As such, this has a more limited menu and is set up more similarly to a Chipotle than your typical Baja Fresh. I had her put together a Baja Burrito (chicken, rice, cheese, guac, hold the pico). Surprisingly, it actually tasted almost as good as a regular Baja Fresh burrito! They did not have my prized mango salsa, but improvised with their green salsa and a couple of Panda Express sweet and sour packets we picked up earlier in the trip (McDonald's sweet and sour should work just as well). One more note, I came in just before closing so the lady behind the counter was DONE. She did her duty but forgot some of the extra sides I ordered like salsa and Pronto Guacamole. The area is part of a building that also houses a convenience store and hosts a gas station. The restrooms are in that area of the building. Large bathrooms so no waiting but just average clean. But, they did have soap and paper towels so that was helpful. If you are going south on the 5, especially at night, you have been driving for a bit without seeing much when you come across this exit. You may not know how much longer you'll be driving for the next sign of civilization. So...you stop. Overall, not that bad but not that great. There are three gas stations there and a couple other eating establishments so, stop if you need to for any of those. They toast the tortilla which gives it some depth of flavor. We got it spicy which gives it some but not a lot of heat.
