Denny hasn't been the same since they don't keep there word for 24 hours a day anymore, as well with the meal deals since this place doesn't make profit anymore as most of the items seem over priced more on couple apps when I place orders but if I order from there Denny app it'll show the price difference. I'm here waiting over 35 min at the store since 6am and there isn't anyone opening the store yet when I see customers waiting to order all hungry just thinking we gonna get served soon read more

My family and I stopped into this location on the way to my sisters wedding and we were exhausted and ready to eat. We had the pleasure of being served by Makayla. We loved her! she was super friendly and attentive even though she was super busy. When we make the trip again will definitely revisit. read more

Sandra is not just friendly and overall amazing, but she IS the hardest working person I've ever seen at a restaurant. Hands down! My company does seminars in the back half private room and she serves us every time, we have around 20 people each time and people at our seminars commend her on her great attitude, service, and hardworking spirit every time. Worst experience ever. We showed up and waited 5 mins for someone to even acknowledge us and get us a table (mind you the entire diner is empty except for one table). Once we were seated, the guy comes and says his cook is 30 mins late and they have no idea if he will arrive soon so we might not be able to order food. So my husband then asks if we could order a milkshake and we said no because he started cleaning the ice cream machine. Another time, our order was accepted and then cancelled when we got there since the person wanted to go on break. This place is a joke. Multiple people working, no chef, no service. read more

Came in after working 18hrs because its the only thing open late. 2:30am. Place was completely dead with zero customers, The girl at the counter said we cant sit down because her and the cook have to take their brakes, "30min EACH" . Said we could only do to-go orders.. seems pretty wild to have zero customers and some show up, then you have to take your brakes. read more

I waited until I tried this Denny's location a few times before I gave it a review, and it really didn't get much better. The staff are friendly but not very prompt on service. You will wait a while to place your order and get refills. The food is hit and miss with no real consistency other than I had good pancakes both times I ordered breakfast. The restaurant itself is very nice inside with lots of space. I'm still going to give them more chances because I know it takes time to staff and run a new location. read more

Just go to another Dennys. Even after months of being open their service is horrible. I waited 25 min for a refill when my cup was at the edge of the table, (we were the only customers in there) It got to the point where I just got up and refilled it myself since the sever was chit chatting in the back with the cook the whole time. Tables don't get bussed right away even though it's not busy. Food is mediocre, they messed up every order I had all three times I have gone there. It's exciting to have a Dennys here! No more driving 30min for some good old Dennys breakfast. Can't wait to see group of friends hanging out laughing late at night in the diner. Those are always the best memories. The employees seemed super excited yet nervous but overall the service was great! Food took a bit of a wait but that's honestly normal when it came out it was delicious I was shocked it wasn't greasy like every other Dennys I've been to but I'm not complaining it was perfect! Received an order and I was very displeased as the meat seemed burned. Spoke with Sandra to explained that the meat comes like that and was very understanding with my feelings. I was unable to return the meal as I was on my shift at work. Sandra took it upon herself to replace and deliver me another meal, and I appreciate her for that. read more

Came to eat at 3:45am and there was a sign posted on the door that said they were closed till 4:30am but the doors were unlocked and there was a customer in there talking to staff. We asked if the drive thru was open and they said no they are all taking their 30 minute break together. 24 hours? Do better Dennys. read more

Starting off with it took an hour to get our food to us! Doesn't help that there's only 2 waitresses and no manager present? Was at Denny's for a late lunch. Took awhile to get seated. While waiting to be seated we noticed that there was only one waitress managing the cash register, seating, clearing tables, taking orders, managing the drive through and delivers orders outside. How does a busy expect to provide good service without proper staffing. The waitress did a great job but but she should have had help. Disappointed in management. read more

I was willing to give the Denny's the benefit of the doubt the first couple of days they were open with a messed up order, but after the 4th time order it's ridiculous. Every time I've ordered the order has been wrong with missing items (which is extra cost add-ons that haven't been included) and having stuff I didn't even ask for in the bag. I don't understand what the disconnect is: are the cooks not able to read? How does requesting pancakes turn into giving sausage? Or asking for something to be put on the side get ignored completely. Then add to the fact that the food looks sloppy like a bunch of wild animals put it together is disgusting. In addition, to the staff having long done up fingernails that unless they're spending minutes scrubbing with a brush are in no way clean. This whole Denny's is turning out to be a joke, it went from being packed due to very little people being there now. This drive-thru idea is another joke it takes forever to get the food even a simple order of milkshakes took over 15 mins to get at the drive thru. They should have made the Denny's a regular one with adequate seats instead of squashed tiny feeling you get due to the additional kitchen needed for the drive-thru taking up so much space. I'll stick to the Fresno's Dennys on the rare occasion I get to craving it or the Country Cafe.... Disappointing read more
