Review for Carl's Jr. - Kerman, CA This was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. My granddaughter's burger had mold on the bun, and the cashier did nothing about it when we brought it back--just handed it to the cook. She had already eaten most of it, which is extremely concerning for her health. I also paid over $12 for a burger that was supposed to have fresh tomatoes, but it only came with one tiny slice with a hole in it. Everyone in our group had the same issue, even though the pictures clearly show two slices. The restaurant was empty when we walked in, and now I understand why. The food seems old, expired, and unchecked. I'm truly disgusted and will not be coming back. read more

I've been in fast food business before and I know how it is when someone comes to make a larger order, so I tried to keep things simple with my order.. all I wanted was a few famous stars that were all no onions, extra pickles, and cheese and I ordered a few extras but the burgers are were they fell flat Each famous star had onions, no cheese, and the standard 2 pickles, normally I wouldn't have been upset but Carl's is expensive it was about a $50 order and most of it being wrong wasn't cool, especially with the little attitude they had when handing me my food the first time.. This Carl's location has a lot to be desired when it comes to a lot of areas. The staff are super lazy and really don't know how to maximize their time. I came in and both staff members on duty were sitting at a table watching videos on their phones. They could have been cleaning the floors and tables or refilling he soda area. They were friendly, but does not make up for the poor work ethic. The food is just OK with the same effort put into it that the staff have for their job. Even though it's 24 hours the girl in nightshift avoids answering the drive through till people leave. If they don't leave she tells people half the stuff on the menu they don't have. Edit I got home and to top it of the shitty lazy service my big Carl was missing the fucken meat on the burger!?!? How do you work night shift to avoid the majority of work and then during night shift avoid the little work you do have. Like you get 4 customers a night your literally paid to sit there all night and do nothing for 90% of the night. I've never wanted a refund from a restaurant more than this. Like somebody else has already said everyone there would only speak Spanish. They did not give me a receipt. It was a to go order and when I was a couple miles away I realize that they had not given me my fries but at this point it's too far to go back and I do not have a receipt. When I did open the wrapper on the hamburger it look like somebody had literally sat on it. It was 11:30 AM and there were not a lot of customers there so I do not know why it was so hard to get the order correct. I am absolutely appalled with employees at Carl's Jr. in Kerman CA. My elderly father purchased food through the drive-thru about an hour ago. The woman working the drive-thru sneezed on his receipt and laughed apparently finding it funny, she then turned to the other employees who joined in on the laughter. Even if the world was not dealing with this horrible pandemic sneezing on someone's receipt is no laughing matter. I just paid the establishment a visit, as I expected they all had a different story.
