I was shocked that the pancakes came with hot syrup and not room temperature. That was a plus! I love the food there. A rare gem cafe for sure. The waitresses and waiter were welcoming, friendly, patient, and kind. They know how to serve people. Not one customer ask for a refill on soda, water, nor coffee. The waiter and waitresses just did it! I love that kind of service! They did not rush us to finish eating. They would come check on us to see if we would want anything else, rather than them saying if we were ready to pay. Perfect words to use for service.
