If this is a dream, then I don't wanna wake up... at least until I'm finished eating! The food here is amazing. The staff is super friendly and professional. The only downside is that they close at 3pm. Other than that, you can't go wrong with anything you order.

Loved the outside of the building and decided to eat here for breakfast. Food was okay. I got a skillet, but tasted like they put canned tomatoes on it. It was too mushy for me. Shrimp was a little overcooked. Huckleberry muffin was good and the butter was perfect. Iced Caramel macchiato was delicious. If I ever come back, I would definitely try something different.

The food was great don't get me wrong and the service was beautifully sweet. We went on valentines and they gave us a rose and the ambiance was comforting. The only but is the military discount they cheap out on, the bill was around 50$ with the tip and the discount was like a dollar off.

Honey Packet

in all honesty the food is good; yet the fact that the owner "allowed" me 2 packets of honey and no more due to the cost of honey was insane. The waitress had to ask for 2 more packets from the owner; like really? we are a party of 25 and paying for our meal and the owner is worried about the cost of honey??? I'm honestly surprised that the owner would "allow" anyone, and need approval for additional honey packets. In the end I was "allowed" 5 honey packets?? Very embarrassing in front of my family.

Had breakfast with my family that flew in from TN before they left to the airport.. so it was large group. The service was excellent. They brought everything out nice and hot. I went with a Bloody Mary and ribeye steak with bayou reds. And for the potatoes I had it with the peppers and onions. I chose an over medium egg and it came out over easy. Not too big of a deal. And I chose a huckleberry muffin it came with butter. I got my steak medium rare. And I even ordered a side of fried green tomatoes. Everything was good!! TN family approved. My only thing is my Bloody Mary didn't taste like there was any alcohol in it.

Great service!! The Build-Your-Own Omelette is the best!! You have your choice of what you want in your omelette and they are not stingy with what you add. The Huckleberrys in Elk Grove needs to follow the Huckleberrys here...they are bomb here!!!

Man ! I went to this place about 2-3 months ago with my friends as we were headed up for a dance comp in the bay. This place DID NOT disappoint. We ended up coming in 20-30 minutes before closing so we felt bad but the staff literally did not mind at all and gave us an A + service. Ever since then I've been thinking about this place. The food was phenomenal and for the price they offered everything at !! My friends and I were really in shock. The portions are good and that huckleberry juice....godly. My friend couldn't taste the alc so the server literally put more for us. We ended up finding out that it was just so smooth.

Can you say perfection? Came here on a Sunday afternoon with the family and we were all completely satisfied & happy! Within a minute, we were seated at a table of our choice (a booth by a window), and our drink order was taken at that very moment. Our server, Alyssa was incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, kind, and saying "on top of things" would be an understatement! When the drinks were brought right out, we decided to order hors d'oeuvre beignets, and she had those back out to us in like less than five minutes! Sorry no picture, but they were devoured in record time! I suggest asking for the toppings on the side. This maintains the texture of the beignets and is way more fun to have like a mini toppings buffet to share. At our table, we had build your own kids meals, an amazing platter, a basic breakfast, and the star of the show...the fried green tomatoes. Now, I have always said I wanted to try them...this was the day! I took those down, and loved every single bite! The textures and seasonings were unbelievably scrumptious! Overall, we had leftovers of course, but we ate a ton. Besides giving us to-go containers and assisting with putting the food in, Alyssa also provided to-go cups for our beverages, as well as a fresh cup of coffee to go. The decor is just plain fun, and gives off Disneyland New Orleans Square as well as Adventureland vibes. I even love the cute sink style in the restrooms. We felt transported to another place, totally enjoyed our meal, our service, and the whole experience! We have been to multiple Huckleberry's locations over the years, but this location, this visit...by far the most satisfying and enjoyable yet! Well done Huckleberry's, and again, hats off to one of the best, attentive servers I've had at a restaurant! Love it when someone can anticipate your needs! Yay- I highly recommend checking this place out!

We definitely do! Love the hospitality and the food. They are always so friendly. We enjoy the waffles and chicken. Everything is so delicious and they are always quick to bring it out. No matter how busy they are, they quickly seat us.

Haven't been here in years so took my son for breakfast. It was so good. Our waitress was super friendly. So many choices and so much food. Reasonably priced.

Dint have time to take pictures of the food after tasting the Mardi Gras Beignets. We are visiting the Clovis location. Definitely a place to try. Denisse (GM) was amazing answering all of our questions and Katrina our server was great. Definitely coming back to Fresno and visiting this amazing gem and the staff who make this a treasure. We did find out that there is a restaurant in Escondido, CA which would make it a 1 hour drive. The whole environment, music, atmosphere, sure make me feel I was I'm the South for a little while. I give this place a 2 thumbs up for service, food taste and quality and most importantly the staff. Check them out, you will not be sorry.

Gumbo and Salad

First time here the food was great! Service was great....my only complaint is the food had little to no taste. I want my soup to have flavor and my chili not be watered down. OTHER then that we will try something new next time.

Ask the Community - Huckleberry's

Does Huckleberry's have a senior menu?

Hmm ..... now that you say that I've never even noticed a senior section on the menu and I've been there quite a few times but rest assured next time I go I'm going to look, but I've been in that menu front to back and I've never noticed a senior…

Do they take reservations?

They do not take reservations, show up and get your name on a wait list......usually get seated within 15 minutes.

Did place have a fire? It's boarded up and closed?!

Drunk driver plowed thru the south wall and they will remained closed until repairs are made.

Can we order one benedict only and not two?

Sure, they're very accommodating.

Batter Up is just a Fresno staple at this point. if you've somehow never been, fix that. and if you have been, you already know.

Very late review, 2 months late…read more I went with my niece and a couple friends one Saturday morning. No reservation so we waited a good amount of time but it wasn't so long that it was unbearable. Very cute waiting area. I didn't expect it to look as... modern? as it did? I'm not sure what I expected it to look like but it was nice inside. Staff was suuuper friendly. Every single one we spoke to. Considering how busy they were (constant flow of traffic/customers)... I appreciate that they can still smile and make you feel welcomed. I ordered the OG French Toast, my niece got the Bacon, Egg, and Cheese sandwich on a Croissant. I can't remember what my friends ordered. Portions are very good. We could have easily split a plate (my niece and I) and be okay. Classic American breakfast. Everything was good/satisfying. We all enjoyed our meals. I also got their Brown Butter Iced Coffee-- saw one of the guys that worked there drinking one behind the counter and asked what it was, lol. I can't say it was the best coffee drink I've ever had but it was still pretty good. Not strong though. Though I've written a raving review, when it comes down to the food, it's not the best breakfast I've had around Fresno. It would not be a first choice for me personally but I also wouldn't mind coming back if my friends wanted to. Plus, there's so much more to try on their menu so it's not fair to judge overall food off one visit. For now, they are a solid 4.

A last horrah indeed…read more Despite one negative experience, I have to give James and his team props for providing me with one of the best breakfast experiences Fresno had to offer in terms of food. That hollandaise sauce is one to remember and I'd pay big money to buy it if it were bottled up. Devin has served me many times in the past and she's always such a fun person to talk to. One of the best servers here that had been here for a long period of time that knows how to run a crazy show while running around. The Clapton. Simple. Yet perfect. I wish I could've explored the menu more but as a Taurus I had to keep my favorite the favorite. Best of luck to the staff and James himself. I hope this isn't my last time having this Benedict. But it was a delicious last bite for sure.

The food was outstanding,…read moreespecially the banana pancake and the thick-cut wheat bread, which was unlike anything I've had anywhere else. I also tried the cinnamon roll, and it's a must-order. Truly delicious. The decor and atmosphere are fantastic. Funky, fun, and full of personality. It's a hip, trendy spot that still feels warm and inviting. Service was good, and the overall vibe really adds to the experience. They use a QR code menu, which I actually think is a cool idea, but the cell signal was weak, so I ended up using a paper printout. Not a big deal, but having a couple of backup menus available would make things smoother. My only small wish: I'd love to see fountain sodas on the menu. The classic glass bottle Coke was a nice touch, but nothing beats an ice-cold fountain drink with a great breakfast. Overall, Benediction is a fresh, stylish spot with amazing food and great energy. Highly recommend!
