So me and my wife wasted 50 dollars on food which is a lot but we love deli but they need to learn how to make a damn sandwich she order one with out mustard which she is allergic so she nicely went up and ask to be fixed they second order they messed up to on the whole sandwich on her choice of bread and add bacon after she had asked for it to be off she ate the sandwich because we kept our cool be we wasted 50 on something they messed up on twice which is ridiculous and honestly just sad they could of read the receipt of what we paid for and we not the type to say anything but it was over 50 dollars on two sandwich fries and a drink like bro yall need to tell your workers to listen and make sure the food is what the customer ordered and paid for mind you they weren't in no rush no nothing is was me and her only read more

The food is not like it used to be when it opened. You are definitely getting a lot less meat for almost double the price now! I order online so there is no mistake of ingredients put in or out. I would say it's probably on 70 percent of the time the order is right. They have a sign for online orders to stand, but you still have to wait in the long line to pickup. Nobody looks up or cares!! I'll start by saying the food is ok. I've gone to this location in person to eat outside and ordered online for pickup in the last two weeks. 1) In person visit had very slow service. It was 1pm on a Friday, certainly no lunch rush, and the place was pretty empty. The restaurant was extremely hot inside to the point I was concerned about the viability of food products at that temperature. Got our order about 30 min later and it was wrong but didn't have enough time to ask for it to be fixed. I ordered a veggie sandwich but got turkey. Luckily I'm not a vegetarian so it wasn't a huge deal. The restaurant itself was also very dirty. Floor looked like it hadn't been swept or mopped in weeks. 2) Second visit I opted for online order to help with the slowness issue. Ordered two of the same exact spinach wrap, with slightly different vegetable modifications (e.g., no tomatoes on one). Received two completely different wraps, missing ingredients we asked for and including ingredients we didn't order. Very strange. Sad to say we probably won't be back. Knowing the owners are local makes us want to support but it's hard when staff can't get basic things right. I understand these places are operating under COVID regulations which is why we gave it another shot but when the order is written in front of you and still doesn't come out right, that goes beyond a regulatory/COVID issue. I have been to this location twice in the last 30 days or so. Sad to say, both times they prepared my order wrong. It wasn't until I arrived to my destination with my order did I find out they prepared my spinach wrap with lettuce instead of the spinach wrap!!!! Twice!!!! I have fallen in love with their lettuce wraps. They are so very fresh, delicious, and pretty. Deli Delicious is a great place to hit up for lunch. They have good customer service. The food is served up quick and the staff is friendly. I would try to be there a little bit before noon. It does get pretty busy for lunch. The first time I came here was when they first opened. The customer service was awful. The person at the register kept saying they didnt have a lot of selections each time id pick a different sandwich, with attitude. The workers were rude to other customers as well. We decided to give it another try thinking that its been a while so why not. Well, the customer service was worse!!! The girl at the register seemed like she hated her job. She practically through our bagged order over the counter, i looked at her and she just turned away....mind you i have no idea who these kids working here are. Bad attitudes!!! This review is a five for one reason and one reason only. The customer service. I went here to get my wife a sandwich and some fries and when I got home I noticed that my order of fries was not in the bag. I drove back to the restaurant with my receipt in hand and right when I walked in the door the manager noticed the bag and called me to the front. I explained to him what happened and he was extremely apologetic and gave me a free order of seasoned fries and a drink to go along with my order of regular fries. I told him my order of fries was fine and he insisted on at least the seasoned fries. I was blown away by the manner in which he handled the situation. Customer service is a lost things these days and because of the way I was treated I will continue to eat here. This was one of the best experiences I have had a restaurant in a long time. Was driving by Kerman today and decided to try out this location. I'm a big fan of deli d and have always had a good experience at other locations but I must say, this location knocked it out of the park today! My sandwich was DELICIOUS and the staff here was very friendly! I had to wait for my sandwich just a bit longer than at other fast food places but definitely worth the wait! The quality is unmatched compared to other sandwich shops which is why they probably take a bit longer to make the sandwich. Will be dropping in again next time I'm in Kerman! read more

Been to this Deli Delicious a few times now and the service has always been great. Friendly staff that cares about your order. I can be complicated at times with my orders but hands down this shop gets it right. Decided to go away from my favorite sub, the chipotle chicken, and throw a curve ball at them with a chipotle steak and cheese. Delicious!!! I love deli delicious!. The customer service is AWFUL! I saw one girl in the kitchen with gloves on ON HER PHONE TEXTING! And she proceeded to cut the avocados. The girl at the register seemed like he hated her job, no "hello" nothing! Made my blood boil a little.. she pointed at the "everything" in your sandwich template that was on the counter. I had to ask her to repeat herself 3 times because she was speaking so low. They definitely seemed like they don't like working here , not to mention it feels as if they're doing YOU a favor by taking your order instead of being grateful people come in to the restaurant... I decided to place an order online because all the store fronts are not allowing customers to dine in (not their fault) when I arrived the cashier was wearing gloves and was handling money and food and not changing gloves. Gross but nothing I could do. He charged me for my full order and I waited. I normally order at other locations and use door dash. His time I ordered two sides of fries and two sandwiches. I asked for ranch and bbq on the side of the fries. While waiting I could hear the lady in the back asking if he had charged me for my sides. She cane up to me and told me I owed $2 more for my dipping sauces. She rudely told me that fries don't come with a dip. Had I ordered ranch or bbq on my sandwich it's included but if I want on the side it was an extra $2. In this economy when anyone can chose to eat and do take out anywhere I was shocked that they pressed the issue. I've never been charged when ordering though DoorDash for ranch. It's really not a big deal but you'd think restaurants would be doing anything they can to keep customers happy. I'll order elsewhere in the future. Ordered a chicken Caesar salad along with an order of skinny fries for delivery. Order arrived late, not the delivery person's fault. The fries were cold and soggy. The salad, while following the request to have bacon added and ranch included, was missing the Parmesan cheese and the croutons. The lettuce didn't have a crunch to it so it seems like this had been made much earlier than expected and was sitting out. What took so long for the person to receive the order? I'm not sure. WOWWWW!!! Me and my family came to eat at the Kerman Deli Delicious today, I ordered a #44 Chipotle Chicken and added jalapeños, it was the best tasting sandwich I have ever had! My wife ordered the #26 it had Turkey, Bacon and Avocado and she said it was amazing. We ordered beer battered FRIES for our daughter and she absolutely LOVED them.
