I've gotten my orders wrong twice now I did a mobile order at 7:29 am 6/4/23 and I got no espresso shots in my frap I normally don't get these but today I was feeling like a bit of change as the seasons are changing. Looks like one of their friends or coworker (whatever) came inside with their child and literally majority of the employees disappeared! So I hate to do it and I waited to make sure that it was not a usual thing, but sad to say it is. This starbucks has become a nightmare to get a drink at. Long wait times, horrible service, dirty floors, and just generally bad bad bad. The problem is no matter what time of day or what day of the week thus location will make you wait 45min for your drink and have numbers of staff members just doing nothing while one person is making drinks for the whole place and drive thru. Also timing is a mess with this staff, like Ordering a cold and hot drink and receiving your cold drink amd waiting 30 more mins for your hot drink to come out, so now your friend you were getting that cold drink for now has a warm cold drink. Now before I hear about staffing problems and other things I am not judging my experiences when they are short staffed just when they have a full staff. I have tried to talk to corporate and asked to be notified by local management so I could express my concerns and hear how they are trying to fix these problems, but I have been ghosted and now just avoid this location for coffee. I can't wait for dutch brothers to come to our small town maybe some good old fashion competition will spark a fire under this starbucks location. read more

You never know when this Starbucks is open. Once I made a pick up order in store and when I got there it was CLOSED!! They close at different times and do not post the times anywhere. This is the only coffee spot in Kerman that is not a diner. The kids love getting their milk in coffee cups and I like getting my coffee quick and on the go. It's a nice place for meeting and chatting with friends while getting your dose of caffeine. The kids like the really sweet cake pops and the breakfast sandwiches. Though the line is pretty long, it seems to be due to the customers ordering a lot of items for one car so it takes a long time to take one order. I didn't mind the wait especially considering my drinks and brownie were made perfectly and just as I like it. What made my visit great though and worth the 5 stars was the incredible service given to me by Simm she was absolutely amazing! I mobile order 3 strawberry açaí , a cake pop and a coffee when I arrived my son checked for my drinks none where done waited for 20 min until my son asked if our drinks were almost ready or how long we have to wait ? This is by far my favorite Starbucks! The staff is always friendly and efficient. The drive-they line is pretty much always long, especially since COVID, yet the baristas maintain a positive attitude and make the effort ask how your day is going. Story Time: Absolutely horrible service. I came in hot (106 degrees) and thirsty, trying to get a nice refreshing beverage. Little did I know, and keep in mind they were not under staffed , full team behind those counters, so I ordered a caramel frap (simple right) and I had to wait 27 minutes!!! Unbelievable, those employees were flirting with the other white clients who came in , and took even longer! I ordered the drink at 3:53 and I got my drink at 4:20. (27 minutes in total) Truly horrible service , and not to mention names but that one white girl and the white teenage dude were taking their time with my drink yet they were going quick with other peoples drinks. Was asked to park outside to wait even more time for egg bites to be reheated after waiting in the drive through for so long had plans and couldn't stick around so I lost $4.65 just because they couldn't toaster oven or microwave egg bites in 35-40 minutes.... One time I ordered a drink and went to pick it up when the app said it should be ready. The guy told me that I had to wait for it to be made! It wasn't even started until I showed up 15-20 min later. Another time my wife ordered two drinks, the cashier confirmed the order and even read it back to us when we got to the window she handed us one drink and got bitter with us for asking for the second saying we never ordered a second one. read more
