Long wait time, rude service and unsanitary. This place could use some tlc (tender loving care), the atmosphere is so tense here, food is actually worse for some reason, I don't know why the teriyaki chicken takes forever to make, they look understaffed, as for the unsanitary, I saw what looks like mold or old food in the corner of the tables next to the walls. How is that not considered a food hazard in such a big company. I haven't seen this in Fresno except at Kerman. Was traveling through Kerman and stopped to pick up some food for a potluck after a funeral. Ordered a number of large containers of misc entrees and some egg rolls. As they were ringing us up they said you can get an additional entree for basically free due to some special. So I chose the Beef and broccoli . As I was thanking them they said Israel, the cook had spotted the opportunity when he over heard the order! Thanks Israel and Marie and Armando?? I don't think Armando is the right name but he was there in the front that day - He was so friendly and helpful. Good service and they were looking out for their customers!! March 26, 2019 my order number is 900276 purchased online one plate chow mein full orange chicken and wok fried shrimp I was charged $9.88 and again I got a kids Portion.. truly frustrated and fed up with this store Kerman, California. I called them and let them know about my portion size and they didn't seem to care. I guess from now on I will only order kids meal.. then I'll have nothing to complain about .woo hoo April 29, 2019 came in for lunch at 2:45 and no orange chicken was made, now we are left waiting. I don't know why it wasn't set up earlier so customers did not have to wait. Sitting at our table we open up our containers and as you can see on the receipt my daughter ordered double orange chicken and I ordered orange chicken and wok fried shrimp and it looks like she got a single order of orange chicken and I got a child's portion. Consistently have had bad experiences here because the staff focuses primarily on online orders, regardless of how many people are in line. They often times will use up the last of an item to fill an online order, causing those inside the store to have to wait for a new batch to made. Maybe turn off online ordering when there are 15 people in line and no food is ready. read more

Doesn't matter that often there are more employees than customers. No one in this restaurant has any sense of urgency to please customers who have limited time. I work in the area and keep trying on occasion at lunch thinking things may have changed, but I visited again today and walked out after waiting in a line that had only one person ahead of me. I wish there was a zero star rating. This establishment should not be open. Terrible service and clearly nobody is doing anything about it. My wife placed an online order for $30 worth of food. I picked it up on my way home from work and drove it home to the kids. The first bite my son took was of the fried rice. The rice was so hard he almost chipped a tooth. His next bite was his teriyaki chicken. It was beyond burnt as you can see from the picture. When I called I talked to a manager on duty and she not at one point apologized. I ordered around 11:06 on the app because I know there is a long wait for this restaurant. My ordered was not ready when I got there at 11:35 because my tag never printed. My issue is that no one bothered to check on my order to see if someone was making it. Until I talked to the cashier that is when she realized my tag didn't print but I had already waited 10 more minutes. Everyone that was a walk-in was getting served and got sent on their way. We went to kermans Panda at 8:16 pm. They close st 9:30 or 10. They were out of everything. Only a small portion of a couple of entres were left. Even the chowmein noodles were wiped out. The server was curt, unfriendly and rude. With an attitude, she told us, this is all we have and we are not going to make any more, so what did we want. So she scraped the bowls to give us the remainder, which contained hardly any meat at all. She rushed us through, barely looking up, without a smile. Its obvious they wanted to walk out that door the second it closed. We should have walked out and bought nothing. It was obvious, that she didnt want to bother with us. They had close to 2 hours left before closing, and they were out of dishes, and not cooking anymore. That is terrible. They want to do that, the meal should have been offered at a discount. Today I purchased 1 large side of fried rice, 1 large side of chow mein, and 1 small side of chow mein. The lady that served the food packaged it all up and sent it over to the cashier to ring me up. The cashier asked me what I had ordered, and I restated my order. As she repeated it back I heard her say "Medium side of chow mein" on the last box, which I corrected and let her know it was a small box. She then proceeded to say "We can't give those out." At that point I was confused. She then told the lady who served the boxes that they could not give those out and repeated it back to me again. I told her I was planning to "buy" it and they were not "giving" it to me, but she insisted that she could not. At this point a third employee approached and suggested to upgrade to a medium box as my only option. The cashier asked me if I wanted to upgrade to a medium box. I said "No, thank you" because I felt pressured to purchase something that I didn't want to buy and never asked for. The cashier finished ringing me out and the third employee returned to ask her if I was upgrading to the medium box or not. The cashier replied, "No. just throw it out." At this point I was infuriated at the fact that they would rather throw away perfectly good food that I was willing to buy and make their business lose money simply for not wanting to sell me what I had asked for originally and not being able to force me to spend more money on something that I did not want or ask for. Important to note that there were no signs or notices for customers to inform of this apparently new policy because I have always bought a small side for my 2 year old with no issues before. Food is good depending on who makes it, for Panda Express in Kerman, some times food was not properly cooked meaning same food had different flavors on different days. Served Portions seemed they were controlled compared to Fresno. I used to go to Kerman Panda Express, since I love Chinese food. But now we go to Fresno, in Fresno the Panda Express tastes freshly made with the constant same flavor on the items ordered, meaning the flavor of food is always the same when ordered and no extra small portions like Kerman. read more

No fried shrimp available , that was going to be another 10 minute wait. I walked in with two kids in line and another group far off to the side. As the kids move and finish their order, the other group doesn't move to join the line so I joined instead. After the kids order was finished, the employee informed me to move to the back of the line as the other group "was there first". So I moved. Then, with another individual in front of me, the employee asks for my order but I point out the guy was before be so they take his order. I don't have a problem with this store, I enjoy this location and the company in general. It's the employee that helped me today, her name is Maria R. Very unprofessional and gave me the worst experience. I waited a while before she started taking her time to take my order. On top of that she had a rude attitude towards me. Cons: Management is is ok, the male manager is great, but the female older manager is really rude! First off, when I was going to park she parked literally in front of the restaurant! I normally love Panda Express, their stores and employees are usually top notch. I don't know why my home towns Panda is so different. I usually try to have brown rice with my meal to be a little extra healthy and when I asked for it today, I was told they were going to check if they had any. They checked and said they had decided not to make any today, which is odd since the Menu does not list it as occurring on certain days or say "when available". I thought I had misheard so I asked if they were out or they don't make it on Sundays anymore, but I was again told they just "decided not to make it today". That, on top of the soda machine shooting out fizz that needed time to become soda again and their lid containers just having parts free and open (like they were refilling it and stopped half way though) makes me thing maybe this shop is under new ownership or there's an employee not getting their tasks done. read more
